ich hier schon länger versuche mitzuteilen. auf der HP von GWDA steht doch alles. eben das sie einen neuen spezi suchen müssen. und wie zu sehen, ist north thunder bay auch bei equinet gewesen, liegt also nahe das die auch aus dem selben grund ausgesetzt ist. keine übernahmen, kein split einfach nur das.

@ squelio den link hab ich gerade nicht parat und gerade keine zeit zu suchen. fakt ist das gwda und auch north thunder bay von der börse frankfurt genommen werden sollten, frankfurt dies aber im nov oder dez nichtig gemacht hat so das der handel weitergeht.

und noch eine kleine info, der vertrag von Phil Carbon mit dem DOE (department of energy phillipinen) gibt es zu 100%. die andere frage ist ob GWDA wirklich 40% an phil carbon hält. außerdem geht es dort nicht nur um 1 project (Bulalcao) sondern um 2 projekte ;)

(Greenworld), Symbol an der Deutschen Börse: GWDA (www.greenworldpower.ca), gab heute bekannt, dass das philippinische Energieministerium (DOE) einen Dienstleistungsvertrag mit PhilCarbon Inc. über das für Bulalcao in der Provinz Oriental Mindoro geplante 30-MW-Windparkprojekt abgeschlossen hat. Greenworld hält eine 40%ige Beteiligung an PhilCarbon. Es wird erwartet, dass das Energieministerium den Vertrag im ersten Quartal 2012 notariell beurkunden lässt und offiziell bekanntgibt.

sponsorthema geklärt ist, denke ich.. 1-2 Wochen,wird Handel wieder eröffnet und dann geht der Kurs erstmal runter. wird sich relativ schnell erholen und dann kommt die Nachricht, daß der Vertrag vom Doc unterschrieben wurde, dann kommt roppelt mit einem Investor ins Spiel. das wäre das mögliche positive Szenario.
