Nestle nears FTC antitrust deal to buy Dreyer's: report (DRYR) By Emily Church
U.S. antitrust regulators have reached a tentative agreement that could allow Nestle's $2.8 billion buyout of Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream (DRYR) to proceed, the Wall Street Journal reported Wednesday, citing lawyers. The report said that the deal needs approval from the Federal Trade Commission.
