CryptoAid

Imagine mining Bitcoin for charity? Well, Bitcoin does not allow that.

CryptoCoin will bring a new source of revenue for global charities. When CryptoAid generates a coin, part of the currency will go to the miner and part goes to a pool of charities chosen by the CryptoAid community.

Gift Cards

Newnote’s world first Bitcoin gift cards targeting another huge growth market and can be redeemed at market price at day of activation.

In Canada $6 Billion is spent in gift cards, while in the US $86 Billion worth of gift cards are sold each year.[1]

The majority of gift cards were purchased from the retailer or entertainment location. But about 50 percent of all gift cards were purchased from Gift Card Malls, which are stands or location in a retailer.

In 2011, the average value of a closed loop gift card (which is specific to one retailer) purchased was $42 and for an Open Loop card (such as a Visa) was $73. The average number of Gift cards purchased was 5.4 with an average total dollar spend in 2011 being about $200. [2]

Of note, 5% of Christmas gift cards or amounts greater than $500. And 24.5% of gift cards over the holiday season are in excess of $200. The rest of the year, the amounts are significantly smaller.
