Wer solchen Schrott kauft ohne Nachrichten, Gemunkel oder wenigstens den Hauch einer Übernahme etc. ist selber schuld...
Kurs fällt auf nächstes Allzeittief wenn nicht sogar gegen 0...

Meine Meinung...  

für plötzliche kurssprunge war der wert gut in der jüngsten vergangenheit - aber bei fehlenden nachrichten?
ob jetzt einstiegskurse sind wage ich nicht zu behaupten und alleizeittiefs sprechen eher nicht dafür, denn weitere können folgen.
ob der wert schrott ist, im wo-forum wird ja darum gestritten, entziht sich meiner kenntnis, nebulös ist die sache allemal.

XCast Entertainment: No takeover bid

Rotterdam, June 07. After lengthy consultation, Marcus Allen’s lawyers
have recommended not to publish a takeover bid. This was the result of the
legal Due Diligence and due to potential conflicts with the existing
American investors. Nevertheless, XCast Entertainment N.V. and Marcus
Allen have decided to increase the issued capital. 10.000.000 new shares
will be offered to the existing shareholders. The offer ratio for existing
shareholders will be 1:1. Allan has also offered to subscribe to all the
shares unsubscribed by the existing shareholders. The Price of the new
shares will be published after the terms of the capital increase are agreed
with the depository bank. Marcus Allen and the Board of XCast
Entertainment N.V. believe that Marcus Allen, as the new principle
stockholder, will have the majority of shares at General Meetings.

Because of these delays, the Board of XCast Entertainment N.V. announced
that the Annual General Meeting will take place towards the end of the
year.

her, sieht es auch besser aus als zuvor; die Stücke im bid und ask werden auch größer.

An den Tagen, wo es gut läuft freue ich mich, an den Tagen wo es schlecht läuft, denke ich an die Tage, wo es gut lief!  

scheint sich da ein boden gebildet zu haben. vielleicht ist jetzt der moment für einen einstig günstig. konkrtes allerdigs gibt es von der firma nach wie vor nicht. im moment alles nur (erotische) phantasie.  

geht das was heute?  

bid zieht an; Zeit hier einzusteigen?  

 

sind irgendwelche nachrichten in anmarsch.
im wo-board habe ich nachgeschaut, da beschimpfen sich allerdings die leute immer noch und konkretes kann man dort auch nicht nachlesen.
