iaus meinem letzten Posting ist spektakuklär:

Und daher werde ich meinen Restbestand von ca. 3.000 Stück auch halten, den ich u.a deshalb reduziert hatte, weil mir Local Corp vielversprechender erscheint und mir die Dominanz von Procurian (früher ICGCommerce), die mit dem Wachstum ncht mehr so richtig vom Fleck kamen, zu ausgeprägt schien.

Der letzte Punkt ist jetzt durch den Verkauf von Procurian, wenn auch meines Erachtens für 375 Mio zu niedrig, weggefallen.

Ich bin inzwischen aber nur noch mit 3.000 Stück drin - statt in der Spitze einmal 20.000 Stück. Und ich hoffe mit einem nicht unerheblichen Teil des Erlöses aus den Verkäufen, Ähnliches wie den Anstieg von $3.40 auf das heutige Kursniveau von über $20 bei ICG Group noch einmal bei Local Corp nachvollziehen zu können. Denn auch hier liegt m.E. eine extreme Unterbewertung vor und auch hier haben wir massives nacktes Shortselling, eine Konstellation, die mich anzieht.

Allerdings ist das Risiko, aber auch die Chancen bei Local Corp - unter Berücksichtigung des Zeithorizonts (denn bei ICG Group war ich teilweise über 10 Jahre investiert - im gewogenen Durchschnitt wohl mehr als 7 Jahre) erheblich höher als bei ICG Group, warum ich dort auch nicht ganz so extrem drinstecke wie bei der Höchststückzahl von ICG Group.

Und somit müstten die drei Plattformen Govdelivery, MSDSonline und BoltInc die andere Hälfte vn ca. 350 Millionen abdecken. Das ist zwar bei 80 Millionen Umsatz und einer Wachstumsrate von angepeilten 31 bis 35% in 2014 vertretbar, aber so extrem unterbewertet wie früher ist ICG Group jetzt nicht mehr. Ich halte zwar ICG Group langfristig nachwievor für aussichtsreich, habe aber inzwischen meinen Bestand von der Höchstmarke 20.000 Aktien auf 3.000 reduziert. Erheblich Teile des Verkaufserlöses von diesen 17.000 Aktien von ICG Group habe ich in den Aufbau eines Bestandes von Local Corp gesteckt, von denen ich inwischen 102.000 Stück mein eigen nenne und von denen ich mir eine ähnliche Entwicklung wie ICG Group bei ihrem Ansteig von $3,40 auf $20 erhoffe.

ICG Announces First Quarter 2014 Financial Results: Company Reports Strong First Quarter Results
(ICGE) ("ICG") today reported its results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2014.

Revenue was $18.4 million for the first quarter of 2014, compared to $12.0 million for the first quarter of 2013. Net loss for the first quarter of 2014 was $(10.2) million, or $(0.27) per diluted share, compared to net income of $19.1 million, or $0.52 per diluted share, for the corresponding 2013 period. The first quarter of 2013 reflects the gains that ICG realized on the Channel Intelligence and Investor Force sales. Non-GAAP net income (loss) for the first quarter of 2014 was $(3.6) million, or $(0.10) per share, compared to a Non-GAAP net income (loss) of $(5.2) million, or $(0.14) per diluted share, for the prior year quarter.

"We were pleased to start 2014 with a strong first quarter," said Walter Buckley, chief executive officer of ICG. "We experienced excellent revenue growth across all of our businesses, demonstrating the success of our aggressive sales and marketing efforts, and we look forward to building on our positive momentum throughout the remainder of the year."
