BEIJING, July 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Good Life China Corporation http://www.goodlifechina.com/ (Pink Sheets: GLCC) is proud to announce the following new store openings. There are 15 new stores launched. Three are in Cangzhou, 10 are in Beijing, 2 are in Shijiazhuang. Good Life China has secured 10 new suppliers with audited transaction online of Yuan 1,827,600. The sum of distribution is Yuan 1,242,800. The income of member attestation is Yuan 50,000; income of distribution is Yuan 68,400.

The common shares of the Company are currently dually listed in the USA Pink Sheets (symbol GLCC.PK) and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Xe:L9X). The issuer is in good standings with Pink Sheets and ranked as a "Current Information" filer with its security.

die 0,01€ bleibt eisern-und das ist ein sehr gutes zeihen,der Kurs wird doch so manipuliert um ihn in die Knie zu zwingen.Nee das stinkt doch zum Himmel..egal es ist ein Positives signal das es hier bald mega los zischen wird.......  

da gebe ich dir 100% Recht. die 10 hält bei uns, keiner will drunter noch abgeben. was die in den usa machen ist doch wahnsinn!! ich bin voll überzeugt dass es hier bald in wesentlich höhere Kursregionen geht.
die wollen drüben alles was sie bekommen noch einsammeln, aber meine bekommen sie nicht!

Also so wie ich das lese, erhalten alle Aktionäre die Aktien von GLCC vor dem 01.02.2008 hielten und noch halten, 70$ Cents je Aktie.

Alle Aktien die danach bis jetzt gekauft wurden, werden mit 10$ Cents oder 8x dem heutigen US Schlusskurs also 8 x 1,4 $ cents vergütet.

 

Good Life China (GLCC) European Buy Out (Filing)

Beijing, July 9 -Good Life China Corporation www.goodlifechina.com (Pink Sheets: GLCC) the issuer is providing this filing to its followers ahead of any the actual event as the event will effect shareholders of its security. The issuer intends to issue 2 "classes" of shares to its shareholders. One class for 2 million dollars at 0.70 cents to its shareholders on record, as of February 1, 2008 and a pay day on or before July 9, 2008. (Classes meaning all common free trading shares with a different face value)

A second class of shares will be issued to the shareholders at 10 cents / per share or 8x its closing day average on the day of closing. The buy out will be paid out in a free trading shares of the buyer and held in an escrow account and released in 5-percent increments over 18 months. The shares of the issuer GLCC and its shareholders will remain intact, and remain trading on Pink Sheets.

The issuer intends to file the actual buy out agreement with Pink Sheets. The buyer trades on the Xetra Frankfurt exchange.

3.) GLCC-Aktien bleiben weiterhin handelbar (werden nicht eingezogen/umgetauscht) -- also somit sozusagen "2für1"
