Report Summary: ADX Energy Limited is a low quality company with a negative outlook. ADX Energy Limited has weak business growth and is run by inefficient management. The trend in ADX Energy Limited fair value exchange rate against its closest rated-competitor, Elixir Petroleum Limited, has been appreciating over the past 2 weeks. When compared to its closest competitor, ADX Energy Limited shows less overvaluation and is equally likely to underperform the market. "

ADX wird uns noch gutes Geld in die Kassen spülen....bin long long
also in Rumänien startet diese Jahr nichts mehr..
After winning the bid in October 2010, ADX signed the concession agreement for the Romanian exploration permit EX-10 Parta with NAMR (National Agency of Mineral Resources) in January 2011. The governmental approval has not been received at year end but is expected within the next four months. The complex process of getting the document executed by all required Romanian ministers consecutively has, until now, prohibited us from getting all signatures.

"Our current Pmean contingent oil reserves for the discovery are estimated at 1.72MMbbls and we expect the well to be spud by the end of 2012."
"It covers 7 excised oil and gas fields and is considered underexplored. The ongoing exploration activity on the ADX Romanian acreage has resulted in the identification of additional exploration potential. Several conventional oil and gas leads and prospects are estimated to contain a total of 112 mmbls of oil and 300 bcf of gas (recoverable mean prospective resource potential). The main target depths are relatively shallow between 800 and 2000 meters."

PS:
Siehe Seite 14 unter "Key People":
"Tim Stoll
Dipl.-Ing. Drilling Engineering and Fluid Mining Operations Manager
Tim Stoll has over 10 years of technical, supervisory and management experience in oil and gas engineering. He received an engineering degree (Dipl.-Ing.) from the University of Mining and Technology, Freiberg, Germany.
Tim started his career with the German independent operator Preussag Energie, which was later sold to Gaz de France to form the German exploration and production entity of GDF SUEZ.
His roles in this company included operational positions in production and gas storage as well as the drilling engineer role. In 2009 he joined OMV PETROM as a Production Engineering Manager for the West-Romanian production district of Crisana-Banat, where he headed implementation of western oil well workover practice and modernization of production technology."

davo1:
"I've been keeping an eye on RIE and have finally taken a position in anticipation of the drilling of the Marymia tenement due to start in a couple of weeks. Approx 55km from Sandfire's De-Grussa mine, thats good enough for me.
Well worth a punt at this current market cap IMO."
"I was told to have a look at SIR about 3 years ago which I got into, unfortunately I sold out too soon after they struck Nova. The same guy also told me to take a look at RIE. After going through all of RIE's announcements I decided to take a position.
You would think that at the current market cap with a little luck with the drill bit there could be huge potential here."
john435:
"Hi guys,I've been quietly buying a few of these for some weeks now but it seems the penny has dropped for a few other people in recent days looking at the volume.I have been keen on the Marymia ground for years and used to hold ADX because they had the ground before RIE was spun out of ADX.The ground is superb, only a little shallow drilling has ever been done and unlike most plays in the Doolgunna area it has a mix of targets.Copper, gold and I know some will scoff at this but there are historical records of nickel intercepts grading .5% in some shallow holes. It's worth having a chat to management about their ground. It is my understanding that the ground around the copper targets has recently been gained the necessary agreements/clearances from the native title holders.I anticipate we might see some news in the quarterly regarding a start to drilling soon.A good mix of basalt and granite, mafics and ultramafics. I look forward to the quarterly activities report eagerly. The arrowed area is held by DAU which I also hold for it's copper potential"

--------------------------------------------------
"Planned Work Programme:
There is a minimum expenditure obligation for the 1st renewal period of US$ 30 million, which includes one obligation well to a minimum depth of 2,500 m that ADX plan to fulfill with a crestal appraisal well on the Dougga field. Ongoing evaluations are focused on whether the second well should be a re-entry of the Lambouka discovery and subsequent test programme, estimated to cost a total of US$ 56 million drilled and tested, which would fulfill all the License obligations. An alternative being considered, in preference to re-entering Lambouka until a possible development plan is completed for the Italian part of the structure, is a new exploration well to test the recently upgraded and much increased prospectivity of the Dougga West prospect, although this would cost an estimated US$ 20 million in addition to drilling a well to further appraise and develop the Dougga discovery.
Opportunity:
ADX are offering up to half their 60% interest in both the Tunisian Kerkouane and Italian Pantelleria Licences in return for a contribution to the past costs of their modern 3D survey and the funding of the appraisal drilling well on the Dougga Field well and either the re-entry, sidetrack and testing of the Lambouka-1 discovery or the drilling of a new exploration well to test the larger potential of the Dougga West prospect."
