Eyes on the Go Partners With Major Global Video Aggregators to See Web Traffic Jump 250%
Partnership With the Film Annex & Daily Motion Contribute to GANDER.tv's Rapid Web Expansion and Increased Acceptance
NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Nov 1, 2013) - Eyes on the Go, Inc. (OTCQB: AXCG) ("Eyes"), a virtual broadcasting company supplying live and recorded content from top New York City nightlife performance venues, announced today that strategic relationships with two of the largest aggregators of video content, the Film Annex and Daily Motion, have helped to propel the Company's principal division, GANDER.tv's (www.gander.tv), visitor page views to over 360,000 in just 30 days -- an increase of nearly 250%; thus having a positive impact on current and future revenues.
"In September, I suggested that we may approach 1,00,000 page views sometime in the first quarter of 2014," stated Chris Carey, CEO of Eyes on the Go. "I stand corrected. The possibility of us achieving 1,000,000 page views before year end is highly likely, especially with the substantial exposure we now receive from two of the largest global aggregators of video content. Increased traffic, which ultimately translates into increased revenues -- this was indeed an excellent venture for us."
While Youtube is one of the most widely known aggregators of video content, New York based Film Annex (www.filmannex.com), and Paris based Daily Motion (www.dailymotion.com), boasting 17 million and over 93 million unique visitors, respectively, are amongst the largest competitors in the market. These partnerships provide Eyes access to equally sized audiences. It also provides more flexibility and responsibility within an actual structured partnership between it and the two companies.
Each partner has created a section -- or channel -- for GANDER.tv to place its top performance clips of music, poetry, comedy, spoken word, burlesque and drag. Film Annex and Daily Motion both provide GANDER.tv with hosting and are responsible for ad placements. Eyes will now receive a greater amount of exposure and will share in a portion of the revenue.
Francesco Rulli, President of Film Annex, stated, "At Film Annex, we are excited about our relationship with GANDER.tv. As a leader in the Pay-For-Content business model, Film Annex is tasked with providing subscribers good and viable content. We consider GANDER.tv and its content to meet our expectations and view them as business partners. We look forward to supporting Mr. Kerry and GANDER.tv in their growth."
In the GANDER.tv model, increased traffic directly relates to revenues. Management suggests that while there is a noticeable addition to revenue, they expect the partnership's financial relationship to become more impactful, as a greater percentage of the now combined 100 million visitors begin to gravitate toward GANDER.tv's wide ranging entertainment content on their partner hosted channels.
With a 200% increase in revenues between September and October, management is confident that between now and year-end, should growth successfully continue with the current business model, revenues may possibly reflect gains as much as 1000%.

Eyes will now receive a greater amount of exposure and will share in a portion of the revenue.)
Erhöhte Zugriffe führen direkt zu erhöhten Erträgen.
Und das wird die Expansion deutlich beschleunigen.
With a 200% increase in revenues between September and October, management is confident that between now and year-end, should growth successfully continue with the current business model, revenues may possibly reflect gains as much as 1000%.
Previously, Chris was CEO of Datatec Systems, Inc., a technology services
company which had $500,000 in revenues when he completed an MBO at 23
years of age. Over the span of 25 years, he built Datatec into one of North
America’s largest independent systems implementation firms, and took the
company public with $100M in revenues and 750 employees in the U.S. and
Canada. In 2000, the company had a market value of over $150M. - See more at: http://www.gander.tv/bio/chris-carey#sthash.amxJFTLh.dpuf
"In the GANDER.tv model, increased traffic directly relates to revenues."
Eyes on the Go Expansion Strategy Shows Increased Revenue -- 400% Avg. Monthly Growth
Tremor, Value Click and Adapt.tv Boost Eyes' Revenue Thru Ad Network Arrangements -- Monetizing GANDER.tv's Significant Traffic Gains
NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Nov 5, 2013) - Eyes on the Go, Inc. (OTCQB: AXCG) ("Eyes"), a virtual broadcasting company supplying live and recorded content from top New York City nightlife performance venues, announced that Eyes has entered into a number of 'Ad Network' agreements which have contributed to the Company's consistently growing income -- projecting a revenue increase of nearly 1000% over the next 60 days.
"We have created an amazing, low cost, highly efficient network for broadcasting, recording and repurposing hundreds of hours of entertainment content from venues across New York City," said Chris Carey, CEO of Eyes on the Go. "In June we were broadcasting just 75 shows per week. Now we are procuring well over 200 quality performances weekly. However, it's not just the volume but the quality of our content which has made GANDER.tv a viable candidate for very lucrative Ad Network relationships."
During the latter portion of the third quarter, Eyes' GANDER.tv, entered into agreements with a number of major ad networks. This includes a few of the market's more notable names: Tremor Media, Value Click Media and Adap.tv, a division of AOL. Considering an ad network such as Tremor Media maintains a 'short list' of publisher sites -- generally ranging between approximately 300 to 500 affiliate sites -- in many instances the vetting process can be arduous as ad networks can be very judicious on behalf of their advertisers.
Mr. Carey continued, "Ad Networks do not simply look at web traffic, but also the quality of the content. GANDER.tv currently produces over 300 hours of entertainment content weekly. GANDER.tv covers everything from music to poetry and spoken word, comedy to burlesque and drag, etc. And some of our performance venues, such as Webster Hall, are considered 'ground breaking' in uncovering emerging artist."
Eyes is employing video ads and various sized display ads on its web sites. Management anticipates GANDER.tv will continue to increase and diversify its performance roster -- ultimately resulting in a larger audience. With this, the company strongly believes future growth for the remainder of 2013 will continue to be aligned with the past four months, reflecting an average increase of 400% in revenues each month.

"projecting a revenue increase of nearly 1000% over the next 60 days."
"With this, the company strongly believes future growth for the remainder of 2013 will continue to be aligned with the past four months, reflecting an average increase of 400% in revenues each month. "
"In July 2013 the Company expanded its services to include partnerships with third party web sites for the repurposing of its captured performance content. The Company expects that this will be a significant portion of its revenue in the future. "
"In the future, the Company expects to generate additional revenue through promotional programs and venue placement fees, and with select consumer product company sponsorships."
"We have signed Digital Rights Agreements with the three leading music licensing companies: ASCAP, BMI, and SESAC. This provides us the rights to broadcast any licensed work over the Internet, and covers more than 17 million works. We have also entered into agreements with a number of ad networks including Tremor Video, Adap.tv, a division of AOL, and SpotXchange for video ads and Google, Value Click Media, Federated Media and Lijit for display ads. We will continue to search for additional ad network relationships to obtain the highest paying video and banner ads."
Und mit den beginnenden Werbeeinnahmen im 4. Quartal fängt der Spaß doch erst richtig an !
Revenues increased by 3,500 % compared to last year's 3rd quarter, while expenses only increased by 7 %.
The only reason they had a larger net loss was because the share price increased before conversion of a liability into stock and the associated interest expense with that liability.
The fact that this stock has not caught the attention of other people is beyond me. This stock is way undervalued.
It may take awhile for the stock to go up because of flippers and the fact that they just converted there convertible note into stock (I.E increased selling pressure.)
Good Step in the right direction IMO, if this increase in revenue is consistent with the 4th quarter then watch out......
So isses !
