As previously reported in the news release of October 26, 2009, the Company, prior to the Settlement, owed Red Kite a total of $1,200,000 USD which was due to be paid on April 28, 2010.
Under the terms of the Settlement, the Company paid Red Kite a total of $800,000 USD.
The terms of the Settlement also called for the parties to execute full and final mutual releases (the “Releases”). The Releases have been signed.

Bin mir gerade nicht sicher ob ich nochmal nachschießen soll und im Keller verbillige
Frage mich auch wann es mal endet?
Gehe davon aus ,das hier einiges noch "unterkellert" wird ,wenn ihr weiterdenkt, wisst ihr was ich damit meine ......
Böden werden nach langen Regenperioden auch mal weich....und matschig...

Mal ehrlich....gibt es eigentlich keinen Grund warum dieser Wert so unterbewertet ist?

Das einzige was dieser Aktie fehlt ist ein bissl Beachtung,Aufmerksamkeit und eine durchschlagende News!
Ob "Hopp" oder "Top" bzgl. des Risikoinvestments wird sich allerdings auch hier erst noch zeigen..

ATW Gold Corp (TSX-V: ATW) (the “Company”) (“ATW”) is pleased to announce that it has completed the sale of its Burnakura gold project (the “Burnakura Project”) to Jinka Minerals Ltd., an Australian company, (“Jinka”).
A total of AUD$5,000,000 was paid for the Burnakura Project: a closing payment of AUD$4,253,000 (of which a AUD$212,650 deposit had already been received) and a payment by Jinka of AUD$747,000 to the Department of Mines in Western Australia which payment will result in the return of AUD$747,000 of environmental bond funds to ATW's Australian subsidiary.
The required Australian regulatory approvals have been received.
Concurrent with closing the sale of its Burnakura Project, the Company also settled its outstanding liability of $2,000,000 AUD (the “Debt”) with RUC Cementation Mining Contractors Pty Ltd. (formerly RUC Mining Contractors Pty Ltd.) (“RUC”). The Settlement was first disclosed in the Company's news release of April 12, 2010
Under the terms of the Settlement (the “Settlement”), the Company paid RUC a total of AUD$1,500,000 and issued to RUC a total of 2,000,000 common shares at a deemed price of AUD$0.25 per share. The shares were issued on June 1, 2010 and are subject to a four month hold under the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
The terms of the Settlement also called for the parties to execute full and final mutual releases (the “Releases”). The Releases have been signed.

Ich bin bei 9 cent ausgestiegen, gott sei dank, mein Kumpel hält sie noch.... würde mich nicht wundern, wenn die sich komplett verabschieden

ATW Gold Corp. (ATW: TSX-V), (“ATW” or “the Company”) is pleased to provide investors and shareholders with an update on the Company’s Annual General Meeting.
The Company's annual meeting of shareholders (the "AGM") was held today in Vancouver.
Shareholders had been asked by the Company to vote on the following matters:
1. The optioning of the Company's Gullewa Gold Project in Australia to Mutiny Gold Ltd.
2. Appointments to the Board of Directors for the coming year.
3. The Company's stock option plan.
At the AGM shareholders approved the option (the "Option") of the Company's Gullewa Gold Project in Australia to Mutiny Gold Ltd. ("Mutiny"). The Option was first announced on July 20, 2010 and the terms are available in the Company's news release of that date. The Exchange had approved the Option conditional upon shareholder approval.
The following persons were elected to the Board of Directors: Graham Harris, Brent Butler, Andrew Bowering and Brian Morrison.
The Company's stock option plan was approved.
