Blitzsauberer Turnaround
Experten schreiben: Die USA verbrauchen immer mehr Öl, die Öl-Anbieter werden ihre strukturellen Probleme nicht los, der Ölpreis steigt noch in diesem Jahr auf mehr als 71 US-Dollar je 149-Liter-Fass oder gar 80 Dollar. Das ist schön für diese 200-Prozent-Chance.
Die Experten von Commodity Stocks Investor zitieren die Analysten von Dutton Associates, die für die Aktie von Quest Oil (WKN A0DLH9) einen "fairen Wert" von 0,90 US-Dollar berechnet haben. Diese 200-Prozent-Chance sollten interessierte Anleger nutzen, den Quest wird 2006 den Turnaround schaffen. Das Unternehmen besitzt ein eindrucksvolles und gleichzeitig vom Chance-Risiko-Verhältnis insgesamt ausgeglichenes Portfolio von Öl- und Gaslagerstätten im kanadischen Bundesstaat Alberta und im US-Bundesstaat Texas. Dutton schätzt, dass Quest ab dem vierten Quartal des Geschäftsjahres 2005/2006, das im Mai endet, dauerhaft schwarze Zahlen schreibt. Bei einem geschätzten Gewinn je Aktie von 0,17 Dollar ergibt sich ein KGV für dieses Jahr von gut 2. Im kommenden Geschäftsjahr soll der Gewinn schon 0,25 Dollar je Anteilsschein betragen. Zudem könnte Quest dann jährlich 20 Millionen Dollar ausgeben, um zu investieren oder um eigene Aktien zurück zu kaufen.

Chavez, at OPEC Meeting, Warns US Attack on Iran or Venezuela Would Raise Oil Prices
RIYADH, Saudi Arabia (AP) -- In his opening address of a rare OPEC summit, Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez warned the United States on Saturday that oil prices would further surge if the U.S. contemplates an attack against his country or Iran.

Minutes after Chavez declared that the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries should "assert itself as an active political agent," Saudi King Abdullah appeared to rebuke the Venezuelan, insisting that "OPEC has always acted moderately and wisely."
"Oil shouldn't be a tool for conflict, it should be a tool for development," said the king, a close U.S. ally whose country is the world's largest oil producer.
The OPEC summit opened Saturday in Saudi Arabia, with heads of states and delegates from 12 of the world's biggest oil-producing nations. Chavez warned that the U.S. should not target OPEC members for foreign policy reasons.
"If the United States attempts the madness of invading Iran or attacking Venezuela again, the price of oil is probably going to reach $200, not just $100," Chavez said.
While Iran has been in a standoff with the U.S. over its nuclear program, left-wing Chavez is a bitter antagonist of President Bush.
"We are witnessing constant threats against Iran. I think OPEC should strengthen itself in this capacity and demand respect for the sovereignty of our nations, if the developed world wants a guaranteed supply of oil."
It was the third full OPEC summit since the organization was created in 1960.
The run-up to the meeting was dominated by speculation over whether OPEC would raise production following recent oil price increases that have closed in on $100.
U.S. Energy Secretary Samuel Bodman called on OPEC to increase production earlier this week, but cartel officials have said they will hold off any decision until the group meets next month in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
They have also cast doubt on the effect any output hike would have on oil prices, saying the recent rise has been driven by the falling dollar and financial speculation by investment funds, rather than any supply shortage.
Saudi Arabia opposed a move by Iran on Friday to have OPEC include concerns over the falling dollar included in the summit's closing statement after the weekend meeting.
Das erinnert mich an einen Bekannten, der im Jahr 1999 in eine dubiose Firma investiert hat, die am OTC-Markt in den USA gelistet ist. (OTC=Over the counter, sprich Freiverkehr. Hier befinden sich hochstspekulative Aktien, die an anderen Börsen nicht zugelassen würden.) Zunächst ist diese Firma, eine Online-Spielkasinofirma, im Boom von einem Pennystock auf über 20 Dollar gestiegen.
Der Bekannte hat damals mal eben 200.000 DM verdient. Dann ist die Aktie von 20 Dollar auf 13 Cent im Tief gefallen. Der Bekannte hatte mal eben 200.000 DM und fast seinen ganzen Einsatz verloren. Jede freie Minute seit fünf Jahren verbringt er seitdem mit dieser Aktie, hat unzählige Mails an die Ceo's geschrieben, jede Nachricht, jede Veröffentlichung mit fieberhaftem Glanz in den Augen erwartet. Er hatte sich, was man eigentlich nie tun sollte, völlig in diese Aktie "verliebt", sieht nur noch die positiven Seiten dieser Aktie. Wobei verliebt eher untertrieben ist: Er war und ist mit dieser Aktie quasi verheiratet. Er teilte schließlich jede freie Minute, viele nächtliche Träume und wache Stunden voller Sorge mit ihr. Er opferte ihr seinen letzten Penny und kaufte (ihr) damit immer wieder weiter fleißig Aktien nach.
Wahnsinn mit Methode
Nachdem ich ihm vier lange harte Jahre geraten habe, aus der Aktie auszusteigen oder wenigstens nicht weiter nachzukaufen, habe ich aufgegeben. Doch nicht nur das. Ich habe sogar meine Meinung geändert. Wer weiß, vielleicht wird er mit dieser Aktie reich. Natürlich ist es völliger Wahnsinn, mittlerweile knapp 50.000 € und damit all sein Geld in eine Aktie, die auch noch an der OTC gelistet ist, zu investieren. Aber er hat schließlich auch bei 13 Cent nachgekauft, und so mittlerweile einen Schnitt von 87 Cent erzielt.
Und siehe da, in den letzten Wochen ist die Aktie auf 2 Dollar gestiegen. Seine Hartnäckigkeit, sein unerschütterlicher Glaube hat sich ausgezahlt. Natürlich verkauft er nun trotzdem nicht, das würde keiner tun, der 5 Jahre lang diesen Wahnsinn mitgemacht hat – nicht, wenn die Aktie nun endlich das macht, worauf man 5 Jahre gewartet hat. Aber wer weiß, wenn sie in den nächsten 10 Jahren irgendwann wieder auf 20 Dollar steigt, hat er mehr als eine Millionen Euro verdient. Vielleicht ist es diese Form von Wahnsinn, der einige Leute an den Börsen wirklich reich gemacht hat.
Wie kannst du dich eigentlich selber ertragen bei dem Elendsblabla, daß du hier permanent verzapfst?

Zuletzt habe erfahren, dass diese leute gutes geld mit 3D Seismic - Lizenz ernten und dazu ins O2 technik eingestiegen sind. LOL !!!

Quest Oil Corp (PINK:QOIL, QOIL message board) has gained massive volume and huge volatility in response to management's official update on operations. The reaction of the market identified that there were little life changing revelations in the announcement, thus the opportunities for future price gains remain discursive.
Basically, the new update just confirmed the acquisition on B&B Oil, Inc. is complete and all the assets are now in Quest Oil's possession. The CEO talks about low risk oil production opportunities, but with a lack of capital it is hardly imaginable they will lay their hands on "mature prospects with proven reserves." In the best case, it will look more like scavenging the leftovers.
Apart from restating the company's key plans and business strategy, the update had no substantial weight. If QOIL manages to squeeze something out of the newly acquired oil well, it will be a much better update, able to drive the price up and not just increase the directionless trading volume.
Another issue is the serious indebtedness. Even if the company started to generate substantial income, they have nearly $4 million in liabilities, not counting the notes payable. This alone generates substantial interest payments every quarter, which can only be covered by stock or more debt issuing at the moment. Conclusively, this stock is not meant to be invested in, but rare and unpredictable short term opportunities make it hardly tradable at all.

Quest Oil Begins Work Program at Hawkeye and Midkiff Fields
Quest Oil utilizes radiometric technology to bolster exploration
Quest Oil, Corp. (Pink Sheets:QOIL) is pleased to announce that it has begun a comprehensive work program at its Hawkeye and Midkiff properties in Eastland County, Texas. Situated at the western boundary of the Fort Worth Basin, Quest Oil's 1,198 acres in the Hawkeye and Midkiff fields host a number of wells that are currently productive, in addition to multiple, new drill targets.
As part of the work program, Quest Oil plans to begin an infill drilling program on targets at the Hawkeye and Midkiff Fields that management have deemed low risk. Notably, a recent decision by the Texas Railroad Commission - the body that regulates oil and natural gas activities in the state - to lower the spacing for wells in the area to 20 acres, will enable Quest to drill approximately 20 additional wells at the Hawkeye and Midkiff fields.
Quest Oil is utilizing Hydrocarbon Imaging, a radiometric imaging technology, in its work program to identify and quantify oil and gas reservoirs and reserves. Initial imaging results have been captured and are currently being evaluated. Hydrocarbon Imaging technology which captures a surface survey of the "radiation footprint" of a given area of geography rivals conventional seismic and downhole logging in both arenas of cost and reserve identification. Utilizing sophisticated field equipment that is coupled with integrated software capabilities, this technology is a thorough, flexible, useful, and cost effective means of collecting exploratory hydrocarbon data.
