FRANKFURT (dpa-AFX) - Die fortgesetzte Hoffnung auf Konjunkturspritzen durch die Europäische Zentralbank (EZB) hat dem deutschen Aktienmarkt am Mittwoch Aufwind verliehen. Die Sorgen um die Zukunft Griechenlands sowie den Ölpreis-Verfall rückten etwas in den Hintergrund. Der Dax (DAX) erholte sich nach vier Verlusttagen in Folge um 0,51 Prozent auf 9518,18 Punkte. " ... For the nine-monthperiod ended September 30,2019(Expressed in USDollars)3Under the Support Agreement with Buchans Resources Limited,

Buchans has the option at any time, upon 60 days written notice, to require the transfer to Buchans of the Secured Property (sharesof OrcaMinerals Limited, which indirectly  holds Xtierra’s mineral  properties  in  Mexico) in  full  satisfaction of  the outstanding  securednotes, including accrued interest, unless during that 60-day period the notes are repaid in full, in cash.

Upon expiry of the two-year term  of  the  Support  Agreementon February  14,  2020,  Xtierra
has  the  right  to discharge  the  notes, including  accrued  interest, infull,by  transferring  the  Secured  Property (shares  of  Orca  Minerals  Limited)to Buchans.
