Der Beginn von Phase 1 des Harmony Village-Community-Projekts ist für
Anfang 2011 vorgesehen und soll innerhalb von 12 Monaten abgeschlossen
werden. Die Beteiligung für das Unternehmen wird für seinen Anteil an den
474 Häusern des Projekts auf 4,5 Millionen US-Dollar geschätzt. Sechs
Monate nach dem Anlaufen des Projekts werden Blue Planet Environmental und
sein Partner, Bejing Hua Xing Hai Tin Scientific Development C. Ltd., eine
Vereinbarung mit dem Zhongyou Development Center for International
Agriculture Promotion-China (ZDCIAP) über die ausschließlichen Rechte für
Entwicklung, Bau und Verwaltung der Phasen 2 und 3 des Harmony
Village-Community-Projekts (3872 zweistöckige und 628 einstöckige Häuser)
unterzeichnen. Insgesamt umfassen die drei Phasen des Harmony Village
Community-Projekts 4974 Häuser mit einer Fläche von 2.197.956
Quadratmetern. Phase 2 wird im Anschluss an die Fertigstellung von Phase 1
durchgeführt.

Blue Planet Environmental Inc. (DB:9BP) announced a private placement of 14,601,132 of shares at a price of $0.2054 per share for a gross proceeds of $3,000,000 on December 2, 2011. New investor BPE Marketing Services LLC will participate in the transaction. BPE Marketing Services LLC will invest $2,000,000 in four tranches of $500,000 each at the 6th month, 9th month, and 12th month anniversary of the first tranche close date. The remaining $1,000,000 will invested later according to the agreement. Minden Gross Grafstein & Greenstein LLP represented the company and New York and Chicago offices of Seyfarth Shaw LLP represented BPE Marketing Services LLC. On the same day, the company issued 2,433,522 shares for $500,000 to BPE Marketing Services LLC.
