bis zum Rand gefüllt und der Wert konnte bis 13:30 Uhr zwölf
Preisfeststellungen und einen Kurszuwachs von 9,412 Prozent
vorweisen. Grund für die Nachfrage dürfte die Empfehlung des
Börsenbriefs „Swiss Financial Report“ sein, der die Aktien am 5.
April zum spekulativen Kauf empfohlen hatte. Der große Run auf diese
oder andere Aktien dürfte heute in Berlin allerdings ausbleiben. Auf
dem Parkett rechnet man ab dem frühen Nachmittag mit einer
Handelsflaute. „Am Nachmittag werden die Anleger wohl lieber nach
Ostereiern als nach lohnenden Aktien suchen“, so ein Händler.

MIAMI, April 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Universal Communication Systems, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: UCSY - News) company chairman Michael J. Zwebner announced today that the company has signed an agreement with their Chinese joint venture partners, JiangSu Yangtze Petrochemical Co Limited of Shanghai China, a division of Petro-China, to commence a program of " PV Solarization" of two first test cases -- PetroChina Gas Stations in China.
The program will be enacted through their new Chinese corporation: Shanghai Gaochen Energy Technology and Development Co Limited, (SGETD) which was recently formed for the proposed new business.
Under the terms of the agreement, SGETD will, using the latest Photo Voltaic (PV) Solar Energy Panels and Systems, and appertaining technologies perfected in Israel, plan the complete PV Solarization of two PetroChina Gas Stations. The initial costs of these first two installations is estimated to be up to \$100,000 each. The pay-back schedule is estimated to be less than 3 years.
UCSY Company chairman, Michael Zwebner stated: " This is a very major achievement for our company. PetroChina is one of the world`s largest Petroleum companies and operates thousands of Gas Stations throughout China. As part of our agreement, following the successful installation and conversion of the initial two PetroChina Gas Stations transferring from Grid Connected electric power to PV Solar Energy, we will contract further to " PV Solarize" over 1,000 additional Gas Stations in a contract potentially worth over \$100 million. Our Chinese joint venture partners are very excited about the possibilities of moving from Grid Supplied Electric Power, to PV Solar Energy Systems."
In addition, as previously reported, UCSY subsidiary Millennium Electric TOU Limited will jointly develop the local market for Photo Voltaic Solar Panels and Systems, for sales and distribution to both the Chinese market and for export to other markets around the world. It is also anticipated that the group will eventually contract to manufacture a range of Millennium`s PV Solar panels in China.

Der Firmenvorsitzende Michael J. Zwebner verkündete heute, daß die Firma einen Vertrag mit ihren chinesischen Joint Venture Partnern geschlossen hat, der JiangSu Yangtze von Shanghai China, einer Abteilung von Petro-China, um ein Programm von " PV Solarization" an zwei ersten Testtätten zu beginnen -- an zwei Tankstellen von PetroChina in China.
Das Programm wird durch eine neue chinesische Korporation initiiert: der Energietechnologie Shanghai Gaochen und Entwicklung Co.(SGETD), die vor kurzem für dieses vorgeschlagene neue Projekt gebildet wurde.
DieSGETD plant mit dieser neu geschaffenen Korporation nach ihrem Willen die komplette PV Solarization mit den neuesten Solarenergieverkleidungen und -systemen FotoVoltaic (PV) und den dazugehörenden Technologien, die in Israel vervollkommnet werden, von zunächst zwei Tankstellen der Firma PetroChina.
Die Kosten dieser ersten zwei Installationen werden jeweils auf ca. 100.000 Dollar beziffert.
Die Investition wird sich schätzungsweise in weniger als drei Jahren ausgezahlt haben.

Chinesische Volkswirtschaft mit guter Quartalsbilanz
Die chinesische Volkswirtschaft hat ihr dynamisches Wachstum im ersten Quartal fortgesetzt. Experten erwarten ein Wirtschaftswachstum in den ersten 3 Monaten um 9%. Dabei zeigten Investitionen, Konsum und Export besonders deutliche Zuwächse und auch die Industrieproduktion legte weiter zu.
Experten raten inzwischen aber zu einer Eindämmung der Investitionen in das feste Anlagevermögen und zu Maßnahmen zur Entspannung der Kohle-, Strom- und Ölversorgung. Auch im Transportwesen müssten Engpässe überwunden werden, um die Wirtschaft weiter ausgewogen und dynamisch zu entwickeln.

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 13, 2004-- Universal Communication Systems Inc. (OTCBB:UCSY - News) company chairman Michael J. Zwebner announced that: " We have concluded our negotiations for the closing of our previously announced transaction, and have executed a share purchase agreement (SPA) with the shareholders and directors to acquire 51% of GiraSolar BV of Amsterdam, Holland, that includes part ownership of Stroomwerk Energy BV, www.stroomwerk.nl, and Solar Service Buro BV. Under the terms of the SPA agreement, GiraSolar shall own a majority share of respectively 65% in Stroomwerk Energy BV and 85% Solar Service Buro BV. Combined we will now own one of the largest and most prestigious companies in Holland/Europe operating in the field of PV Solar Energy."
GiraSolar BV director Weiland Koonstra issued the following statement:
