Was mich aber noch (fast) mehr interessieren würde, ist der Umsatz von SSI. Könntet ihr mir den bitte auch mal reinstellen!?

Ja, mein fellloses papppferd! DEIN ANTIVIRENPROGRAMM ERZÄHLT DIR JA AUCH NICHT SO EINEN MÜLL, DU HÄTTEST KEINE BEFUGNIS SOLCH EINE SEITE AUFZURUFEN!!! Das schmeiße ich morgen wieder runter! Allein um diese Antwort zu schreiben, muss ich mich hier schon 2 mal einloggen!!! (Cookiesperre)

Heute früh hätt ich echt bald diesen überdimensionalen Taschenrechner aus dem Fenster geschmissen!!

Aber genug von meinen Computerproblemen.

Also, mein lieber Warren B., dann geb ich Dir mal einen ganz heißen Tipp. Es gibt auch noch ein anderes Forum, in dem über GoConnect gejammert wird, nämlich Wallstreet Online. Wenn Du da reingehst, siehst Du auch die Zahlen von SSI, die ich (unter meinem anderen Nick) dort reingestellt habe. Alles klar? Oder alles unklar?

Re: GoConnect partnering with Universal Gaming in online poker
GoConnect Ltd (“GCN”) is pleased to announce the signing of an agreement with
Universal Management & Consulting Ltd (“Universal”) for the formation of a new
company (“Company”), which will be owned as to 75% by GoConnect Australia Pty. Ltd.
a wholly owned subsidiary of GCN, and 25% by Universal for the conduct of online
poker business, with the primary objective of targeting the Asian market.
Universal has been involved in online gaming for several years and operates several
online gaming sites, including the NutsPoker brand of online poker. Its other sites are
www.giantvegas.com , www.sierrastarcasino.com , www.royaldice.com, and
www.desroyaux.com.
Under the agreement with Universal, the Company will operate an Internet site (“the
Site”) of NutsPoker, aimed primarily at the growing Asian Market and will further
establish its own online gaming branded via www.pokergame8888.com. Universal will
operate the Site for the first 2 years, whereafter, operational management will revert to
the Company.
In return for securing 75% of the Company and the Company to be provided with a fully
operational online poker site, GCN has agreed to issue to Universal 5 million GCN shares
at 10 cents each subject to the Company achieving an agreed level of revenue. These
shares will be subject to an escrow of 12 months from the date of issue.
The recent ban on Internet gaming in the US has disrupted growth in the online gaming
and online poker industry. This has resulted in a greater business and marketing focus on
Asia by the gaming industry. Both GCN and Universal believe that Asia will be the next
major growth region for online gaming and in particular, online poker.
This is borne out by the recent announcement by WORLD POKER TOUR® (“WPT”) to
extend its footprint to Asia. WPT is one of the world’s two major tournament poker
brands and has syndicated its televised poker tournaments throughout the world. WPT
Enterprises Inc, owner of WPT, announced in early September 2006 that it had entered
into agreements with Macau Cable in Macau and MediaCorp in Singapore to air its
flagship show, WORLD POKER TOUR® . The agreement means that the WPT shows
now air in 154 territories. It is also widely known that the other major poker brand, the
World Series of Poker, has been keenly sought to host its tournaments in Asia.
With so much attention being focused on Asia by both land-based and online poker
companies, both GCN and Universal believe that Texas Hold’em poker will lift its
popularity in Asia significantly in the coming months, in the same manner that Texas
Hold’em poker boomed in North America in the past few years, leading to the
establishment of a vibrant listed online poker industry until recent legal enactments in the
US effectively spelt the end for online gaming in the USA. This has created huge
potential for the rest of the world, particularly Asia which presently, remains largely
untapped. Accordingly, both GCN and Universal are positioning themselves via the
Company to capitalize on the potential boom in Asian online poker games.
The Company’s online poker business is expected to be operational before the end of
calendar year 2006. Initial marketing efforts will be directed at SE Asia with China a
target for 2007. Due to legal restrictions, NutsPoker will not be available to Australian
residents.  

Ist ja erschreckend, wie sich die Aktien beider Unternehmen entwickeln (AUS)!
Vorallem SSI!!! Als wenn das schon nicht reichen würde!? NEIN! Das muß natürlich auch noch mit "gigantischen Umsätzen" ( im Vergleich zu den letzten Monaten ) geschehen! (GCN)

Irgendwas is da im Busch... und das ist kein Hüpfetier!!

Entweder ist das ne totale Übertreibung oder da kommen richtig Probleme auf uns zu!

Verstehe das ganze aber nicht wirklich:

GCN hat Kohle
SSI hat Kohle (und die hätten sicher keine Probleme frisches Kapital zu besorgen!)

Wirklich beunruhigend sind die hohen Umsätze, da die auf Insider deuten!

Das wird die nächsten Tage turbulent werden!

vielleicht haben die Chinesen die Konzession für den Spielvertrieb nicht verlängert. Oder aus dem Online-Poker wird nichts (denn da ist ja längst noch nichts beschlossene Sache).

Am Montag wissen wir (vielleicht) mehr, denn dann hat SSI Hauptversammlung.

Nur mal so am Rande, damit es hier überhaupt noch was zu lesen gibt: SSI hat 23 Beschäftigte und GoConnect 18.

Und noch eine Bemerkung am Rande: Im vorigen Beitrag habe ich ja Möglichkeiten für den Kursrutsch (von SSI und GCN) aufgeführt. Mich wundert, dass sich keiner dazu äußerst - was ja Sinn eines Forums ist. Keiner stimmt zu, keiner hält das für Quatsch, keiner entdeckt andere Gründe, keiner flucht, keiner beschwichtigt, keiner schreit Scheiße. Alle sind müde und frustriert.

Spätestens am Montag wird sich Euer fellloses Papppferd mit irgendeiner meinetwegen auch dummen Bemerkung wieder zu Wort melden. Ich hoffe, es gibt dann auch andere, die ihr Maul aufreißen und irgendeine meinetwegen auch dumme Bemerkung loslassen. Bis dann!  

Wenn die Konzession nicht verlängert worden wäre, würde der Kurs von SSI wahrscheinlich schon viel tiefer liegen!
Warum sollte das denn nichts werden (online Poker)??? GCN bereitet sich doch voll darauf vor (Ezybonds, Universal Gaming)!

Was ich aber wirklich nicht verstehe, sind die Personalkosten:

SSI : 23 Employees  1.400.000 AU$ Personalkosten/Q

GCN : 18 Employees    450.000 AU$ Personalkosten/Q

Was verdienen denn diese Leute bitte im Q??? Da denkt man ja glatt ans Auswandern!

Vielleicht will niemand in China Poker spielen, weil die nicht wissen wie's geht. Die stehen doch mehr auf Majong mit den Bauklötzchen oder Karate. Das könnte ein Problem sein, wenn man die Sache nackt betrachtet.
Bei uns spielt auch keiner Baseball.  

Na wunderbar! Für das Betrachten nackter Tatsachen ist GoConnect bestens gerüstet. Über m-Vision gibt es sowohl "Naked News Female" als auch "Naked News Male" zu betrachten. Kein Problem also!  

Da kann ich dich beruhigen, da ich erst vor eineiger Zeit (2 Wochen) einen Bericht gesehen habe, wo der Erfolg des "Poker-Spieles" (weltweit) erläutert wurde und das Poker vorallem IM ASIATISCHEM RAUM sehr schnell an Beliebtheit gewinne.

Und wenn ich (in einem anderen Forum) das folgende Gestammel lese, bekomme auch ich einen epileptischen Anfall:

Das ist von vorne bis hinten kaum zu überbietender Schwachsinn! Einfach unfassbar!

Das felllose Papppferd geht jetzt erst einmal, um etwas zu trinken, den Bach runter. Damit befindet es sich im Gleichschritt mit GoConnect.  

Diese Aussgen erscheinen mir auch etwas absurd!?

Da ja dort Alle auf eine Antwort auf die Anfrage an Herrn Li warten, werde ich ihnen mal etwas Wind aus den Segeln nehmen! Ich habe nämlich bereits vor 2 Wochen eine Anfrage (in perfekten Englisch) an Mr. Li geschickt. Als ich nach einer Woche noch keine Antwort bekommen hatte, habe ich eine weitere E-Mail abgeschickt. AUCH AUF DIE HABE ICH KEINE ANTWORT ERHALTEN!!! ALSO - Viel Spaß beim WARTEN!

Antwort von Li erhältst Du nur entweder in guten Zeiten oder wenn Du die Anfrage auf Deutsch stellst.

Gute Zeiten, schlechte Zeiten. Zur Zeit haben wir schlechte Zeiten, also keine Antwort.

Und bei einer Anfrage auf Deutsch (wie neulich von einem aus dem anderen Forum)erhältst Du tatsächlich eine Antwort! Nämlich die, Du möchtest doch bitte die Mail in Englisch verfassen.

Sehr witzig, dieser Li. Auch wenn keiner darüber lachen kann, Euer fellloses Papppferd schon gar nicht.

(Der in #1390 zitierte Schreiber hat sich inzwischen stark gebessert, sodass durch ihn keine epileptischen Anfälle mehr zu befürchten sind.  ;-)    

... Damit haben wir uns wieder in "angemessene" Regionen zurückbegeben!!! :)

Sehr tapfer von Dir, dass Du versuchst, den dieter und seine wenigen Mitstreiter wiederzubeleben. Mal sehen, ob einer der Typen darauf reagiert. Aber einen Versuch war es auf jeden Fall wert.  

Schon wieder ein Beitrag von Dir im australischen Forum! Hiermit erkläre ich Dich zum legitimen Nachfolger von dieter.  

Lass schwarze Zahlen sprechen im Quartalsbericht, Mr. Li - and you will be very appreciated!  

Erfreuliche Entwicklung bei SSI, die innerhalb weniger Tage von 1,90 A$ auf 2,45 A$ gestiegen sind!

Goconnect dagegen hat sich negativ entwickelt ( 0,064 A$- 0,054 A$)

Es zeichnen sich allerdings höhere Kurse ab! :

Da erscheint ein plus von 10 %  als sehr realistisch! :)
