Forsys Metals Corp. Receives Final Court Approval for Arrangement

Forsys Metals Corp. ("Forsys") (FRANKFURT:F2T)(NSX:FSY) is pleased to announce that it has now received a final order from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) approving the plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (Ontario) to effect the previously announced acquisition of all Forsys' outstanding common shares, options and warrants by George Forrest International Afrique S.P.R.L. (or its nominee).

The closing of the plan of arrangement transaction is expected to occur after the satisfaction and/or waiver of all conditions precedent to the plan of arrangement, which is currently expected to occur on or about March 12, 2009 but no later than March 18, 2009.

nochmal danke dem spender der letzten stücke

wird heute abend wohl wieder über 4 euro stehen
schade für diejenigen die so kurz vorm ziel noch rausgekegelt wurden

heute beim DOW die 6.500 Punkte deutlich unterschritten werden.
Ausgehend vom Umfeld sowie frei nach dem Motto "alle guten
Dinge sind Drei" hoffe ich mal darauf, daß die Kanadier heute
eine neue Attacke auf Forsys starten werden.
Falls es so kommt, werde ich für morgen früh ein
Abstauberlimit setzen.

Here is something I just came across "According to the Korea Herald yesterday, Korea Water Resources Corp. and Korea Resources Corp. signed an agreement for two joint ventures with GFI in which the two Korean companies would help construct a water supply system and

provide dam management in the Democratic Republic of Congo (“DRC”) in exchange for a secured supply of copper (430,000 tonnes per year), cobalt (no amount given) and uranium (2,000 tonnes per year).Given that there are no near-term uranium mining projects in the DRC that we are aware of, we suspect that the uranium is likely to come from the Valencia project. Therefore, the above story underscores our continued belief, given GFI’scommitment to supply uranium to the Koreans, that the plan of arrangement between Forsys and GFI is likely to be consummated within the next couple of weeks."
Granted there is uncertainty during these turbulent times there are some very skittish people out there and I was on board for the TYK ride that someone posted earlier. There are often no legitimate catalysts for actions but the return probably appears too good to be true for some. Hope this helps. ABCAL

Aber jetzt schmeißen die Engländer die Druckmaschinen an um
e i g e n e   Staatsanleihen zu kaufen. Ähnliches plant die USA
und die EZB macht sich auch Gedanken darüber.

Ich hoffe nur, daß das nicht in einer Hyperinflation endet.

Forsys said in a statement that the closing of the plan of arrangement transaction is expected to occur after the satisfaction or waiver of all conditions precedent to the plan of arrangement, which is currently expected to occur next week.
Forsys is an emerging uranium producer in Namibia with 100% ownership over the Valencia uranium deposit, for which Mining Licence ML149 was received in August 2008. The company also has an extensive portfolio of uranium exploration projects totalling over 252,000 ha located in Namibia.
The Forrest Group is a private industrial conglomerate founded in 1922 in what is now the Democratic Republic of Congo. The Forrest Group is one of the country’s largest enterprises with businesses spanning civil engineering, mining, manufacturing and construction and operations in Africa, Europe and the Middle East.
With the recent expansion of Forrest International into the Namibian market, George Forrest, President of the Forrest Group, stated “Namibia, in my view, is a country with a very positive future for economic growth and represents a very good return on investment.”
Forrest also noted that he was very impressed with the Namibian infrastructure and the regulatory environmental standards".

mir ist es absolut schleierhaft wieso manche leute immer noch schmeißen so kurz vorm ziel
ich habe gestern jedenfalls noch günstig nachgelegt
und wer möchte kann meine stücke im moment gerne für 4.30 über frankfurt kaufen
denn ob die forrest group mir die kohle bezahlt oder sonstwer
das ist mir egal
aber unter wert geht hier nichts mehr übern tisch

Kursausschläge bei Forsys Metals (WKN A0ETPA)!

Die Analysten des Smallcap-Investors haben folgenden interessanten Bericht veröffentlicht:

Obwohl seit letzter Woche bei Forsys Metals (WKN A0ETPA) die Übernahme formell abgesegnet wurde und am 12. März 2009 der Übernahmepreis von 7 CA$ bezahlt werden soll, gibt es nach wie vor enorme Kursausschläge.

Zuerst hieß es, dass es Fehltrades eines kanadischen Bankers gegeben hat, die den Kurssturz am Dienstag ausgelöst haben. Dies wäre möglich und könnte tatsächlich so passiert sein, dass dasselbe gleich noch einmal passt, ist nahezu unmöglich. Wir wissen nicht wirklich welches Spiel hier manche Marktteilnehmer spielen, aber vielleicht wollen Sie Unsicherzeit erzeugen und manche Aktionäre und Investoren dazu zu verleiten, doch noch billig ihre Aktien zu verkaufen.

Dies ist auch sicher dem Umstand zuzuschreiben, dass der Übernehmer, die George Forrest International, ein privates Unternehmen, ist und damit keine offiziellen Bilanzen vorliegen, wo jeder nachsehen kann wie groß und liquide diese Unternehmen sind.

Ich kann Ihnen nur sagen, was ich machen werde. Ich behalte die Aktien, werde nächste Woche einmal nachfragen ob meine Bank bereits informiert worden ist, das die Aktien mit 7 CA$ in Cash abgefunden werden und freue mich, wenn in der Woche vom 16. März 2009 das Geld auf mein Konto gutgeschrieben wird.

Lassen Sie sich nicht verunsichern, die Wahrscheinlichkeit dass dieser Deal noch platzt liegt deutlich unter 0,1 Prozent.

Oh, Mann, wo wäre der Kurs in dieser besch.....Zeit ohne den Deal mit Forrest??!!
Ich glaube mittlerweile, dass sich die schlimmsten Befürchtungen betreffend der Wirtschaft erfüllen werden.
Inflation, Depression . . .
Da schmieren selbst die standhaftesten Kurse auf ground zero!

Ich werde erst einml cash behalten, wenn es Ende März tatsächlich in der Kasse klingelt, und nirgends neu einsteigen.
