Neomedia weitere 100% Gewinn in Aussicht!?!

On  September  29,  2003,  the  Company  transferred  $600,000 to an escrow
account to be used to pay principal and interest relating to its note payable to
AirClic,  Inc. ("AirClic") which is subject to a lawsuit between the Company and
AirClic (see "Legal Proceedings"). On October 3, 2003, NeoMedia paid AirClic the
principal plus interest in the  approximate  amount of $610,000.  On November 3,
2003,  NeoMedia  reached a settlement  agreement with AirClic which will end the
suit.  The parties are  currently  drafting the release  document and expect the
suit to be dismissed by the end of November 2003.

die news sind richtungsweisend, das kann aber genau so stark nach oben wie nach unten gehen. neom hat quasi kein cash mehr und die zukunft hängt an paperclick, nokia etc.

ich bin zwar positiv gestimmt, aber alle sollten sich darüber im klaren sein, dass bei neom momentan auch ein totalverlust drin ist.

don't forget: neom kennt die 0,00er bereiche bereits ...

Ich will dir nicht zu nahe treten. Wenn Fakten und Zahlen auf den Tisch liegen dann ist der Zug schon abgefahren. Meine Vermutung liegt aus Beobachtungen.Mit Firmen die kein Geld besitzten wird einfach ein anderer Vertag gemacht. Du wirst auch nicht für etwas mehr bezahlen wenn du ein Produkt billiger bekommst.

CSI International's Micro Paint Repair System Receives Endorsement from DuPont, Strengthening Strategic Alliance and Setting the Stage for Product Distribution

CALGARY, Alberta, Dec 02, 2003 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- CSI International Inc., a technology and products leader in the global micro paint repair industry, said today that DuPont(r) (NYSE:DD) has endorsed its micro paint repair system, strengthening its strategic alliance with the multinational giant, and setting the stage for product distribution.

Stanton Hill, CEO of CSI, said a letter received yesterday from DuPont Performance Coatings said "DuPont was pleased to announce that CSI, with its micro repair technology experience, has coupled with DuPont Performance Coatings paint, color management and automotive coatings experience and established a useful and highly productive micro repair paint system."

The letter, he said, praised CSI for "pioneering a highly progressive micro paint repair approach targeted for the cosmetic and appearance repairs of automotive vehicles, and for providing potential users with a fast, safe and seamless micro repair system. DuPont Performance Coatings is the leading supplier to the global automotive finishes industry with innovative technology and a proven track record in the coatings industry," the letter said.

'Great Relationship, Exciting Future'

Hill said CSI has "a great relationship with DuPont Performance Coatings and the Dupont Automotive Finishing Division, offering an exciting future as we begin product distribution."

Hill said the last month, "has been an incredibly active and exciting time," for CSI. In early November, a Letter of Intent was signed for CSI to be acquired by NeoMedia Technologies, Inc., (OTCBB:NEOM), of Fort Myers, Florida, an innovator and worldwide leader serving business, government and consumers with patented technologies which connect bar-type codes to targeted online information. He said that when the acquisition closes, NeoMedia plans to build on CSI's well-established inroads with automotive and chemical multinationals for sales of its technology products and platforms.

Last week CSI announced it had been awarded a private label contract by CrackMaster(tm) Distributors Ltd. of St. Albert, on behalf of its ChipMaster(tm) Auto Paint Systems subsidiary, to create custom formulations and products for private label sales to and through ChipMaster distributors.

CSI has a similar relationship in the U.S. with NOVUS(r) and its Shat R Proof(tm) Corp. division, Hill said.

hoffentlich gibt das mal nen geilen schub nach oben!!  

der kommt schon noch. Scheint so, dass viele hier drin auf einen kurzfristigen Zock gesetzt haben, dabei aber unfreiwilig längerfristig angelegt haben. Macht aber nichts, denn nur realisierte Verluste sind Verluste. Momentan zu halten ist schlauer als das Handtuch zu werfen.  

bleibt einem ja auch nix übrig wenn man die Verluste nicht haben will  

bin ich normalerweise nicht drin. Weiß nicht warum, aber bei neom hab ich ein gutes Gefühl. Bei OTC ist immer hop oder top angesagt, ich bin mit einer Position dabei und warte ab. Bei ragingbull sind sie im Moment sehr optimistisch. woogerbear hat die These aufgestellt, der Kurs werde gedeckelt, dass noch ein paar große einsteigen können , bevor die big news kommt. Wär schön, wenn er Recht hätte. Wär aber auch schön. wenn Bayern heute Abend verliert...  

hoffentlich gehen die bayern dorthin, wo sich grad Neomedia befindet, leider;)
aber was neomedia betrifft, seh ich genauso - abwarten und nicht nervös werden! die Firma hat ja nicht umsonst so viel angekündigt!  

wenn der kurs nach ner meldung explodiert !

Bei 0,70 reden wir weiter vorher sehe ich keinen sinn auszusteigen.

Hoffe ihr seht es genauso !

in 1 bis 2 Jahren werden wir hier hunderte leute sehen die schreiben werden " warum bin ich damals nicht eingestiegen, ich wäre jetzt super reich ! "

Aber so kann es kommen
