gestern ging es hier auch hoch, und dann in den USA...  

 

kurzfriste Kursreaktion kommen im moment halt vermehrt vor, da einige Zocker noch drin sind, das wird sich aber in den nächsten Wochen ändern, sowohl hier als auch in den USA. Man sollte sich den Wert nur auf Sicht von mindestens einem Jahr anschauen.

(OTCBB:CNEX) today announced that in order to enhance the Company's ability to accelerate the development of the Company's Single Molecule Nucleic Acid Detection (SMD) technology Centrex, Inc., in conjunction with Trifocal LLC, has formed Early Warning Technologies, Inc. Early Warning Technologies will be majority-owned by Centrex and minority-owned by Trifocal LLC. R. Scott Wills, the principal of Trifocal, will serve as CEO of Early Warning Technologies.

Early Warning Technologies will assume the technology assets of Centrex along with certain contractual obligations with Los Alamos and the University of California, and will take over the development and commercialization of the SMD technology from Centrex. This arrangement will allow Centrex to pursue other technology acquisitions and potential joint ventures. Centrex CEO, Thomas R. Coughlin, Jr. M.D. will also serve on the Board of Early Warning Technologies, and will serve as Chief Scientific and Technical Advisor for Early Warning Technologies. The agreement will require shareholder approval

Scott Wills is an experienced corporate executive who has held management positions ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. He has extensive experience across a broad range of technology industries. As an entrepreneur, Mr. Wills has been involved in the management and funding of both private and public companies and has served as CEO of three other companies. Dr. Coughlin commented, "We are extremely excited about the prospect of working with a person of the caliber of Scott Wills and that Early Warning Technologies will provide the platform necessary to achieve our development goals."

Centrex's SMD technology has been exclusively licensed from Los Alamos National Laboratories and represents advantages over existing DNA and RNA detection methods as well as culture-based test methods. Centrex's detection system is designed to be adaptable to detect a variety of bacterial or viral organisms by recognizing the unique DNA or RNA fingerprint of the organism. The prototype instrument, currently being developed will utilize disposable, multipurpose microfluidics lab cards that incorporate the SMD technology.

Das war ein nötiger Schritt, um den weiteren finanziellen Zufluss gewährleisten zu können. Nun wird wieder etwas Cash in die Taschen von Cetrex kommen und man kann weiter an der SMD Technologie arbeiten.

Das Kooperationen eingegangen werden müssen ist ja eh klar!

Micronics, Inc., has advanced the development of an assay that
contains Centrex´s single molecule nucleic acid detection (" SMD" )

format. Micronics reported to Centrex that it has achieved this
important initial milestone which permits lysis and binding reactions
in the lab card format.
SMD technology, in combination with an easy-to-operate lab card
device and integrated reader, is expected to be responsive to the need
for rapid, user friendly and cost effective solutions for point-of-use
analyses of a variety of bacterial and viral organisms.
Centrex´s SMD technology was exclusively licensed from Los Alamos
National Laboratories, and offers important advantages over existing
DNA and RNA detection methods as well as culture-based test methods.
SMD technology eliminates the need for amplification of the target DNA
by recognizing the unique DNA or RNA fingerprint of the target
organism. This reduces the possibility of false positive and negative
test results - common concerns frequently identified with other test
procedures.
As a next step in the development process, Micronics is expected
to integrate the lysing/binding reactions together with SMD using a
biological stimulant, the spores of the bacteria Bacillus globigii.
Bacillus globigii prepared in this manner may be used safely to
simulate Bacillus anthracis (anthrax) spores in the DNA extraction and
binding experiments.
Centrex is focusing commercial efforts in the development of a
product that uses SMD as part of a simultaneous, multi-channel
detection system that is compact, fully automated and capable of
monitoring the presence of biological agents in air, food and water.
Potential additional applications for the SMD technology include
bioterrorism and Homeland Security, food and water processing, blood
supply screening, and general DNA/RNA testing.
Redmond, Washington-based Micronics provides custom lab card
design, development and prototypes systems. The proposed lab card for
the Centrex system is expected to include fully automated on-card
sample preparation, mixing, separation, and analysis. Reagent and
waste storage also are designed to be on card for ease of use and

was sagt dein gefühl?  wieweit gen norden? o,2o oder +/-?
 

Langfristige Geschichte für mich! Ich sehe den Kurs schon weit aus Höher als aktuell, da die Marktkap. lächerlich ist. Eine MK von 40-50 Mio ist nix besonderes und der Kurs ist bei 1 USD. Die Aktie ist schon mal auf 0,7 etwa gegangen. Sehe ich doch richtig oder, die haben etwa 40-50 Mio Aktien?

Die Story bzw der Trend Bio und Nano ließ bereits ganz andere Werte heftigt steigen. Nur aus Phantasie, aber hier steckt noch was hinter! Die Centrex Inc sind zur falschen Zeit an die Börse gegangen und somit deutlich unter die Räder gekommen. Remember: Sohu, Sina, The Globe, Nanopierce,...

Bis 0,10 sammel ich fröhlich weiter ein, wenn ich Zaster habe!

unter 0,10 € reinzukommen. Centrex steht vor Patentmeldung, Grossauftrag der Regierung und vor etlichen "STRONG BUY" der Analysten. Ich sehe hier langfristig eine Riesen Chance Geld zu machen. Nach einen Jahr rumtümpelei auf Kursen von 0,040- 0,060 sollte jetzt der Ausbruch kommen. Noch stehen Sie auf fast Tiefstständen, aber bald sollten hier Kurse um 0,50€ zu sehen sein.

Erst einmal die 0,10$ knacken und dann sehen ob die Patentmeldung kommt,dann sehen wir weitaus höhere Kurse.
Kursziel , hmmm, könnte schon an die 0,25$ laufen, aber das könnte noch dauern.
