Unaudited Trading Update for the three-months ended 31 December 2021

Steinhoff International Holdings N.V. (the "Company" and with its subsidiaries, the "Group").

The Company has today published its trading update for the three-month period to 31 December 2021. This update is available on the Company's website (http://www.steinhoffinternational.com).

The Company has a primary listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and a secondary listing on the JSE Limited.

mehr muss man nicht sagen, wie immer steinhoff liefert und es läuft spitze!!

Was steht denn drin wenn es super news sind?
Kann leider kaum Englisch;(

Steini is doing great ; )  

10 % Umsatzwachstum und zudem MF noch um 25 % gewachsen, da sind sehr gute Zahlen.

Im Ausblick spricht Steinhoff von einer tragfähigen Bilanz, das ist das Ziel, war bisher noch nie so kommuniziert.

Sebst GB Umsatz nur minimal gesunken.

Ein wirklich schönes Update.  

Du musst erstmal nur Zahlen lesen können und größer & kleiner verstehen. Matress steht vor einen IPO ganz gut.

-Sorry nicht die allgemeine politische Situation gemeint, die  ist leider unsagbar bescheiden-
Die über Jahre kolportierte Insolvenz ist längst vertrieben, Umsätze und Gewinne der Beteiligungen laufen hervorragend, Verlustbringer wurden abgestoßen bzw. Verkauft, Klagen geregelt.
einzigste ausstehend  ist noch die Neuregelung des Zinssatzes und damit einhergehend der Kursverlauf.
In der Tat ist es bitter für all diejenigen, die in den letzten Wochen bei 30 Cent + eingestiegen sind und mittlerweile auf Buchverlusten von bis zum30 % ausharren. Das können die Longies, die Teilweise Buchverlusten von 70 % oder mehr ausgesessen haben absolut nachfüllen.
Kopfhoch,  es wird auch für alle besseren Zeiten geben, und die sind nicht mehr fern.

With the first two elements of the three-step strategy – a financial restructuring and a litigation settlement – now completed, the Group can fully focus on the third step, addressing the debt and the sustainability of the balance sheet.
During this first quarter the operating entities’ performance has been encouraging as the businesses benefited from the strength of their strategic focus, their brands and market positioning  

We are also sincerely grateful for the continuing support of our financial creditors, shareholders, and the Supervisory Board.  

Nachdem die ersten beiden Elemente der dreistufigen Strategie - eine finanzielle Umstrukturierung und eine Prozesslösung - nun abgeschlossen sind, kann sich der Konzern voll und ganz auf den dritten Schritt konzentrieren und die Schulden und die Tragfähigkeit der Bilanz angehen.

In diesem ersten Quartal war die Leistung der operativen Einheiten ermutigend, da die Unternehmen von der Stärke ihrer strategischen Ausrichtung, ihrer Marken und ihrer Marktpositionierung profitierten.
