ich weiß nicht so recht könnt mir aber einen aufschwung richtung norden vorstellen  

Yo hier wird nicht nur bald ne Melodie gespielt, sondern die läuft schon seid Monaten und zwar heißt die Melodie "Spiel mir das Lied vom Tod" und das ist auch gut so.
 

aus charttechnicher sicht könnte bei GIB eine reaktion richtung norden eintreffen, der chart sieht sehr interessant aus.
da bin ich mal gespannt, wie die nächsten 2 wochen ausfallen.
ich habs mal mit einer kleinen position riskiert.

Europa investierende amerikanische Beteiligungsgesellschaft, gibt bekannt:
Aufgrund der am 30. Oktober 2005 durch den Board of Directors beschlossenen Einziehung
sämtlicher ausstehenden Vorzugsaktien und der beschlossenen Ausgabe neuer, auf den
Namen lautender Vorzugsaktien, die in einer Globalurkunde verbrieft sind, wird mit Wirkung
zum Ablauf des 22.12.2005 die Handelsunterbrechung der ausgegebenen Vorzugsaktien mit
der ISIN: USU 3164 K 1089 vorgenommen.
Anschließend wird, beginnend ab dem 02.01.2006, das manuelle Umtauschverfahren der
Inhaberaktien in Namensaktien Zug – um – Zug durchgeführt werden.
Es wird den Aktionären eine Frist bis zum 16.01.2006 gesetzt, bis zu deren Ablauf die
Vorzugsaktionäre der Gesellschaft ihr Umtauschverlangen kundtun und dieser ihre
Aktienrechte darlegen müssen.
Nach dem Abschluss des Umtauschverfahrens wird für die im Rahmen des
Umtauschverfahrens neu ausgegebenen auf den Namen lautenden Vorzugsaktien mit der
neuen ISIN: USU 3164 K 1162 bei der zuständigen Stelle der Deutschen Börse mit Wirkung zum
17.01.2006 das Listing, d.h. die Einbeziehung in den Freiverkehr beantragt werden.
Nachstehend die in den WM Wertpapier-Mitteilungen veröffentlichte Bekanntmachung (in
gekürzter Form):
Bekanntmachung über die Umstellung von Inhaber-Vorzugsaktien der G.I.B. Global Intelligence
Board Inc. WKN A0B8TR / ISIN USU3164K1089 in auf den Namen lautende Vorzugsaktien der
G.I.B. Global Intelligence Board Inc. WKN A0HHA8 / ISIN USU3164K1162
Gemäß Board-Resolution hat die Gesellschaft den Aktienumtausch beschlossen. Die bisher
auf den Inhaber lautenden Vorzugsaktien der G.I.B. Global Intelligence Board Inc. WKN
A0B8TR / ISIN USU3164K1089 sind zum Stichtag 30. Dezember 2005 in auf den Namen lautende
Vorzugsaktien der G.I.B. Global Intelligence Board Inc. WKN A0HHA8 / ISIN USU3164K1162
umzutauschen. Dazu werden die Depotbanken aufgefordert, die depotverwahrten Bestände
zum Stichtag
30. Dezember 2005 an Inhaberaktien in der WKN A0B8TR / ISIN USU3164K1089 durch direkten
Tausch Zug um Zug unter Nennung des jeweiligen Aktionärs bei der Umtauschstelle
abzuliefern. Die Depotbanken erhalten von der Umtauschstelle im Gegenzug Namensaktien in
der WKN A0HHA8 / ISIN USU3164K1162. Die Namensaktien werden im Gegenzug durch die
Umtauschstelle ausgeliefert. Die Umstellung auf Namensaktien erfordert die Führung eines
Aktienregisters, in das die Aktionäre der G.I.B Global Intelligence Board Inc. unter Angabe
ihres Namens und Vornamens mit Geburtsdatum, Anschrift sowie der Anzahl der von ihnen
gehaltenen G.I.B.-Vorzugs-Aktien eingetragen werden. Als Umtauschstelle fungiert die CCB
Bank AG, Kurfürstendamm 119, 10711 Berlin.

Mit der Umstellung auf Namensaktien ist ein Aktienregister anzulegen, in dem die Aktionäre
der G.I.B. Global Intelligence Board Inc. nach Name, Vorname, Anschrift, Geburtsdatum und
Anzahl der von ihnen gehaltenen Aktien eingetragen werden.
Um den Umtausch durchzuführen, werden die Einrichtung des Aktienregisters und die
Eintragung der Aktionäre nach Umtausch der Depotbestände erforderlich.

Neue Bezeichnung: G.I.B. Global Intelligence Board Inc. new reg. Shares, neue ISIN
USU3164K1163 für Namensaktien, bisherige ISIN USU3164K1089 für Inhaberaktien

Die Aktionäre erhalten eine Girosammeldepotgutschrift über die Anzahl der von ihnen gehalten

ausschließlich im Girosammelwege zur Verfügung gestellt.

So ein Umtausch wird wohl nicht Kursbewegend sein!!  

Pressemitteilung in verständliche Worte umsetzen. Dir, als Kenner der GIB, sollte das doch nicht schwer fallen.

so richtig enttäuscht unglaublich was die so drauf haben ... Is schon oft passiert mit aktien das die umbenannt wurden aber bei gib konnte ich mir das nicht vorstellen

PlanetLink Announces Its First Municipal Contract
