Our 2008 Strategic Growth Plan
Expert first plan of action is to increase its Loan Officer base in our current address to 50 brokers. Once that has been reached, the company will open its second location 3 miles away in the Bal Harbor Area, in Miami Beach at Kane Concourse. This area allocates many top realty offices, including Coldwell Banker, Remax, Century 21 and other fortune 500 real estate companies. The Bal Harbor Office will project to have also 50 brokers bringing the total numbers of brokers to 100 by year End.
We project once operating at full capacity each office should generated 1 million dollars in Gross Income per Location.
As part of the 2008 Growth Plan we plan to launch Expert Group Title Services. Expert's title services will facilitate and assist with all closing requirements of Expert Financing and Investments and projects to have 250k in revenues for the first year of operation.
