Wovon wollen die sonst 2,2 Mio. Akti. zurückkaufen oder?

Schönen Abend und ein seeehr erfolgreiches Jahr!
Gefühl wie bei Nettel, doch ich kaufte sie nicht.(Das war mein größter Fehler: Split
3 zu 1 und dann über 100 Dollar und ich konnte sie für 4 Dollar vor dem Split kaufen!
Ps.: Wird mir nicht mehr vorkommen,- werde oder habe immer gleich gekauft!
Ps.: Muß aber immer wieder der Chart von 676681 mit trä. Augen anschauen!
Um Aktien zurückzukaufen, müssen die keinen Nettogewinn ausweisen. Anfang Juni hat mir Sam geschrieben, dass sie letztes MONAT 400k Cash eingenommen hatten, was im Vergleich zu den Vorquartalen schon beachtlich ist. Da aber die Ausgaben durch Aktien bezahlt werden, muss nicht unbedingt ein Nettogewinn anfallen. Ein Bruttogewinn steht ja schon seit längerem.
Ich weiß noch das sie im gesamten 1. Quartal etwa 100k an Cash eingenommen hatten.
D.h. schlechter wird es ihnen bestimmt nicht gehen! Einen Gewinn erwarte ich nicht, da die wahrscheinlich wieder die hohen Ausgaben für F&E von ca. 900k haben werden!
Lassen wir uns überraschen!
Mit Taser sagst Du was. Ich hab z.b. Süss Microtec entgehen lassen. Mein Cousin der den Chef persönlich kennt, hatte mich Anfang April letztes Jahr noch extra angerufen und gesagt, dass ich jetzt Süss kaufen solle. Er habe den Tipp vom Chef selbst.
Damals waren sie genau beim Tief um 1,25€. Das Hoch lag bei 12,20€! :-(
Da hätte ich mal hören sollen. Er hat sich letztes Jahr noch einen neuen Audi A6 Avant gekauft vom Gewinn! :-(

Ich denke nicht das die Rückkäufe in einer bestimmten Range zu schaffen sind.
Bei 400K $ ist der Durchschittskurs bei 0,20$.
Wenn einer 100.000 Shares kaufen möchte hängen wir bei 1$!!!!
Daher ohne MM fast unmöglich.

Richtig es sind Rückkäufe ohne MM nicht möglich. Mal abgesehen davon, dass wahrscheinlich der größte Teil außerbörslich gekauft werden wird, braucht man für den Aktienteil der am freien Markt gesammelt wird die richtigen (niedrigen) Kurse.
Deshalb drücken die MM den Kurs dermaßen zur Zeit. Immer diese 100-er oder 200-er Blöcke. So wenig würde kein normaler Investor kaufen bzw. verkaufen, weil es sich aufgrund der Gebühren gar nicht lohnt. Nein da wird kräftig gedrückt! Und wenn man bei 0,20 oder tiefer kauft denk ich macht man nicht viel falsch!

Beide Telefonie-Märkte werden jedoch für alle absehbare Zeit nebeneinander bestehen bleiben. Ich erwarte nicht, dass diese Klage Nettel betreffen wird. Der Grund: Nettel vertickt keine VOIP-Telefone, wie etwa Datalogic, sondern tritt als Dienstleister auf!

Diese Nachricht zu NTTL, die MCG meint hat er von mir persönlich als Boardmail bekommen.
Leider ist er etwas geschwätzig. Die Nachricht besagt, dass diese Woche etwas zu NettelTrading kommen soll. Hat mir Sam anvertraut.

@wolverine - habe nttl,ptsc und prvh gleiche Stückzahl - sollte eine von
denen den Durchbruch schaffen - bin ich reiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiich!
Gerade die Beschränkung nur bis zu einem bestimmten Kurs Aktien zurück zu kaufen macht in meinen Augen keinen Sinn.
Wenn Nettel geschrieben hätte, wir kaufen 2 Mio. Aktien bis zu einem Kurs Unter 2$ hätte es für jeden Signalwirkung. Der Kurs wäre dementsprechend in die Höhe gegangen.
Jetzt ist es genau das Gegenteil, wir beobachten hier wie MM´s die nächsten 6 Monate den ein oder anderen Aktionär rauszuschüttelt. Ab und zu werden mal 30 - 40 - 50 % gemacht, danach wird wieder nach unten gedrückt.
Kennt eigentlich jemand die genauen Zugangskriterien für die Nasdaq , ich glaube mit 4 $ allein ist es nicht getan, MK, Anzahl Aktionäre und ein bestimmtes Volumen etc. spielen glaube ich auch eine Rolle.
Vielleicht möchten Sie die AKtie selbst bis 4 $ hochziehen an die Nasdaq gehen. Wird aber bei dem geringen Volumen nicht klappen.
bei NTTL über die Nasdaq zu spekulieren macht glaub ich keinen Sinn. Die stehen ja erst gerade ganz am Anfang ihrer geschäftlichen Entwicklung, welche sich, so hoffe ich zumindest, noch stark verbessern wird. Deshalb habe ich sie ja gekauft.
Die Beschränkung der Aktienrückkaufes auf einen bestimmten Kurs ist sicher kontraproduktiv! Leider! Aber er garantiert auch, dass ein weiteres abrutschen des Kurses unter 0,16$ fast unmöglich ist. Und genau das denke ich ist auch die Absicht von NTTL gewesen. Den Kurs zu stützen, der ja im freien Fall war. Ob sie die 2,2 Mio. wirklich kaufen bleibt abzuwarten. Die haben ja geschrieben, dass sie es "planen"!

Nettel scheint also immer mehr an seinen VoiP- Strukturen zu basteln.
Wenn sich das nun endlich mal an den Zahlen widerspiegelt wird auch der Kurs
nachhaltig profitieren. Man sollte jedenfalls die Entwicklung von Nettel weiter
beobachten, da die News der letzten Wochen wirklich vielversprechend sind.
Auf der HP www.ebiv.com sind jetzt übrigens die ersten echten Rates. Vorher waren es ja nur Demorates. Wenn man die z.B. mit Branchengrößen, wie Vonage.com (bereits 6-stellige Kundenzahlen!) vergleicht, stellt man fest, dass ebiv.com fast immer billiger ist!
Vielleicht ist dies der Grund für den Kursanstieg heute!?
Es bleibt spannend inwiefern sich das alles in den Umsätzen im 2. Halbjahr 2004 niederschlagen wird. Denn ab jetzt gehts langsam los! :-)

Leider ist Nettel/EBIV vom Name her viel zu klein und unbedeutend. Hier würde eine Kooperation mit einem bekannten U.S Partner den nötigen Schub geben.

Jetz gibts echt jede Woche irgendwelche News, was noch fehlen sind paar Zahlen,

Die positive Resonanz bezieht sich nicht auf Canada, sondern auf die seit ein paar Wochen laufenden Netzen in USA! Ist sogar noch besser!!
Mein Ziel für das 2. Quartal sind 1,2 Mio. Umsatz! Das wären wieder so 35% Steigerung gebenüber dem Vorquartal, womit eigentlich alle zufrieden sein dürften!?

Nettel eignet sich in letzter Zeit vermehrt zum traden da die Bid/Ask Spanne
doch sehr großzügig is.

Umso besser das die Resonanz sich auf das gesamte VoiP-Feld bezieht.
Was meiner Meinung nach noch fehlt ist ein großer Telekompartner
der die Angebote von Nettel an den Mann bringt.
Die Tarife sind ja saugünstig, ohne Promotion und ohne großen Kooperationspartner
kanns aber lang dauern bis Nettel sich nen Namen macht.
Um sich also nen Platz an der VoiP-Sonne zu sichern sind halt strategische Kooperationen
mit Mio-Volumen von enormer Wichtigkeit.
Nettel hat solche Kooperationen ja schonma letztes Jahr und auch inner letzten News
angekündigt aber Ergebnisse gibs da noch keine nennenswerten.
Bin aber trotzdem weiter optimistisch (obwohl ich schon seit letztes
Jahr optimistisch bin).

Zu den strategischen Partnern hat mir Sam gestern dies gesagt:

Letztlich warten wir ja alle nur auf solche News, in denen irgendein Umsatzvolumen
genannt wird, dass auch in diesem Geschäftsjahr erreicht wird.
Wollte vorhin welche kaufen, und dann kam dies:
" Card $5 is no more. Please choose another!"
Daraufhin hab ich Sam kontaktiert, und ihn nach dem Grund gefragt. Hier seine Antwort von vor 5 Minuten:

Damals haben sie Karten mit einem Volumen von 175,000$ " vertickt" ! Weiter hieß es in dieser News,
We currently have a demand from master distributors of over 200,000 (!!!) calling cards and PINs per month. If all goes well with this first batch of calling cards, we will start to process larger orders.
Das heißt, dass wenn alles klappen sollte, was bis Ende Juli klar sein sollte, dann werden sie ihr Volumen schrittweise auf 200,000 Karten im MONAT erhöhen.
Bei dieser Stückzahl wären es dann 6 Mio. $ Umsatz pro QUARTAL allein in den USA. Und Canada ist seit kurzem ja auch am Start!
Und dann wäre ja noch dieser Satz aus der News vom Dienstag:
