Outokumpu, Finnisches Bergbauunternehmen

das kann hier noch dauern. Bei der nächsten Gelegenheit fliegt das Teil aus dem Depot, oser ich nehme einen Teil Verluste wahr. Wäre ich mit dem Geld nur in Schmolz+Birckenbach eingestiegen.

Wieso jetzt Aussteigen? Jetzt wo sich ein vermeindliches höheres Tief gebildet hat. Ich steig erst aus wenn das tiefste Tief unterboten wird.

kaufe unter 40ct....und nutz die Hypes zum Ausstieg...

dann schau dir mal den Kurs an. Was ist da passiert?

mein depot ist 60% in den Miesen, allerdings nur Stuttgart. Was geht hier vor?  Ich steh auf dem Schlauch. Wer weiß was genaues? Danke

Outokumpu Oyj (business identity code: 0215254-2) has received a notification based on Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Finnish Securities Market Act from Ahlström Capital Oy (business identity code 1670034-3) and its subsidiary AC Invest Four B.V. (domicile in the Netherlands, register number 56534272).

Such notification by Ahlström Capital Oy and AC Invest Four B.V. contains the following information:

AC Invest Four B.V.’s holding in the shares and voting rights of Outokumpu Oyj increases to 5.0% (104 319 986 shares and voting rights). AC Invest Four B.V. does not have any previous direct or indirect ownership in Outokumpu Oyj’s shares and voting rights.

AC Invest Four B.V. is indirectly 100% owned by Ahlström Capital Oy. AC Invest Four B.V., Nordea Bank and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken have on November 29, 2013 signed a transaction agreement according to which AC Invest Four B.V. acquires 5.0% of Outokumpu Oyj’s shares.

Outokumpu has a total of 2 078 081 348 shares. Each share carries one vote. Outokumpu holds 947 729 of its own shares.

kann gut sein weil andere Börsenplätze noch den alten Kurs zeigen. Bin mal gwspannt was du raus bekommst.  

Habe nocht nichts zu einem Split gefunden.
