PARIS (AFX) - Groupe Air France SA said May passenger traffic fell 8.9 pct

72.0 pct.
Excluding Asia, traffic declined 3.4 pct for a 2.9 pct decrease in capacity.
Long-haul traffic as a whole declined 9.8 pct with a 2.4 point drop in load
capacity to 75.1 pct.
Europe traffic dropped 8.2 pct with a load factor down 4.2 points to 63.5
