Kleines Problem das ich hatte war:
Bei Cortal kann man die erst handeln, wenn man den Wisch für Zertifikathandel und Leerverkäufe dort eingereicht hat!

Mit meinem Diba Depot, hab ich sie problemlos bekommen dann wollte ich Freitag auch bei Cortal noch ein Paar kaufen, Pustekuchen!
Die waren aber schnell, heute hab ich sie mir kaufen dürfen/können! ;-)

In my opinion the judge wanted Dr. O to stay on track with the TI and Qualcomm chips in evidence in this case. It does not mean the generalization is not true. Many other chips use the same clocking system as is in the 336 patent.

The 336 patent expires in June of 2015. If accused infringers have been notified there is a period of several years (6?) after June of 2015 that we can collect license fees up until that date (from the date of notification of infringement until June of 2015 when the patent expires. There is no way to collect after that date. Some people talk about getting some kind of extension but I do not think that is realistic. Sometimes drug manufacturers can do it with their patents from what I have seen.

warum so ruhig,...was ist denn der Aktuelle Stand...kann mich jemand aufklären, wie erklärt Ihr euch den anstieg von Freitag auf über 0,23 Euro und warum ziehen die News das Ding nicht weiter nach oben woran fehlt es hier? Bin für jede Info dankbar.

wahrscheinlich fehlen noch die aus dem Urteil folgenden Lizenzen!
Kannst du das nachvollziehen oder Bedarf es weiterer Erklärungen?  

na momentan scheint die Aktie ja nur eine Richtung zu kennen, die meiner meinung nach die Falsche ist... bin nämlich heute zu 0,128 Euro eingestiegen...das hätte ich auch billiger haben können...
