Könnte mir vorstellen es nach all meiner Recherchen wie folgt ausgehen könnte.
An den Börsen werden wir einen crash oder größere korrektur im Herbst sehen. Warum?
- Jede Hausse endete immer spätestens im 8. Jahr. Start war März 2009.
- 6-12 Monate nach Zinswende welche ja diese Woche war kommt dar immer ein Crash
- saisonalitäten Muster
Was hat das mit  Lehman zu tun?
Wenn wir Geld sehen wollen dann nur vor dem crash da wir hohe Bewertungen brauchen ganz klar.
Könnte also sein dass wir bis zum Sommer was sehen werden.
Wie? So wie es der c11 Manager sagte... Equity wird an einer new Company welche kreiert wird zu 51% beteiligt. Wir sind dann shareholder ähnlich wie bei wamu wegen den nols
Ist halt meine Meinung...    

der Wert der 55 mrd $ nols: wer mit 30% kalkuliert hat keine Ahnung. Die Kaufpreise liegen bei 10-14%, nehmen wir lieber nur 5,5 Mrd $.

Wenn das dann value new co wäre und 51% equity wären das 2,75nrd$ für Former Equity . Insgesamt denk ich dass Former common Stock ca 3% an newco hält mehr nicht. Wären in solchen Szenario 164 Mio € und je escrow Post rsu verwässerung knapp 0,2€  

... Stücke hoch:  2x 200.000 Commons @0,20 €uro ergäbe ~80.000 €uronen...
