... dass Lehman ein sehr wichtiges, investigatives Druck-Mittel, vermittels dessen im Zuge einfacher (aber durch Subpoena Authority abgesicherter!) "Zeugen"-Befragung schon U$D-Milliarden angeblicher Forderungen in den Orcus geschickt worden sind,

... nicht nur irgendwie weiterhin in der Hand hält, sondern auch den Abschmelzungs-Nutzen dieses Druck-Mittels namens Subpoena offenbar weiterhin ganz concret als gegeben ansieht...

Denn sonst bräuchte man ein solches Werkzeug ja gar nicht erst zum Einsatz bringen.
Es wird also weitere Forderungs-Rückzüge und/oder Forderungs-Abweisungen geben.
