Quebec ist nach 15 Monaten Verhandlung und trotz des andauernden Streiks der Staatsnotare an Bord von Commerce Resources gegangen, großer Vertrauensbeweis in die Ressource.

Wenn jetzt im zweiten PP wie intern angekündigt der Privat Investor mit 1 Mio einsteigt, hat Commerce mehr als angekündigt eingesammelt,-)

Die angestrebte Summe wurde nur zu 68 % erreicht, rund 60 % des eingenommenen Kapitals stammt von Ressources Quebec.
Das Interesse des Marktes schien sich also in Grenzen zu halten.


The net proceeds from the Offering will be primarily used for the completion of the Company’s pilot plant, the production of representative samples of Rare Earth Element concentrates, and fluorite concentrate for delivery to interested parties, and for general working capital.
Bei Grove sollte man immer genau  hinschauen, wichtig ist, wie so oft, was nicht gesagt wird.
Das Kapital wird demnach verwendet für die Fertigstellung der pilot plant etc., er sagt nicht, dass damit die Fertigstellung der einzelnen Vorhaben bereits sichergestellt ist.

Angesichts der Unterdeckung von rd.  CAD 780.000 würde ich eine weitere Kapitalmaßnahme nicht ausschließen.

 

Man was liegt der Miller-Kramer mit seiner Analyse zu Commerce daneben und erst seine Klackeure, man was ham wir gelacht,-)  

Bem Kramer-Miller hat seinen Hassartikel gg Commerce auf Seeking Alpha klammheimlich verschwinden lassen, huodini-like puff, wech isser, darin schrieb er doch glatt, Quebec speisst Commerce mit 100k ab. 900% daneben zu liegen, war ihm dann wohl doch zu peinlich, oder es waren die Kommentare eines gewissen Kleimiammores,-) Jetzt kommt er mit was neuem.

Companies that have been successful in developing non-conventional resource businesses have seen tremendous investor enthusiasm. We've discussed Dynacor and the major royalty companies, all of which have generated outsized long-term returns and appear on resource investors' radars.

But when such companies are early stage the market tends to overlook them. Investors in early-stage companies want something familiar, and for junior resource investors this means the explore-develop-produce model. If they are looking at an early-stage junior then what is familiar is generally a deposit or a geological anomaly that indicates that there is a heightened probability of finding a deposit...(...companies actually have exploration projects, though the development of these projects is peripheral to their respective business plans). In addition to the fact that these non-conventional companies actively work to mitigate certain risk factors, this heightened potential for investors to overlook such stories can create market disparities worth exploiting.

Das mit den 100 ist schon richtig, nur sind es nicht $ 100.000, sondern >> We generously cut this to $663 million on the optimistic yet unfounded expectation that the company will receive $100 million to develop infrastructure in the region <<.

Jeder mag sich selbst seinen Reim drauf machen, was  thairat geritten haben mag, diese gezielten Lügen ins Forum zu stellen.

 

Also selbst die Commerce nicht wohlgesonnenen Analysten rechnen mit $100m Subventionen durch den Staat Quebec für Commerce. Danke! für die Klarstellung. Wie man hört gibts shortly ein Treffen in Kuujjuaq um ein LOI mit dem Kativik abzuschliessen, mal sehen wieviel Subventionen dann für Hafen und Strasse fliessen.  

Mit 20 Millionen Aktien wird Quebec zum neuen Anker-Aktionär bei Commerce Resources und löst die UBS ab als Top Institutional Investor ab. Da geht dann zukünftig nix mehr ohne deren Plazet, zumal wir ja jetzt wissen, dass die ja noch für 100 Millionen Dollar Folge-Investment gut sind. Ob die mit einem Ausgabekurs von 0,05cent beim zweiten PP einverstanden sind? Jody Bellefleure, Commerce Finanzer hat sich ja sicherheitshalber schon beim ersten PP eingekauft.

Dezember 2016 angekündigte Finanzierung mittels Privatplatzierung (die Finanzierung) abgeschlossen hat. Der Nettoerlös aus dem Emissionsangebot wird primär für die Fertigstellung der Pilotanlage des Unternehmens, die Produktion repräsentativer Proben von Seltenerdelement-Konzentraten und Fluorit-Konzentrat zur Lieferung an die beteiligten Parteien und als allgemeines Betriebskapital verwendet.

CCE has a bright future, this is why...
1. Worldwide growing demand for REEs: electrification of vehicles and increased use of wind energy. REEs are critical to our high tech world.

2. REE prices are expected to go up due to rising demand and the closing of illegal production in China.

3. The ROW needs/wants to become less dependent on China for REEs; Trump’s policies may speed things up a bit.

4. Ashram: big resource, good grade, high concentration of magnet feed REEs (the REEs the world needs).

5. Fluorite is an attractive by-product . Working towards an offtake with Glencore.

6. Ashram is the project with the Lowest OPEX and is very profitable even at current low REE prices. In  commodity markets low cost production gives an enormous competitive edge, it means everything.

7. Funded and supported by the Quebec Government; local support for the mine is tremendous.

8. Good chance that Plan Nord (Government) will contribute to or pay for the road. This lowers the CAPEX and result in an even higher IRR (already > 40%)

9. Project is well-funded/well managed. Chris Grove is doing a great job.

10. A dozen majors have requested a REE samples;  CCE is nearing a JV / Partnership / Offtake. Samples will be delivered early Q2 2017.  

11. Niobium potential near the Ashram; extremely high grade niobium boulders found; possible niobium source identified; a drill program is expected in 2017.

12. CCE also has an advanced stage Tantalum/Niobium project (Upper Fir) in BC.

alles andere wäre nicht konsequent!

eigenartig bleibt die dramaturgie der news vom freitag.
warum erst 15 minuten vor handelsschluss?
wenn der einstieg von quebec einen quantensprung darstellt für das projekt, warum dann keine handelsunterbrechung für 30 minuten um 10:30 a.m. ortszeit, wie es die peers mit vorliebe tun? um maximale aufmerksamkeit zu generieren. und um ordentlich schub zu erzeugen?
statt dessen so ein verstohlenes timing kurz vor feierabend?

Der erste Stein der die Sache hier zum rollen bringen wird ist angestoßen. Chris hat sein Versprechen gehalten. Ich bin zuversichtlich, das auch die weiteren Schritte folgen. Der Erdenmarkt lässt gerade seinen Boden hinter sich.
