Cannivan Gulch Molybdenum Project

The Cannivan Gulch molybdenum project is a major calc-alkaline stockwork deposit that is similar in size and metal content to other world class deposits now in production. Located in the East Pioneer Mountains approximately 30 air miles southwest of Butte, Montana, the deposit was discovered and staked by Cyprus Exploration Company in 1968. We staked an additional 30 mineral claims (600 acres) contiguous to the original unpatented 15 to cover possible extensions of significant mineralization. From 1969 through 1982, Cyprus completed in excess of $5 million of exploration work that included geological and geochemical surveys and 56 diamond drill holes totaling over 90,000 feet in drilling at Cannivan Gulch. In addition, Cyprus drove a 2,514 foot adit with raises to confirm drilling results.

Bald Butte Molybdenum Project

The second moly property is Bald Butte, also a molybdenum project in southwestern Montana. Bald Butte includes a total of 22 patented claims, comprising approximately 350 acres, and an area of interest with radius of 0.5 miles from the property boundaries. We also acquired, through staking, an additional 10 claims (contiguous to the property and included in the area of interest provision) to cover possible extensions of significant mineralization.

Streetinvesting.com, has commenced research on United Bolero Development Corp (TSX-V:UNB) after share prices shot up 25% Monday and trading volume surpassed 2.8million upon market closure. Share prices reached a day high of $0.285 and neared their 52-week high of $0.325. Our research team was also further by news, early Monday morning, that the Company had acquired a promising Montana gold prospect.

United Bolero maintains and is focused on expanding and exploring a diverse portfolio of quality mining and oil & gas properties. The company has an option to acquire a 100% interest in two large-scale molybdenum properties in the state of Montana and is currently active in the oil and gas sector. In fact, the Company holds a 50% working interest in five oil wells: three in Wyoming's Powder River Basin and two in Musselshell County, Montana. United Bolero is also active in the pursuit of precious metals, and is engaged in a partnership with Solitaire Minerals. Together the two companies hope to develop the South Baird claims units, located in the center of the distinguished Red Lake Mining District in Ontario. United’s Primary focus is Molybdenum and it remains active at its two Molybdenum projects, the Cannivan Gulch project and the Bald Butte Project.

The Cannivan Gulch molybdenum project is a major calc-alkaline stockwork deposit that is similar in size and metal content to additional world-class deposits currently in production. Cannivan is situated in the East Pioneer Mountains approximately 30 air miles southwest of Butte, Montana. The deposit was discovered and staked by Cyprus Exploration Company in 1968 and United has staked an additional 30 mineral claims, totaling 600 acres adjacent to the original unpatented 15. United did this in an effort to cover possible extensions of significant mineralization. From 1969 to 1982, Cyprus completed over $5 million of exploration work, including geological and geochemical surveys and 56-diamond drill holes totaling over 90,000 feet in drilling. In addition, Cyprus drove a 2,514 foot adit with raises to confirm drilling results.

United’s second molybdenum property is Bald Butte, situated in southwestern Montana. Bald Butte includes a total of 22 patented claims, consisting of approximately 350 acres, and an area of interest with radius of 0.5 miles from the property boundaries. The company has acquired, through staking, an additional 10 claims, adjacent to the property and included in the area of interest provision, to cover probable extensions of significant mineralization.

For those who are unfamiliar with molybdenum, it is a hard, silvery-white metallic element used to toughen alloy steels and soften tungsten alloy. Furthermore, it is an essential trace element in plant nutrition and it is used in fertilizers, dyes, enamels, and reagents.

On Monday morning, United was pleased to announce the acquisition of prospective property in the Silver Star mining district, Madison County, Montana. This property is adjacent to, and on strike with a property being explored by Coronado Resources Ltd dubbed the Madison property. On January 26, 2006, Coronado reported assay results of drill hole #C05-6 on its Madison property of 41.05% copper over a core length of 27 feet within a larger intercept of 64 feet grading 19.24% copper. Additionally, Coronado reported gold assays further down the hole of 54.4 feet of 0.354 ounces of gold per ton.

The Copper Star group of 4 claims was staked immediately after the Coronado announcement, by skilled personnel from the company's wholly owned subsidiary, Montana Molybdenum Corporation. Hart Baitis PhD. aided the staking crew by providing his extensive library of geological information on the Silver Star district. Dr. Baitis specifically recommended that the company efforts be directed to acquiring ground covering the contact between the Madison Limestone and the intrusives in the Silver Star mining district. He elaborated, by suggesting United concentrate on areas prospective for skarn-sulphide deposits.

During the staking operation, oxidized gossan as well as copper stained (malachite and azurite) material were found on surface (float) on the acquired properties.
The Copper Star land package is neighboring and lies to the east and south east of the Coronado Resources Ltd. ground. The Copper Star land package is on federally administered public lands, in a known mining district. This is beneficial because it is easily accessed by 4 x 4 roads within 2 miles of State Highway 55 and the village of Silver Star.

In regards to the acquisition, Mr. R. Bruce Duncan, President of United commented, " While our primary focus is to move the molybdenum operations forward, and in particular the Bald Butte operations, as well as a recently announced drill program in Red Lake, the significant assays that came out of the Coronado camp were viewed by management as an opportunity that could not be ignored for the stakeholders of the company. The team at Montana Molybdenum were able to react quickly, doing a superb job of identifying what they felt were the most prospective lands surrounding the new discovery and staking them within 24 hours of the announcement of the Coronado discovery."

Following Friday’s eye-catching share-price movement and its newly completed acquisition of a prospective Gold property, Streetinvesting.com will be keeping a diligent watch over any further progress exhibited by United. Our researchers feel that with a diverse portfolio and the Company’s readiness to continually expand its operations, that United could be taking the appropriate steps towards further successes. In addition, we are also interested to see what the Company will be able to do with its newly acquired gold prospect this year and what affect it might have on investors.

The Street Investing Team,

Streetinvesting.com has no vested interest in the above companies and has not been warranted in any way.

United Bolero Update on Bald Butte Quarry, Montana
2/3/2006

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Feb 3, 2006 (CCNMatthews via COMTEX) --
United Bolero Development Corp. (the " Company" or " United Bolero" ) (TSX VENTURE:UNB)(PINK SHEETS:UBDVF)(FWB:U7N) is pleased to provide the following update on its Bald Butte Project in Montana. Drilling and blasting operations have continued at a fast pace. Delays caused by late delivery of drilling equipment have now been made up. Examination of data from exploration holes drilled by Gulf Minerals in the 1980's has shown another area where molybdenum mineralization occurs close to surface. It is anticipated that one of the drills will be able to be diverted from production drilling to exploration drilling during the month of February.

Excavation and hauling of waste rock from overtop of the molybdenum ore has continued. Five bulk screening tests, involving truckload quantities of material have been conducted.

Screening contractor, MRTF, Inc. delivered a 6 x 20 triple deck vibrating screening plant to the Bald Butte Quarry project on February 4, complete with ancillary conveyors and generator set, in spite of adverse weather conditions.

Management based the decision to utilize a screening plant on the results of the above-mentioned screening tests. These tests indicate that an increase in molybdenum grade of the quarry product can be achieved by screening off the plus 3/4 inch material. The two recent tests (#4 and #5) resulted in an up-grade of the -3/4 inch product by factors of 1.95 and 1.97 respectively. Previously announced tests resulted in up-grade factors from 1.77 to 2.77. The costs of milling and trucking represent approximately 80% of the total cost of the operation. Screening will enable the company to truck and mill an increased number of pounds of molybdenum without increasing the number of tons trucked and processed.

The triple deck screen will produce 3 sized products. Continual assaying of the screened products will enable the company to select which sized product(s) to ship to the mill in order to maximize profitability.

During the wait-time for the arrival and set-up of the screening plant, the contract milling facility (the Antonioli mill in Phillipsburg, MT) utilized the down-time to install a re-grind mill. The re-grind mill will provide the Antoniolis with the flexibility to maximize the throughput tonnage, the recovery of molybdenum, and the purity of the concentrate produced. To produce a saleable product, concentration ratios in the range of 400:1 are required. The re-grind mill will permit a finer grind of the rougher concentrate to free molybdenum particles from gangue material. The rougher concentrate is produced with a concentration ratio in the range of 20:1. This results in only 1/20th of the initial tonnage requiring fine-grinding. The re-grind mill installation is completed, electrical wiring and plumbing remain to be done, but is expected to be complete within 10 days.

Screened material is expected to be available for trucking by mid-week. Resumption of trucking (screened material of a higher grade) will start at that time.

United Bolero is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol UNB, as well as the Frankfurt Exchange under U7N and clear under the symbol UBDVF in the U.S.

United Bolero set to drill early at South Baird

2006-02-08 19:08 ET - News Release

Mr. R. Bruce Duncan reports

UNITED BOLERO ANNOUNCES DRILL RIG MOBILIZED IN RED LAKE, DRILLING TO COMMENCE

United Bolero Development Corp.'s 10-hole diamond drill program for the South Baird property in Red Lake, Ont., as part of its work program on the recently announced deal with Solitaire Minerals Corp., will commence ahead of schedule on Feb. 12, 2006.

Results from the previously announced, 118-line-kilometre aeromagnetic survey by Terraquest Ltd. have been received. Qualitative interpretation by Dr. Allan Spector of Allan Spector & Associates Ltd. of Toronto has defined several drill targets.

The South Baird property adjoins the Starratt-Olsen and Madsen mine (2.45 million ounces of gold production) properties held jointly by Claude Resources and Placer Dome. The Flat Bay-Howey Lake deformation zone hosts the Madsen mine orebody. This deformation zone has been traced to the northern boundary of the South Baird property and Bolero management believes that the zone may extend onto the UNB/SLT ground. The projected extension of the zone is a drill target.

The property is predominantly underlain by an east-northeast-west-southwest trending sequence of felsic to intermediate volcanic flows, sills and dikes, and mafic volcanic flows, dipping steeply north to subvertically. These supracrustal rocks have been intruded, to the south, and along the eastern property margin by a variety of narrow, conformable felsic to intermediate sills and dikes (with a possible mafic-ultramafic plug along the eastern margin (Selco, 1976).

Other targets are the contact areas between the intrusive (mapped variously as a diorite, to gabbro to hornblendeite) and the volcanics along the eastern property boundary. Drill holes in this area will test for similar geology to that found at the Campbell and Goldcorp mines. Drill targets are being located southwest of the New Faulkenham mine as well.

Garry Clark, PGeo, is the qualified person on the project with Solitaire Minerals being the operator.

We seek Safe Harbor.

Sehr geehrte Newsletter-Abonnenten,

UNITED BOLERO ADVANCES CANNIVAN GULCH – HIRES PROJECT MANAGER

UNITED BOLERO DEVELOPMENT CORP.

February 13, 2006, Vancouver, BC, Canada – United Bolero Development Corp. (the “Company” or “United Bolero”), (TSX-V: UNB) is pleased to announce the appointment of Bruce Parker, P.E. as project manager for the company’s wholly owned Cannivan Gulch Molybdenum project. Mr. Parker will spearhead the permitting and further development of the Cannivan Gulch property located in Beaverhead National Forest near Divide, in south western Montana.

The Cannivan Gulch deposit was originally discovered by Cyprus Exploration Company in 1968. From 1969 through 1982 Cyprus, now Amoco Minerals, conducted a detailed exploration program costing in excess of $5 million, including over 90,000 feet of diamond drilling in 56 holes and in excess of 2500 feet of underground development. Amoco calculated a drill indicated resource, (utilizing Kriging and floating cone methods) of 300.5 million tons averaging 0.100% MoS2 (360.6 million pounds of contained molybdenum) with a waste to ore stripping ratio of 0.9:1. Although this calculation was performed by experienced professionals employed by a major international mining and development company, it is considered non 43-101 compliant and dated and therefore should not be relied upon.

During the past year, the company has been able to digitize all available data from Amoco. Following studies of this data, management has concluded that there may be areas of higher grade within the deposit of near term economic interest. Generally, drilling was on 400 foot centers in vertical holes. Of particular interest are the results of vertical drill hole DDH CG-22 which intersected 640 feet (195 meters) of 0.288% MoS2, from 550 feet to 1190 feet including 50 feet (15.2 meters) of 0.516% MoS2 from 690 feet to 740 feet and 40 feet (12.2 meters) of 0.544% MoS2 from 810 feet to 850 feet. (Assay values are the averages from 3 different assay labs utilized by Amoco).

One of Mr. Parker’s priorities will be the submittal and approval of permits for a drilling program which would include drilling additional holes in the GC-22 area. Bruce Parker is a native of Montana, an Honors graduate of Montana State University and is a registered Professional Engineer in Montana, Idaho, Nevada and New Mexico. He has operating and engineering experience in the mining industry in Montana. He was the site manager on the recently completed closure and reclamation of a large open pit heap leach gold mine in an alpine setting in south western Montana.

President R. Bruce Duncan states, “I am delighted that we are able to attract hands-on, capable operations people such as Mr. Parker to our team at United Bolero. Mr. Parker will play a pivotal role in assisting the company to realize the potential of this property.”
L. Joseph Bardswich P. Eng. (Ontario), a director of the company, is the " Qualified Person" (as such term is defined in National Instrument 43-101) responsible for the preparation of the technical information in this release.

On behalf of the Board of Directors

“R. Bruce Duncan”
