Good Life China (GLCC) Goes to the Beach with USA Olympian Elaine Youngs

CHICAGO, June 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Olympic beach volleyball bronze medalist and 2008 US Olympic hopeful Elaine 'EY' Youngs announced today a new endorsement agreement with Good Life China Corporation. (News) Youngs, a long time star of the professional beach volleyball circuit, is a 2004 Olympic bronze medalist who remains one of the top ranked players in the world. She and playing partner Nicole Branagh are considered serious medal contenders for the upcoming 2008 Olympic Games.

Mrs. Dong Mai Jia Chairman and CEO of Haorizi Good Life, and Asia Pacific Holdings Inc (Belize) parent company of Good Life China, remarked, "When our advisors at Mina Mar Group first brought Ms. Youngs to our attention we were immediately intrigued with the opportunity to associate our brand with a decorated Olympian of her caliber. Our company operates not only in China, but also in North America where Ms. Youngs plays the majority of her competitions. We share her commitment to being the best, be that in her world of volleyball or in ours of providing quality convenience stores to the rural markets of China. We are proud to sponsor US Olympian Elaine Youngs and look forward to welcoming her and all of the Olympians from around the world to China."

"I've had a number of great sponsors in my career but I'm particularly flattered to work with Haorizi and Good Life China. Like so many athletes, I've been dreaming of China for a long time so to be singled out and sponsored by a Chinese based company is an honor. The work that they do, providing convenience stores to the rural areas of China, is something that people here and in many parts of the world where I typically compete might take for granted. But Good Life China is providing places where people can find the things they need everyday. I'm looking forward to working with them and hope to make them proud of our performance in Beijing," said Youngs.

About Elaine Youngs:

Elaine or "EY" as she is known on the sand, has been one of beach volleyball's top stars for over decade. Her career highlights include an Olympic bronze medal, the Association of Volleyball Professional's (AVP) Most Valuable Player Award, AVP Best Blocker and AVP Best Offensive Player. She has led the league in serve aces, blocks, kill percentage and hitting percentage and tallied 40 career wins and over $1 million dollars in career earnings.

Elaine or “EY” as she’s known on the sand, has been one of beach volleyball’s top stars for over decade.  Her career highlights include an Olympic bronze medal (with then teammate Holly McPeak as the first US women to ever medal in beach volleyball), the Association of Volleyball Professional’s (AVP)  Most Valuable Player Award, AVP Best Blocker and AVP Best Offensive Player.  She has led the league in serve aces and topped the charts in blocks, kill percentage and hitting percentage. All of this has added up to a remarkable 38 career wins and over $1 million dollars in career earnings.

Born in El Toro, California on Valentine’s Day in 1970, Elaine grew up alongside four brothers who played no small part in helping her develop her exceptional athletic potential through a childhood spent keeping up with and beating the boys.  She went on to a decorated career at UCLA, where she excelled not only in volleyball but also in basketball.  She was a four-time All-American and in 1991 led her team to a National Championship.  In 2006 she was inducted into the prestigious UCLA Hall of Fame.

Before transitioning to the beach game, EY spent three years on the US National Indoor Team and made her Olympic debut in 1996 in Atlanta.  Thereafter she played professionally in both Rome and Turkey before switching to the sand game, a move that launched her athletic career.  In 1997 she was named Rookie of the Year and has since gone on to one of the most decorated careers of any athlete in the sport – highlighted by her 2004 Olympic medal.

Currently teamed with Nicole Branagh, the duo is in final preparation for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games where they hope to step to the top of the Olympic podium this time return with gold.

Gerne.

Gruß an alle GLCC-e

Good Life China (GLCC) Completes Restricted Shares Private Placement

TORONTO, June 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Good Life China Corporation http://www.goodlifechina.com/ (Pink Sheets: GLCC) is pleased to announce that the issuer has completed its private placement offering memorandum. The issuer is pleased to announce that the offering was fully subscribed for a total of $2,000,000.00.

The financing consisted of a non-brokered private placement of 225,000,000 units. Each unit consisted of one common share, and one share purchase warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share at a price of $0.25 for two years following the closing, regardless of what the then current share price would be.

All shares issued pursuant to the placement will bear a legend restricting transfer until February 1, 2009.

Mr.Yang the company spokesperson said "The private placement was completed with accredited investors including some existing, and new shareholders from USA, Canada, England and Hong Kong. Simply, the accredited investor term is defined by various securities laws that delineates investors permitted to invest in certain types of investments, such as limited partnerships, hedge funds and angel investor networks. The term generally includes wealthy individuals, and organizations such as a corporation, endowment or retirement plans. In the USA there are specific guidelines as to who is considered an accredited investor. The reason we bring this to our follower's attention is that the issuer has received a number of inquiries from novice investors who unknowingly believe or are told that the float has increased and that some sort of immediate dilution is in effect. In fact, it is quite the opposite. While the float did increase temporarily as old and seasoned restricted shares matured, it then significantly decreased to its current level as posted on Pink Sheets. This was achieved with warrants being issued as per the issuers filings. Again, this is worth repeating, this private placement was completed with RESTRICTED SHARES being issued, and this private placement will not affect the float for some time yet to come.

Participants in the private placement include current and existing shareholders. It includes several high net worth accredited investors, including the Woo family from Hong Kong who are engaged in real estate development in the Vancouver Canada and Hong Kong area. They are investing in GLCC in this private placement and in the open market and are the issuers strongest supporters. The proceeds of the issuance will be used to further advance existing projects and expansions of new locations. In addition it will be used to launch its Check21 services in China together with its micro loan services in rural China, through its existing 1,800 existing outlets. The issuer expects to generate significant revenues from this source of funding.

The common shares of the Company are currently dually listed in the USA Pink Sheets (symbol GLCC.PK) and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Xe:L9X). The issuer is in good standings with Pink Sheets and ranked as a "Current Information" filer with its security.
