Denn das mit dem Geld dürfte den Beteiligten ja schon länger klar sein. Aber Lehmann der ja wahrscheinlich über die Mannings Einblick in Valcom hat, hat fleissig weiter gekauft.
Würde eine Insolvenz im Raum stehen, hätte er das wohlkaum getan.

Somit gehe ich weiterhin davon aus, dass wir auf einen lukrativen Deal hoffen dürfen.

Auch ein Freeze-Out kann mit einer vernünftigen Abfindung der Minderheitsaktionäre erfolgen. Es steht nirgendwo geschrieben das man im Zuge eins Freeze-Outs automatisch verarscht werden muss.

Wenn Lehmann nicht gerade zu der seltenen Art der Leute gehört, die gern Geld verschenken, wird er bei seinen Plänen sicher nicht an die armen kleinen Minderheitsaktionäre denken.

 

das wird schon. Wir sind ja nicht ohne Grund hier investiert. Wir hoffen schließlich auf sehr gute Gewinne, sind uns den Risiken aber bewusst.

Ups... unangenehm hier jedes zweite Posting korrigiert zu werden... ;) Aber du hast wieder recht. Was jedoch schade ist, da es ein gutes Zeichen gewesen wäre. Hätte aber wohl auch nicht unbedingt zu einem Verkauft gepasst.
Wobei ich auch die Tatsache, dass Fox jetzt das gleiche Format ausstrahlt als sehr positiv empfinde.
Spricht für die Qualität der Sendungen bei MyFamily TV.

 Es sind defenitiv mehr shares im Umlauf als 178Mill. Vince hat damals weitere shares raus gegeben und daruch ein Kredit von den Radhots bekommen.

Ich hatte auch mal mit Tim telefoniert und er wusste wie viele Shares es gibt. Es sind sehr viele. Die genau könnte er mir nicht verraten... Jeder kann ihn selbst anrufen und davon überzeugen. 

 

habe ich auch schon gehört. aber selbst bei 300 mio shares ist der kurs zu niedrig. Ich sage mal so, die 0,03 - 0,035 werden wir alleine wegen lehmann wieder sehen!

So wie ich das sehe, sind die Einstiegskurse von Lehmann in letzter Zeit niedriger geworden, nicht höher. Warum genau sollte er jetzt schlagartig wieder fast das Doppelte bezahlen?

 

 

Sehr guter Beitrag! Bis auf den Punkt mit den Shares, stimme ich Dir hier zu. Ich kann mir eigentlich nicht vorstellen, dass viel mehr als 250mio Shares ausgegeben wurden. Kann dies leider nicht belegen, aber rein vom Studium der Filings würde ich sagen, dass dies eigentlich nicht möglich sein dürfte,  da ansonsten eigentlich die SEC ermitteln sollte...

Hat eigentlich jemand derzeit L2 offen? Kann im Moment nicht darauf zugreifen, aber mich würde gerade heute interessieren, ob Lehmann weiter einkauft, oder über wen sonst die "günstigen" Shares gekauft wurden. Ich habe so langsam das Gefühl, dass diese Rücksetzer einzig und allein darauf abzielen, die Kleininvestoren zu verunsichern und rauszukegeln. Daher wäre es interessant zu erfahren, ob sich diese Shares irgendwelche Broker oder Investmentfirmen wie Lehmann gezogen haben...  

Genau das ist auch meine Theorie. In den letzten Tagen wurden immer wieder Mini Stückzahlen ins Bid geworfen. Glaube nicht, das es irgendwelche Kleinanleger waren. Bei 2000 Stück sind die Ordergebühren ja fast höher. Könnte mir auch gut vorstellen das dies, zusammen mit den fehlenden News, der Versuch ist die Kleinanleger raus zu schütteln. kann so sein, muss aber nicht. Derzeit weiß wohl niemand was im Hintergrund abgeht.

Werde tim gleich nochmal eine mail schreiben. Wobei man sich davon auch nichts neues  erwarten darf.

L2 habe ich leider auch nicht. Wäre aber interessant ...

Das ist mir auch schon aufgefallen. Hier wird halt fleissig versucht keine Dynamik in die ein oder andere Richtung aufkommen zu lassen. Wobei sich zu den 320.500 heute noch 400.000 gesellt haben.

Ich wüsste gerne was zu befürchten wäre wenn wir die beiden ausstehenden Annual-Reports, die aktuelle Aktienzahl und das Gutachen von DOS kennen würden.
Ein Ausbruch nach oben, oder nach unten? Man muss halt leider beides in Betracht ziehen.

Ich überlege schon wieder TH eine Mail zu den Fragen zu schicken. Nur gibt es auf derartige Fragen eigentlich nie eine Antwort.

Sagen wir mal so: Es sollte so langsam mal was passieren. ;-) Leider tut sich hier kurstechnisch zur Zeit überhaupt nichts, ausser dass man immer wieder mal günstig nachlegen kann. Lasse mich aber mal überraschen, ob wir in den nächsten 2 Wochen mal wieder ein neues Filing sehen werden. Sollte Lehmann weiter aufgestockt haben, so werden wir dies spätestens zum 12.04. sehen.

THIS AGREEMENT entered into on this _______ day of _______________________, 2013 is for the Professional Association and arrangement of Non-Circumvention, Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality by and between _____________________________________ whose office is located at ______________________________________________ and DOS Broadcast & Appraisal Service, Anniston, AL, hereinafter, called the "The Parties."

Such confidentiality will include any names, addresses, telephone, telex, facsimile numbers, and/or other pertinent information disclosed or revealed to either Party.
The Parties agree not to disclose, reveal or make use of any information during discussion or observation regarding assets, plans, concepts, ideas, product/services, or proposed new services, nor to do business with any of the revealed contacts without the written consent of the introducing party or parties.
The Parties agree that any sales commission will be paid to DOS by Valcom, Inc., for any sales that may results from this introduction and that due to the many variables surrounding each Business Financial Transaction that will occur because of this agreement, the commission to be paid and/or the fee structure between the Parties can vary. A separate fee/commission agreement will outline compensation for each Business/Financial Transaction. The fee or commission agreement must be drafted and acknowledged by signature before all Business/Financial Transactions.
In case of circumvention, the Parties agree and guarantee that they will pay a legal monetary penalty that is equal to the commission or fee the circumvented Party should have realized in such transactions, by the person(s) engaged on the circumvention for each occurrence. If either party commences legal proceedings to interpret or enforce the terms of THIS AGREEMENT, the prevailing Party will be entitled to recover court costs and reasonable attorney fees.

The parties will construe THIS AGREEMENT in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, County of Calhoun. If any provision of this agreement is found to be void by any court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in force and effect.
THIS AGREEMENT contains the entire understanding between the Parties and any waiver, amendment or modification to THIS AGREEMENT will be subject to the above conditions and must be attached hereto.
