Companies like Pan American that have excellent partners and off-take relationships with strategic investors are the ones to watch. This company could be the leader in lithium mining in the near term.”

Die Geschichte an sich liest sich (für mich) an und für sich plausibel, am meisten verunsichert mich die (hier oder doch in einem anderen Forum?) gelesene Vermutung, dass es in Chile (noch) nicht legal sein könnte, dass ausländische Unternehmen Lithium abbauen/gewinnen... DAS müsste mal verifiziert werden!

plötzlich "proudly presentet" wird, dass die Firma CEOcast beauftragt wurde, die IR abzuwickeln?
Schon zwei Unternehmen im Sold für die IR-Arbeit, aber andererseits eine mehr als lückenhafte und verwaiste Internetpräsenz zu haben, das kann´s ja wohl nicht sein!

The program as designed by Montgomery involves an initial campaign of three diamond drillholes totaling 300 meters of drilling. The work program is anticipated to commence at Llanta on or about June 15, 2011, and is expected to conclude approximately one month later. Unrühmliche Parallelen drängen sich mir auf zu so "soliden" Werten wie North Thunder Bay Mining...:-) Will denen bei Pan American Lithium nichts unterstellen, was ich nicht belegen kann, aber mein Bauchgefühl tendiert immer mehr in Richtung "Abzocke"...
Mal die nächsten Wochen beobachten, abwarten...was will man schon groß machen! Und im Zweifel lieber mit Verlust raus aus der Sache (meine Meinung), als ewig eine Depotleiche vor Augen zu haben...

Entweder das sind Leute die auf die ja für rund Mitte Juli kommenden (zumindest angekündigten) Bohrergebnisse der ersten drei Löcher spekulieren. Oder das CEOcast-Interview mit dem PanAmericanLithium-CEO hat derart beeindruckt??
Bin gespannt ob da endlich mal was positives passiert...

Furthermore, the Company announced that it has issued 350,082 common shares under a Consulting and Professional Services Agreement (the "Agreement") with Pro Business Trust (the "Consultant") dated November 22, 2010. The Consultant provided services and expenditures for a Chilean exploration program at several of the Company's brine projects in the Atacama Region III. The Company satisfied US$41,631 of expenditure incurred under the Agreement at a price of $0.12 per common share. The securities issued to the Consultant are subject to a hold period expiring on February 12, 2012.

In total, the Company has rights in eleven lithium and potash-bearing brine projects in Chile's Atacama Region III covering cumulatively more than 20,000 hectares. The Company also has an option to acquire an indirect interest in the Cierro Prieto geothermal lithium brine project in Baja California Norte, Mexico. The Laguna Verde surface brine lake project is the most advanced of the Company's portfolio of 11 lithium and potassium bearing brines projects in Chile.

Pan American Lithium Corp. (TSX-V:PL) (OTCBB:PALTF) (OTCQB:PALTF) ("Pan American" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company has entered into debt settlement agreements with Gareste Limitada, Pro Business Trust, and Boulder Design LLC to settle outstanding debt in the amount of US$200,395.29 (the "Debt"). The Debt was incurred by the Company under a Consulting and Professional Services Agreement with each of Pro Business Trust and Boulder Design LLC, and an Operator Agreement with Sociedad Gareste Limitada. Under the terms of the debt settlement agreements, the Company will satisfy the Debt with the issuance of 1,335,768 common shares of the Company at a deemed issuance price of $0.15 per common share. These shares for debt transactions are subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

... und der Abwärtstrend geht kontinuierlich weiter! 
Bin z. Z. 84,4% im Minus! Aber verkaufen lohnt nicht, also wird der Wert im Depot ignoriert. 
Solange kein Boom bei Elektroautos einsetzt (kommt dieser überhaupt???), wird sich hier nichts mehr tun (außer ein ev. Bankrott)!
