I think we can agree that "something" is going on; this about $ 750,000 worth of share trades today.
More likely a China PR. Maybe on submission to SFDA. I really think the Maxim deal will not be a positive news event.

Geldof, Bono Praise G-8 for Africa Aid
GLENEAGLES, Scotland (AP) -- Rockers Bob Geldof and Bono, two of the world's best known Africa fund-raisers, declared victory Friday in their campaign to push leaders at the G-8 summit to double aid to the continent.
"We've pulled this off," said U2 frontman Bono.
He and Geldof praised the Group of Eight summit for pledging to double aid to Africa to $50 billion, saying the move will save the lives of hundreds of thousands of people who would have died of poverty, malaria or AIDS.
"The world spoke and the politicians listened," Bono said.
He said the Live 8 concerts and pro-Africa protest marches near the G-8 summit helped persuade the leaders of the wealthy countries to try to help end poverty in Africa.
"It's not the end; it's the beginning of the end," Bono said. "A mountain has been climbed here only to reveal higher peaks behind it."
The new funds "mean the financing is in place to halve deaths from malaria by 2010," Bono said. He added that 600,000 people "will be alive to remember this G-8 in Gleneagles who would have lost their lives to" malaria.
Geldof, creator of the Live 8 concerts, said: "The summit in Gleneagles is a qualified triumph." Appearing alongside Bono at a news conference held at the close of the summit, he said: "A great justice has been done."
Bono warned G-8 leaders that they will be held to account on their promises.
"If these people let us down ... they will feel it when they go to the ballot," he said.

well it appears that all we know from the 6-30-2005 annual stockg holder's meeting is that the insiders approved all of the dilutive measures giving free stock and repriced options to themselves, and the free stock is being immediately registerted for sale.
This should come as no surprise to anyone following this company.
Gotta get free shares, gotta get free shares, gotta get free shares.
Gotta register thenm for sale, gotta register them for sale.
Gotta lower option prices, and vote 35 million options to management as incentives.

Our 2004 PIPEs Contain Anti-Dilution Protection Provisions Which, If Approved By

Subject to approval by our stockholders, the terms of the Secured 8% Convertible
Notes trigger the anti-dilution protection provisions granted to investors in

In late may the MACD made a new top (way higher than the apr20 top and above the early march top) but the price didn't. Then at the end of june the MACD hit the trendline and made a positve triple divergence, which made the 33% rise up to 0.20. Stat and hist the triple divergence is an extreme buy signal. Even stronger when volume is rising the days following. 3 month average is around 650000. Fridays volume was 4500000 and today, so far, is 3300000 and there's still 5 more hours of trading. Who cares if the stock drops to .17 or .16 !? This stock is going to the next solarsystem and further. Newsday tomorrow? KABOOOM!!! Say goodbye to those who didn't buy!
