Net Element: Focused To Grow

Die pushen das Ding über 1 $ damit sie nicht aus der nasdaq fliegen...

Das Update ist laut Datumsangabe ja brandaktuell.

Aber welche Informationen sind denn tatsächlich neu und damit geeignet, den gestrigen Hype zu erklären?

"NETE received an update regarding its listing status on the Nasdaq Capital Market. The company has been given until October 20, 2017 to regain compliance. Currently NETE shares trade below the minimum bid and also the company’s shareholders’ equity is less than the $2.5mn minimum requirement. Management stated that it is working with the Nasdaq to present a case to regain compliance. We would expect these activities to include a capital raise and possibly a reverse share split, depending on market prices as the deadline approaches."

Diese Ausführungen habe ich in den Foren vor einigen Tagen bereits gelesen. Aber da war es vermutlich nur ein Gerücht, das ausreichte, um die NETE-Rakete zu zünden ... .  

Das Update bestätigt nur das bisher vermutete/bekannte, wie die totale Unterbewertung gegenüber Mitbewerbern und gibt nochmal das Kursziel von Analystenseite. Lisa Thompson hatte ja auch eine sehr detailierte Analyse herausgegeben mit ähnlichem, sogar leicht besserem Ergebnis: Kursziel $4,3, wenn ich mich recht erinnere.
Ich glaube aber nicht, dass diese Erkenntnisse der Auslöser des Ausbruchs mit diesen enormen Volumen sind. Da steckt anderes dahinter. Ich glaube auch nicht, dass NETE den Kurs über die $1 pusht, um dem RS zu entgehen. Das wäre viel zu teuer für NETE, die eh sehr klamm sind.
Wir werden sehen!  

mit Crede und Cobblestone, wo ich nicht so richtig durchblicke. Kann durchaus sein, dass sie ihre Beteiligungen auf ein gutes/angemessenes Niveau hiefen wollen.

10,5Mio von 19Mio Aktien wechseln den Besitzer und der Kurs tritt auf der Stelle.
Die Amis sind bekloppt, mit ihrer Strategie, jeden kleinen Gewinn gleich mitzunehmen, bzw. jeden Verlust zu realisieren. Und dazu noch die StopLoss-Spielchen.
Aber, bei uns würde sich erst gar nichts bewegen!!!

ob in den verbleibenden zwei Stunden noch was passiert. Habe mich auf Widerspruch der Kollegen aus US neu informiert: der Schlusskurs muß an 10 aufeinander folgenden Tagen >$1 sein.
Vlt. wird noch was kommen?

Also Montag wieder rein habe heute mal die Hälfte für 0,85 € verkauft  

 

damit man die Zulassung für die Nasdaq behält  

ja mal einen Tag, aber glaub die muss 10 Tage lang oder so bleiben sonst reicht das nicht!
