OMT and CBC-Galaxie Combine Forces to Launch a Commercial Music Service

WINNIPEG, MANITOBA and OTTAWA, ONTARIO--OMT Inc. (TSXV: OMT) and CBC Galaxie announced today that the two organizations signed a Letter of Intent to jointly launch a unique commercial music service in December 2003.

As part of the agreement, Galaxie will provide the marketing and content programming expertise, while OMT will provide the technology and infrastructure. The unique commercial music service will include the ability to offer customized programming, insert messages or advertisements, and provide customer influenced content. This subscription-based service will primarily be marketed in Canada, and will include English and French content.

"The success of Galaxie, CBC's Continuous Music Network, is testimony to the value of their programming expertise. By working with Galaxie, we believe that we can offer commercial enterprises a compelling alternative to the currently available music services," stated Scott Farr, President and CEO of OMT Inc. Hier werden uns bald Neuigkeiten erfreuen, anders sind die Umsätze und Käufe nicht zu deuten.  

echt mal nicht übertreiben. Wie womanizer das machen will mit "Nicht unter 30 cent verkaufen" Find ich totaler schwachsinn. Ihr solltet auch mal mit 50% oder 100% zufrieden sein. Ich finde man soll echt nicht übertreiben, nur so guckt ihr zu wie ihr eurer Geld nur verbrennt. Also ich würde euch raten vorsichtig zu sein. Ich finde die Aktie echt n bisschen zu gefährlich. Wollte ich euch nur mal sagen.

Der Umbau zu einem Komplettanbieter im Internet soll bereits sehr weit fortgeschritten sein. Als strategische Partner sollen sogar mehrere Unternehmen bereitstehen, u.a. ist auch OMT im Gespräch ( siehe Meldung unten von Ende 2003 )

Noch immer wird das Potenzial, was in einem solchen Neustart und der Umstrukturierung zu bezahlbaren Dienstleistungen, steckt verkannt:

Deutlich spekulativer als JoWood die Aktien des kanadischen Entertainment-Unternehmens musicmusicmusic (ISIN USU618801075). Kaum ein noch lebensfähiges Unternehmen wurde im weltweiten Technologiecrash derart abgestraft. Nach einem Höchststand von über €12,- im Jahr 2000 notiert musicmusicmusic an der Frankfurter Börse bei nur  € 0,06 (Kurs 25.08.2003) , entsprechend einer Marktkapitalisierung von derzeit etwas über € 300.000,-. Dabei zählt der Musikspezialist längst nicht mehr zu den Todeskandidaten. Die Neuentwicklung „Galaxy Head Systeme“ dient dazu als Cash-Cow. Nach der sehr erfolgreichen Installation beim kanadischen Handelsriesen Future-Shop dürften noch heuer weitere Partner folgen.
Bereits 2004 will CEO Wolfgang Spengg ausgeglichen bilanzieren, 2005 sollte der Gewinn bei 0,27/je Aktie liegen. Um dann fair bewertet zu sein, müsste der Aktienkurs auf etwa € 4,- steigen, ein noch sehr weiter Weg.  Obwohl der Internet-Musikladen derzeit zu den billigsten Aktien weltweit zählt, kann ein Investment derzeit nur Glücksrittern und Spekulanten empfohlen werden. Derzeit tummeln sich nur Zocker in den sehr markt engen Wert, und eine Übernahme eines Investors in bereits naher Zukunft ist wahrscheinlicher als ein Kursanstieg um mehrere 1000 Prozent. Auch die Investor Relations ist für das Musikunternehmen derzeit noch ein Fremdwort.

Ich hab weiter oben ein Kursziel von 30 - 35 cent gelesen. Was haltet ihr davon, ist das realistisch. In welchem Zeitraum ist es zu sehen?

erst muss du dir im klaren sein, dass es noch ein Zockerwert ist, d.h. du kannst auch verlieren; bei werten um 10 Cents kommt es oft zu 20-30% schwankungen

hier war bis heute ein megaPusher namens "womanizer", der wegen 10 Tausend Threads zu mmm gesperrt wurde.
Paralell dazu brachte mich SchwarzerHengst(hier aus dem Forum) auf den Wert, indem er eine sehr gute Analyse zum Unternehmen machte(ich stelle sie hier nochmal rein, wenn es erwünscht ist) Dann machte ich mich auf dem Weg ins Internet und fand einige PR´s die Ende 2003 rauskamen, aus denen hervorgeht, dass mmm eventuell eine zukunft bevorsteht. Vor diesen Hintergrund sehe ich es auch ein wenig als Zukunftsinvestition an.

bin aber trotzdem vorsichtig drin mit 16000 Stück zu 0,12. Kurse von 30 Cents sehe ich erst dann als realistisch, wenn wir uns auf 16-17 cents befinden und die 20 in Angriff nehmen. Dann ist der Ausbruch nach oben da. bei Fortunecity habe ich es auch nicht geglaubt.

also salto1, informiere dich und dann bilde dir selbst ein Urteil.
