Wenn die ITC ein Verkaufsverbot ausgesprochen hätte, hätte der amerikanische Markt und viele große Konzerne ein wirkliches Problem bekommen!!!
Aber für Lizenz- und Schadenersatzzahlungen ist der COURT zuständig und hier gab es bereits ein eindeutiges Urteil zugunsten von PTSC und TPL!!!
HTC hat PTSC und TPL genug Zeit und Geld gestohlen und der COURT soll dem endlich ein Ende setzen!!!
Bin auch sehr gespannt, wenn man endlich die europäischen Verletzer angeht???

Hoffentlich bald auch wieder PTSC mit ihrer MMP nach Beilegung der Probleme mit TPL sowie nach einer gerichtlichen Bestätigung in Sachen HTC!!!
Die amerikanischen Gerichte sollen endlich die Patentverletzer zu angemessenen Schadenersatzleistungen verurteilen, denn 20 Jahre Streit sind genug!!!
Die europäischen Patentverletzer müssen jetzt auch geklagt werden!!!
PTSC lebt noch und jetzt liegt meines Erachtens ALLES in den Händen der Beteiligten und der Gerichte!!!
