habe mir gerade den aktien ankauf und verkauf angeschaut (di-otc)
mir ist nur aufgefallen das wenn der kurs runter ging es zum grössten teil kleine
veräuserrungen waren von aktien z.b:mal 100, 1000,2500, 149 usw,könnt ja selber nachschauen ..
1-warum macht man sowas??(sind doch die order gebüren höher wie das geld was man bekommt,oder)
da lässt man doch lieber die paar stück auf dem depot liegen oder nicht ???
2-so ein verkauf ist doch nur da um den kurs zudrücken(vieleicht um anleger zu verunsichern????)
die dann ihre aktien noch loswerden wollen,hauptsache noch bischen geld übrig!??!!!
3-sind das die big zocker wo dann billig einkaufen ??(wer weiss)))
4.der HAMMER kauft SGI jetzt teilweisse die aktien wieder zurück von denen die noch was retten wollen von dem übriggebliebenen investierten ???
um nachher wieder die mehrzahl zu haben WENN ES DOCH MIT DEN ALTEN AKTIEN WEITER GEHT??
um eigenens gutes neues grundkapital zu schaffen wenn der run nach oben losgeht??

*Intel® MPI Library Runtime Environment. In an industry first, SGI is
pre-loading all Altix XE clusters with the Intel® MPI Library Runtime
Environment to help developers and users make the most of their clusters.
By offering the Intel MPI Runtime Environment free to all Altix XE
customers, Intel makes it easier than ever to derive maximum performance
from such Intel MPI-based applications as LS-DYNA, FLUENT, STAR-CD and
PAM CRASH. On Altix XE, which is based on the Dual-Core Intel® Xeon(TM)
processor 5100 series, Intel provides a high-performance implementation
of the MPI-2 standard. Intel® MPI Library, MPI library for software

LINWOOD, PA, 19. September 2005 - Foamex International Inc. (Nasdaq: FMXI), heute verkündet, daß die Firma und die sicheren seiner Tochtergesellschaften freiwillige Abhilfegesuche unter Kapitel 11 der Konkurs- und Vergleichsordnung im USkonkursgericht für den Bezirk von Delaware eingeordnet haben. Die Firma, die in den aktiven Vermittlungen mit seinen Schlüsselgläubigern gewesen ist, verkündete auch eine Vereinbarung prinzipiell mit bestimmten Mitgliedern eines ad hoc Ausschusses, die zusammen eine Majorität der älteren gesicherten Anmerkungen der Firma über die Schlüsselbegriffe eines vorgeschlagenen Reorganisierungplanes halten. Die Vereinbarung prinzipiell würde für ein bedeutendes Deleveraging der Bilanz und des Resultats der Firma in den Verbesserungen zur dem Kapitalaufbau und zur Rentabilität Firma zur Verfügung stellen. Heutige Archivierungen beeinflussen nicht die Auslandstransaktionen der Firma.
In Verbindung mit seiner Archivierung sucht die Firma Konkursgerichtzustimmung von bis $240 Million Kredit gegen Prolongationsakzept Schuldner-inbesitz (BAD) in der Finanzierung agented durch Bank von Amerika, N.A. Die vorgeschlagene BAD-Finanzierung, kombiniert mit dem Bargeldumlauf der Firma von den Betrieben, wird erwartet, die Firma mit genügender Liquidität zu versehen, um seine Pfostenpetition Betriebskosten im gewöhnlichen Kurs seines Geschäfts zu treffen. Mit solchen finanzierenquellen ist die Firma in einer Position, zum bestimmter Vorpetition Verpflichtungen, einschließlich die infolge von bestimmten kritischen Lieferanten und Angestellten abhängig von der Konkursgerichtzustimmung zu zahlen. Foamex hat auch eine Verpflichtung von der Bank von Amerika für Ausgang Finanzierung nach dem Hervortreten der Firma von Kapitel 11 empfangen.
Foamex verwendet Kapitel 11, um seine Umstrukturiereninitiativen einzuführen, die entworfen sind, um die Firma zur langfristigen finanziellen Gesundheit wieder herzustellen, beim Fortfahren, im normalen Geschäftsgang zu funktionieren. Foamex sucht, von Kapitel 11 prompt aufzutauchen, und es nimmt vorweg, daß seine Alltagsbetriebe fortfahren, wie üblich ohne Unterbrechung während des Prozesses des Kapitels 11.
Gemäß der Vereinbarung prinzipiell, die mit bestimmten Mitgliedern des ad hoc Ausschusses erreicht wurde, würde die Firma ungefähr $523 Million von getilgte Schuldverschreibung Verschuldung beseitigen, die der Reihe nach jährliche Interesse Sparungen von $54 Million ergeben würde. Spezifisch würden Halter der älteren gesicherten Anmerkungen der Firma ihre Schuld in 100% der Billigkeit der reorganisierten Firma abhängig von der Verdünnung umwandeln. Wenn ungesicherte Gläubiger (im Umfang werden ihre Ansprüche nicht anders da kritische Lieferant Ansprüche oder gezahlt durch Annahme ihrer Verträge während des Falles behandelt) und die Halter von Foamexs älteren unterstellten Anmerkungen wählen, um den Reorganisierungplan anzunehmen, dann empfangen sie, auf einer Prorata Grundlage, zwischen 5% und 10% der Billigkeit der reorganisierten Firma zu kaufenden die Ermächtigungen, abhängig von der entscheidenden erlaubten Menge der allgemeinen ungesicherten Ansprüche. Unter der Vereinbarung prinzipiell, würde es keine Wiederaufnahme für Halter der Billigkeit Interessen an der Firma geben.
„Wir glauben, daß dieser Plan die beste Gelegenheit darstellt, damit Foamex seine Schuld in einem wirkungsvollen umstrukturiert und fristgerechte Weise,“, sagte Tom Chorman, Präsident und Generaldirektor. „Der Prozeß des Kapitels 11 läßt Foamex sofortig Liquidität gewinnen und ohne, Unterbrechung zu funktionieren fortzufahren, beim Geben uns der Gelegenheit wir unsere Bilanz umstrukturieren müssen, unser Geschäftsergebnis verstärken und langfristigen Wert verursachen.“
Chorman fügte, „wir erwarten, von diesem Prozeß mit einem passenderen Kapitalaufbau schnellstmöglich aufzutauchen, der uns erlaubt, eine gesuendere, konkurrierendere Firma zu sein hinzu. Wir schätzen groß die fortwährende Unterstützung unserer langfristigen kreditgebenden Stellen, Schuldtitelhalter, Kunden, Lieferanten und Angestellten. Ihr anhaltender Schutzträger ist gewesen und wird fortfahren zu sein, ein integraler Faktor in unserem Erfolg.“
Zusätzlich zu suchender Konkursgerichtzustimmung der BAD-Finanzierung, hat Foamex eine Vielzahl der typischen „erster Tages“ Bewegungen in der suchenden Berechtigung des Konkursgerichts eingeordnet, um bestimmte Vorpetition ausstehende Beträge zu seinen Angestellten, zu kritischen Lieferanten, zu Kunden und zu anderen zu zahlen. Diese „erster Tages“ Bewegungen sollen daß die Firmaübergänge seamlessly in Kapitel 11 sichergehen und daß solche Schlüsselgruppen im größten Umfang unberührt bleiben, der durch die Archivierung des Kapitels 11 möglich ist.

ich sage nur bei der firma stimmt was nicht welche normale leute machen solche verkäufe 125 ,250 , nur um den kurs zu drücken das ist doch pure manipulatin das geht auch nach oben so aber wer hat den von uns lust so dumm einzukaufen oder sollen wir den kurs pushen
das wäre doch was jeder mit 50 euro treiben wir den kurs hoch aber dann kommt wieder ein dummkopf und haut wieder 100 st. für ein schleuder preiss raus ..
