Hallo Leute,

Plexmar Resources Inc.: Update on Bolsa Del Diablo

SAINTE-FOY, QUEBEC--(CCNMatthews - March 28, 2007) - Plexmar Resources (TSX:PLE) wishes to inform its shareholders of recent developments on its Bolsa del Diablo project.

The ground geophysical program has been put on hold while the Company negotiates a formal cooperation agreement with members of the local community so that the first drilling program can commence. Plexmar has a friendly working relationship with many of the local communities. The Company has hired a number of locals and is supporting many social and sustainable development initiatives that benefit these communities. The Company is optimistic that an agreement shall be reached in a timely fashion.

Ground geophysics (I.P.) and soil geochemistry surveys will resume as soon as an agreement is formalized with the aim of better defining drill targets. Presently, drilling targets include the possible vertical extension of vein systems, anomalies from preliminary results from the IP and soil surveys, and geologically-induced targets below silicified and brecciated intrusives, known locally as silica caps. The Company is taking steps to secure a drilling permit while the aforementioned surveys are in progress.

At the same time, the Company's geologists are reviewing the entire mining district of its Bolsa concessions in order to further assess the metallogenetic environment.

Plexmar remains fully committed to the area and believes that a new mining district is in the process of being defined by informal miners in northern Peru.

The Bolsa del Diablo project bears many technical resemblances to the Rio Blanco porphyry copper project owned by Monterrico Metals, located close to the border with Ecuador. The Rio Blanco project represents the northern extremity of the copper-gold belt of the northern Peruvian Sierras. It is a copper-molybdenum porphyry located at approximately 100 km east/southeast from the Bolsa Del Diablo Project. At a cut-off grade of 0.4% copper, the non N43-101 measured and indicated resources of Rio Blanco are pegged at 870 millions tonnes at 0.59% copper and 234 ppm molybdenum.

This tertiary porphyry/epithermal metallogenetic belt, which extends for over 1,000 kms, hosts a number of world class deposits including Yanacocha, Santa Rosa, Alto Chicama, Shahuindo, Cerro Corona, Peirina, Sipan, La Granja, Michiquillay, and Carpa.

As in most of the deposits in Rio Blanco, tertiary igneous activity has been recognized and is spatially associated with this mineralization. The geology of the Rio Blanco porphyry system can be described as a multi-phased intrusive complex. Specifically, the mineralization is spatially associated to the Portocello batholith, a granodiorite that is part of a sequence of tertiary batholiths characteristic of the geology of southern Ecuador and northern Peru. The dominant alteration at Rio Blanco is typical of a porphyry system; in this case, a hugely phyllic zone, some 5 kms in area with an overprinted potassic zone.

With regards to Bolsa del Diablo, intrusive rocks have been recognized for the first time by the Plexmar team of geologists during the course of this exploration sequence. A datation of the intrusive will be conducted shortly to further constrain the metallogenetic environment. This intrusive is also affected by phyllic alteration. An alteration mapping program, assisted by PIMA technique, is underway at Bolsa del Diablo to further define the alteration pattern and its extent. The preliminary results from a gold-in-soil survey point towards an increase in both gold and copper content in the area worked by informal miners.

Adding fuel to the fire. I think the one thing we fail to realize is the impact a new minig camp would have on the area and this is the sticking point of this social accord. Ple has the mining rights. The artisans may not be the problem we think them to be but have been deduced as a problem which they probably are, to the welfare of the local enviroment by the local enviromental group. In all honesty I think this local enviromental group were taken off guard by the presidential decree and this is when problems started to occur. Rumours of discontent down in and around Bolsa could and would only get worse if no accord would be in the works. This accord is totally relient on the local population. ALL of them have to be in agreement. That includes the agricultual communities that rely on the terrain for pastures and the drainage for water. Not everyone is digging up gold. The mining practices of the artisans are probably very much a concern with the local agricultural buffs. No doubt the mining practices are not quite up to the standards of Canada and this presents a problem. Sheep are probably falling down pits, improperly controled chemicals if used may leach into the water table. Respect for the land has a high probability of being thrown out of the window. So this is were negotiating skills come in and the trust that needs to be forged by all parties involved. In no way could Guy have forseen this situation. His releases confirm what he truly thought were obtainable timelines, the prograstination can be put squarely on the shoulders of some of the local bureaucrats and it would be unwise to take them lightly which may have happened to a certain degree already. Whether we want to believe it, they too have computers and can follow PLE. I would even put money on it that they frequent these boards and continually monitor the PLE website for new NRs and the sentiment of its investors to use as a guide for their next actions. What better way to twart a proccess than to have a local dessident bureaucrat assure all is on course and yes we will sign the accord. Why would our CEO state that the IP is 90% complete and should be completed by the end of FEB. I think he got the rug pulled from under his feet and was being threatened by this dessident group that it would put up a big stink publicly if you continue working at bolsa. Trust seems to be the big issue and as a result of GUYs chain being yanked one too many times he has taken a stand. Now those who were benifiting from their retionship with PLE are suffering because work has been suspended. The artisans are the only ones still benifiting and only because of this local group and refusing to negotiate in good faith the artisans will have their way with the land, no reclamation, no control of chemicals used to extract gold, threat of lawlessness. Resulting in the continued impoverishment of those in the local communities who had hope of having a better life because of some economic developement. I guess its the same down there as it is here. THE FEW CONTROL THE MANY. Thats why selling your shares at discount prices only supports those in Peru who want this play to fail. We've just had our chains pulled. Lets pull back and give this company the support to win these dessidents to our side and see the light. Everyone can benifit including the enviroment with inforcement of proper enviromental controls. All this IMO.

Plexmar Resources/Escondida III and IV

SAINTE-FOY, QUEBEC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- June 14, 2007 -- Plexmar Resources (TSX VENTURE: PLE) wishes to inform its shareholders of recent results from its work program on its Escondida project, Ecuador. In April and beginning of May, follow-up work was conducted on the Escondida III and IV concessions where a volcanic environment was recently recognized. These concessions are located near Yantzaza, SE Ecuador, and are part of the Central Block of Concessions of the Escondida Project. They are adjacent to the Aurelian Resources concessions and approximately 20 kilometres west of their Fruta del Norte gold deposit. Four stream sediment sampling crews have taken a total of 212 stream sediment samples, with the aim of covering the concessions with a sampling nominal density of 1.5 sample per square kilometre. Prospecting was also done along the access paths used to reach the stream sediment sample points. 42 rock samples were taken, consisting mostly of grab and chip samples. All these samples have been sent to the ALS Chemex facilities in Quito; gold and other metal assay results are expected in the near future. Results from the December and March field campaigns have been compiled and cover large parts of Escondida III and IV. Anomalous stream sediments assays show 10 samples above 0.1g/t Au. The average mean value of samples above the anomalous threshold of 0.1g/t is 0.35g/t, with a maximum value of 1.195 g/t Au. However, 8 of these samples are located in an anomalous area measuring 3 x 4 km located on the Escondida IV concession. Stream sediments compilation also identified an anomalous Silver cluster (all 4 values over 1g/t are located in the area), with low but anomalous values of Arsenic and bismuth bordering the area. Preliminary prospecting along stream sediments traverses has revealed anomalous grab samples in three different locations, all located in the anomalous area. So far, all available assays from samples taken from these three locations are detailed in the following table: -------------------------------------------------- Au Ag Loca- Sample Descrip- ppm ppm As Bi Cu Pb Zn tion number Type tion (g/t) (g/t) ppm ppm ppm ppm ppm -------------------------------------------------- 1 340068 grab Quartz greater 1.8 7 6 266 543 165 vein than 10 -------------------------------------------------- 1 340067 grab Host 0.033 0.3 5 less 5 less 119 rock than 2 than 2 -------------------------------------------------- 2 340408 grab Quartz greater greater 58 19 1190 greater 161 vein than 10 than than 1% w/ iron 100 oxides -------------------------------------------------- 2 340135 grab Quartz 0.55 greater 52 208 greater 1300 845 vein than than 1% w/ iron 100 oxides -------------------------------------------------- 3 340123 grab Quartz 0.51 greater 74 146 greater 1710 120 vein than than 1% 100 -------------------------------------------------- Final values for samples grading over 10 g/t Au and 100 g/t Ag will be known shortly. Additionally, unusual geological features have been found in the anomalous area: - Fine disseminated pyrite (5 to 10%) in various volcanic exposures, - A carbonate body (travertine?) very likely not to be sedimentary in nature, near one of the above mentioned location site. In June, the work program is expected to include more sampling and mapping on the 3 x 4km anomalous zone and the continuation of the stream sediment survey/prospecting on other concessions of Escondida's Central Block of concessions. The Escondida project represents one of the largest land positions in the Cordillera del Condor near Aurelian Resources' Fruta del Norte gold discovery. The project covers 84,110 hectares (841.1 km2) and borders Aurelian's large land package on the western flank and north of Corriente Resources claims. Namely, the northern block covers 28.5 Km of the contact between the Zamora batholith and the Misahualli volcanic formation. (See map on www.plexmar.com) Fruta del Norte is believed to be the most significant gold discovery made by a junior miner in over a decade. QUEBEC CITY, QUEBEC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 06/28/07 -- Plexmar Resources Inc., (TSX VENTURE:PLE), is pleased to report recent exploration activities from the Bolsa del Diablo project located in Northern Peru. Sampling of artisanal workings (veins and rock selvages) has been implemented in the month of April in coordination and in agreement with local artisanal miners. All the samples included in this press release were taken from the Angolos concession from mid April to mid May. A total of 31 samples were taken. Results for assays above 1g/t are displayed in the tables below. The samples are grouped according to their geographic location (see appended maps for sample location). The first batch is located in the Angolos Norte Zone. The Angolos Norte Zone consists of a cluster of gold enriched vein and rock samples. It is mostly located in the northern part of the Angolos concession. At the present this zone is defined by samples scattered over an area of 1000m by 500m. However, it is suspected from this sampling that the anomalous area may increase in size. -------------------------------------------------- Angolos Norte Zone -------------------------------------------------- Au (g/t) Ag (g/t) Sample type -------------------------------------------------- 1 PBD-1022-VN 8.6 0.8 Transversal channel 40cm -------------------------------------------------- 2 PBD-1023-VN 1.8 1.0 Transversal channel 30cm -------------------------------------------------- 3 PBD-1023A-VN 3.8 10.8 Transversal channel 40cm -------------------------------------------------- 4 PBD-1025-VN 1.2 13.3 Transversal channel 10cm -------------------------------------------------- 5 PBD-1026-VN 11.4 25.4 Transversal channel 10cm -------------------------------------------------- 6 PBD-1027-VN 65.5 143.0 Selected sample -------------------------------------------------- 7 PBD-1025-RX 2.8 2.3 Chip sample 1m x 2m -------------------------------------------------- 8 PBD-1026-RX 1.4 2.0 Chip sample 1m x 2m -------------------------------------------------- 9 PBD-1027-RX 13.7 24.9 Chip sample 1m x 2m -------------------------------------------------- 10 PBD-1029-VN 3.6 15.1 Transversal channel 15cm -------------------------------------------------- 11 PPBD-1029A-V 1.9 13.1 Composite sample -------------------------------------------------- 12 PBD-1057-VN 54.9 19.3 Transversal channel 15cm -------------------------------------------------- 13 PBD-1044-VN 4.4 8.2 Transversal channel 20cm -------------------------------------------------- 14 PBD-1045-VN 12.4 19.9 Transversal channel 15cm -------------------------------------------------- 15 PBD-1046-VN 91.4 15.8 Transversal channel 20cm -------------------------------------------------- 16 PBD-1044-CJ 54.5 23.5 Transversal channel 20cm -------------------------------------------------- 17 PBD-1045-CJ 1.2 4.8 Transversal channel 15cm -------------------------------------------------- 18 PBD-1046-CJ 2.5 2.7 Transversal channel 30cm -------------------------------------------------- 19 PBD-1047-VN 13.5 9.3 Transversal channel 10cm -------------------------------------------------- 20 PBD-1054-VN 24.7 2.9 Transversal channel 20cm -------------------------------------------------- 21 PBD-1054A-VN 1.5 4.4 Transversal channel 20cm -------------------------------------------------- 22 PBD-1054-CJ 2.0 0.6 Transversal channel 100cm -------------------------------------------------- More specifically, sample 1 was taken along the eastern edge of the Angolos Norte Zone from a NE trending vein. Samples 2 and 3 are interpreted to be taken from tensional veins located 40m south of a first order structure, the Angolos Norte vein. Samples 4, 5, and 6 were taken from new artisanal tunnel developments extending over 6m. Sample 7, 8, 9 were taken in the selvages of the same-number vein sample. All these samples are located 250m north of the Angolos Norte vein. Samples 10 and 11 are taken from the NE part of the Angolos Norte zone along NE trending veins. Sample 11 is a composite sample taken from material extracted from the vein (sample 10). Sample 12 was taken approximately 40m north of samples 4 to 9. Samples 13 to 15 were taken from an E-W trending vein extending over 30m of strike length. Samples 16 to 18 represent samples taken from selvages for same- number vein assay. Sample 19 was taken from a parallel vein located 10m south of the previous one. Samples 20 to 22 were taken from a NNE trending vein. Sample location is 160m east of the previous veins. Sample 22 is a 1m channel sample taken from the footwall of the same-number vein sample. A second cluster of samples coming from the southern part of the Angolos concession is displayed in the table below: -------------------------------------------------- Southern part of Angolos concession -------------------------------------------------- Au (g/t) Ag (g/t) Sample type -------------------------------------------------- 23 PBD-1024-VN 6.1 21.5 Transversal channel 40cm -------------------------------------------------- 24 PBD-1048-VN 28.7 92.9 Transversal channel 40cm -------------------------------------------------- 25 PBD-1060-VN 3.5 15.1 Transversal channel 40cm -------------------------------------------------- 26 PBD-1049-VN 6.0 3.2 Transversal channel 20cm -------------------------------------------------- 27 PBD-1071-RX 3.6 11.7 Chip sample 2m radius -------------------------------------------------- 28 PBD-1072-VN 1.9 16.0 Transversal channel 10cm -------------------------------------------------- 29 PBD-1072A-VN 2.2 13.5 Transversal channel 10cm -------------------------------------------------- Samples 23 to 25 come from a small shaft and are spread over 12m of depth. Sample 26 is probably located on the same NE vein, 65m to the NE of the previous samples. Sample 27 is located 225m to the NNE of the previous sample. It comes from an argilized stockwork. Sample 28 and 29 are located on strike with the previous vein samples, 225m to the NE. "These high grade results are from an area located over 1 km northwest of the principal vein where numerous miners are extracting gold. The samples ending with CJ and RX are taken outside of the veins. Talks with the artisan miners and local communities are progressing well and the Company is eager to complete the geophysical program and start the drilling program."
