Partial Redemption Notice - (DE000A4D5RA0 – 1L Notes – Partial Redemption Notice August 2025)
EUR 1,498,953,700 notes due December 31, 2028  (ISIN DE000A4D5RA0) (the “Notes”). Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this redemption notice shall have the meaning given to them in the terms and conditions of the Notes (the “Terms and Conditions”). According to § 5(3) of the Terms and Conditions the Issuer hereby irrevocably redeems Notes in part and pro rata on August 19, 2025 (the “Call Redemption Date”) at the Early Redemption Amount (including the relevant PIK Amount forming part of such Early Redemption Amount). The Early Redemption Amount per Note is EUR 0.5165267, including a principal prepayment of EUR 0.4965267 and a PIK Amount of EUR 0.02. The aggregate amount including principal and the relevant PIK Amount of the Notes to be so redeemed is EUR 7,742,496.08. Following the early redemption, the pool factor to be applied to the Notes will be:                                             0.847696573.

Wer aufmerksam zwischen den Zeilen lesen kann ...............  

das von den 1498953 Mrd 1L Notes schon 228,2956 Millionen zurückgezahlt wurden.

Sprich man muss bis 31.Dezember 2028 "nur" noch etwa 1,27Mrd zurückzahlen oder dann halt wieder den Rest neu finanzieren.
Stimmt meine Annahme und Grobrechnung?  

Bauruinen, da gibts nicht viel dafür , da gehts vermutlich um die Grundstücke, Rest kann man abreißen , dann ist auch bald nix mehr da und Ende , auflösen und die Chefs auszahlen und dei Banken , fertig .
