Dyesol LTD, es geht weiter !

bekommt also das Stück um 0,18 AUD = 0,125707 EUR. Das heißt für mich der Kurs wird fallen. Eine Marktkap bei derzeitigem Kursstand von 0,26€ und 334 Mio Aktien beträge nämlich dann: Knapp 87 Mio € --> Ist nicht zu rechtfertigen. Hab ich das richtig verstanden?

Für mich ist die Aufstockung ein ziemlich klares Zeichen.
Bin mal gespannt was bis Jahresende alles für Meldungen kommen.

Laut dem aktuellen eNewsletter von Dyesol sind 39 % der derzeit 221.361.987 vorhandenen Aktien im Besitz von deutschen Aktionären.
Herr Richard Alexander Caldwell hat über 3 Millionen Aktien zum Preis von 0,3571 AUD gekauft. Nach der letzten Aktionärsliste hatte er bisher 1,850 Millionen Aktien seiner Firma im Besitz. Er hat für die Aktien somit etwa 1,1 Millionen AUD = 770.000 € auf den Tisch gelegt.
Wenn nicht er, wer sonst kennt die weiteren Planungen mit Tasnee und Tata.
Wenn er davon ausgehen würde, dass durch den Einstieg von Tasnee und der damit verbundenen Erhöhung der Aktienzahl um etwa 112 Millionen Aktien der Aktienpreis ab Mitte November wieder sinken würde, dann hätte er jetzt die mehr als 3 Millionen Aktien nicht kaufen müssen. Oder hat er Geld zu verschenken???  

 Vielleicht will er auf der HV mit seinem Stimmenanteil in eine bestimmte Richtung lenken, wenn man davon ausgeht, das nur 1/3 der stimmberechtigten nur auf der HV ihre Stimme abgeben, haben seine 3mill Stück schon Gewicht

vielleicht hat er Angst, dass vielen Ktinären der Kurs von ca. 0,166 doch zu wenig ist für Tasnee...

 

Galapagosfink: interessanter Gedanke (#5410).

Herr Caldwell besitzt nach den letzten Informationen aktuell etwas mehr als 4,9 Millionen Aktien von Dyesol; das wäre bei der aktuellen Aktienzahl von etwa mehr als 211 Millionen ein Anteil von 2,2 %.
Die Frage ist: von wem hat Herr Caldwell diese Aktien erworben?? An der ASX in Australien haben im offiziellen Handel in den letzten 5 Tagen etwas mehr als 2 Millionen Aktien ihren Besitzer gewechselt.
JP Morgan hat derzeit einen Anteil von 37,7 % der Aktien. Ich denke, diese Firma wird bei der HV die Marschrichtung vorgeben.  

Also wenn man sich die AKtionärsstruktur so ansieht sind hauptsächlich Banken investiert. Diese wollen etwas verdienen und wollen aber auch den Ton angeben - natürlich will man mit einem Invest verdienen... Trotzdem gefällt mir das nicht! Von daher ist mir eine Investition von Tasnee und Caldwell gerade recht. Caldwell rückt dann an die Dritte Stelle vor. Ich denke er hat diese Stück von Investoren die die Stückzahl reduziert haben --> das haben ja einige wenn man sich die Struktur der letzten Monaten so ansieht.

Ganz klare Vorbereitungen für die Abstimmung um Einfluß nehmen zu können.

Energy Business News logoSaudi technology firm, the National Industrialization Company (Tasnee) has completed due diligence on a $16 million strategic investment in Australian solar technology developer Dyesol.  Dyesol have allowed an extension of Tasnee’s exercise period to November 14, allowing additional time for the parties to look at further collaborations together.  “Tasnee is a very substantial, global industrial conglomerate and the additional time will allow both parties to further explore opportunities to work together,” directors said.  Dyesol has collaborated with Tasnee subsidiary Cristal in the UK since 2009.

Saudi giant moves closer to major investment in Australia’s Dyesol

renew economy logoSaudi Arabian industrial giant Tasnee says it has completed due diligence on a further $16 million strategic investment in Australia’s Dyesol, one of the world’s leading developer of dye solar cell technologies that can applied on buildings and rooftops to generate electricity.

An original investment of $4 million from Tasnee was announced in February. According to the Chairman Richard Caldwell the then $4 million investment could increase up to $20 million within 18 months, subject to due diligence.

Baldor Assists Company To Develop Low-Cost Solar Cell Technology

Dyesol is a leader in the development of Dye Solar Cell (DSC) technology, which produces electricity in a process that utilizes the principles of nanotechnology and photosynthesis. DSC technology is particularly efficient in real-life conditions, such as low or dappled light, and uses low-cost, environmentally sustainable materials together with low-cost, low-energy manufacturing techniques. Today, the Dyesol group is focused on the industrialization and commercialization of DSC technology throughout the world, assisting solar cell manufacturers to develop their own products, improve cell performance and develop low-cost mass production systems.

“There are a number of processes in the production of a DSC, and it is in one of these processes that Baldor motion control technology has proven so beneficial,” said Anthony Oh, senior design engineer at Dyesol’s headquarters in Queanbeyan, New South Wales, Australia.

baldor1“We have used Baldor equipment in previous designs and have found it to be very successful. Baldor offers us a good development platform, a neat package with proven compatibility between components, robust design and worldwide availability and support. Our clients are located all around the world, and they are not machine builders, so we must deliver a ready-to-go, user-friendly package with the necessary access to support in their region should it be needed.”

The DSCs are manufactured by preparing glass outer skins with a printed circuit on one side, followed by a layer of porous titanium dioxide and application of the dye to the entire surface. The Dyesol Dye Profiling Machine, equipped with Baldor motion control systems, is used to accurately remove sections of the applied medium from the glass panel. This results in multiple individual cells on the glass panel, joined by the printed circuit. The cell is completed by vacuum backfilling with the electrolyte (iodide) and finally sealing with thermo-plastic, resulting in a DSC capable of producing an electrical current.

The latest dye profiling machine incorporates a Baldor NextMove e100 multi-axis controller along with a Baldor HMI touch-screen control panel, operational software developed by Dyesol, based on the inbuilt Baldor Mint software, 2 x 3 amp Baldor MicroFlex servo drives and two Baldor BSM brushless servo motors. “The NextMove e100 is very powerful and capable of controlling up to 16 interpolated axes, yet is still cost effective for our 2 axis application. We also like the MicroFlex e100 Ethernetbased servo drives because now we can connect all of the limit and home position switches back to the MicroFlex servo drives,” explains Oh.

After calculating the machine’s requirements, Baldor engineers assisted Dyesol engineers in the selection of motors. A very compact R-series motor was chosen for the X-axis. Baldor Systems Engineer Jason DeSouza says with a body size of just 40mm diameter and 59mm length, the Baldor motor is an elegant solution. “These motors provide a high torque to inertia ratio and high acceleration capabilities in an ultra-compact body format,” explains DeSouza. “For the Y-axis, a more powerful motor was required because it’s mounted under the table and incorporates a cogged belt drive to the spindle. The unit came from our range of C-series motors, which use our Ring Magnet rotor design and Neodymium magnet material to deliver premium torque output at a lower cost. Both motors have 2500 pulse/rev integrated encoder feedback for high-precision positioning.”

baldor2The Dyesol team programmed the machine and chose to make it a self-contained, stand-alone unit. They downloaded the operating routines to the NextMove e100 controller, although it is capable of interfacing to an external PC if that suits the application. They also developed an interface with a Baldor 12-inch color touch-screen HMI panel mounted on the machine.

“The fact that Baldor supplies the necessary software to enable us to develop our programs and our own interface free of charge is another reason we chose them as our preferred supplier,” says Oh. “Often, licensing fees can add considerably to the initial costs, and ongoing upgrades can also add to the cost of ownership.”

Baldor’s Mint Motion Language is a high-speed compiled BASIC programming language for motion and machine control that combines multitasking capability for motion, I/O, HMI and communication tasks, allowing complex applications to be divided into simpler, more manageable sub-tasks.

Mint WorkBench is a Windows tool that is common across Baldor’s range of NextMove motion controllers, servo drives and high-performance inverter and vector drives. It offers an easy-to-use development front end for Mint programming, with its color highlighting of keywords and context-sensitive help. The program navigator makes it a breeze to navigate the source code, no matter how complicated.

“The interface we developed is simple yet complete,” explains Oh. “It allows the machine to be operated by relatively unskilled personnel after just a small amount of training. All of the necessary adjustments to allow for different shapes and sizes of DSCs are easily made and selected on the HMI screen, and operation is fully automatic and self-managed after the start command.”

The managing director of Baldor Australia, Daniel Vera, believes Dyesol DSC technology is making a real difference in the development of sustainable and renewable energy and is pleased to be involved with an Australian company producing such cutting-edge technology.

Sieht ja ganz entspannt hier aus, lege gleich über Tradegate nochmal 20.000 nach, die Geschichte hat Hand und Fuß und das Kleingeld drückt meinen Einstandskurs.

Guck mal genau hin, und wenn der Kurs vorher höher war, kann es auch mal ein Stück runter gehen, nämlich genau 0,1 !

Aber gut, ich kündige an 20.000 zu kaufen und danach gehts bei Tradegate im Ask um 0,5 rauf nachma Kauf...war wohl ein Verkauf, wie ?=??

Erklärung wäre schon toll @ money...  

 Tradegate war Taxe 27 zu 27,5 Cent.....dann Trade zu 27 und das war eben ein Verkauf ins Bid und kein Kauf aus dem Ask. Das habe ich so gesehen, was du gemacht hast oder nicht interessiert meine Beobachtung nicht.

Danach ASK weiter 27,5 und Geld ging auf 26,7 runter. Mehr habe ich nicht geschrieben.....

Wie du deine 20 K bekommen hast oder nicht ist mir egal.....

 

 

brauche hier nix zu beweisen - normal müsstest Du ... acchhh,egal, lassen wir die Spielchen. Ich bin bereit den Kauf zu posten, wenn es not tut - einfach ein ja, ich kopiere den Kauf. - so einfach ist das.

Komischerweise besitze ich weit mehr wie 20.000 Stück. Wo wäre mein Gewinn, wo ich  bei über 30 eingestiegen bin ? Verkauf macht wenig Sinn,...

Ich bleib drin, egal was kommt  

...hier kann noch Einiges passieren....Tasnee ist ein Riese und hat sorfältig geprüft, bevor sie bei Dyesol eingestiegen sind....umsonst investieren die keinen Cent....die wollen genauso Geld verdienen wie wir Alle ;-))  

Die Frage ist wann der güsntigste Zeitpunkt für einen weiteren Einkauf ist.

Ende November klappt das ja hoffentlich mit Tasnee. Nur das wird dann natürlich für eine gewaltige Verwässerung sorgen und die Frage ist in wie weit sich der Kurs dann noch senkt.

 

Vorallem ob sich der Kurs aufgrund der Verwässerung überhaupt senkt... Denn wenn Tasnee investiert, dann ist definitiv großes Interesse von einem großen Konzern da. Das heißt, die werden Dyesol nicht so schnell fallen lassen bzw. sie werden die Produktpipline vorantreiben.

Ich weiß nicht ob das alles schon eingepreist ist?!

Und sollte Tata zusätzlich den Produktionsstart verkünden, erlaube ich mir die 0,5€ zu prognostizieren. Ich denke eine Marktkap von >100 Mio wäre nur dann gerechtfertigt auch wenn noch keine Umsätze zu verzeichnen sind.  

Kann gut sein, rein gefühlstechnisch glaube ich auch nicht dass sich die Aktie gewaltig senken wird.

Zudem glaube ich eiegntlich fest an eine weitere Nachricht in diesem Zeitraum.

Mal schauen...Kurs gefallen..Ne ist er sicher ganz oben raus...stimmst?
