denn ich hatte ein private Rückfrage, wie ich zu den Zahlen gekommen sei, z.B. zu der O,4 beim Umsatzmultiple. Eigentlich gehen diese aus mehreren Quellen hervor, die auch hier schon mehrfach gepostet wurden. Aber es kostet schon einige Zeit, das zu recherchieren - daher das Ganze noch einmal ausführlich mit einer der möglichen Quellen:

"We have ended this year strongly and although it's early days, we are tracking to our 2013 revenue forecast of about $94 million, which is growth of 12% over our fourth quarter exit run rate. We are also tracking to deliver adjusted net income in the first quarter and to return the company to positive cash flow in the second quarter."

Und nun habe ich die 38 Millionen Marktkapitalisierung, die wir momentan in etwa haben durch die 94 Millionen geteilt, was ziemlich genau 0,4 ergibt. Das ist ein im Vergleich zu den Competitors absurd niedriger Wert, selbst wenn man berücksichtigt, dass Local Corp relative hohe costs of revenues hat - also Vorleistungen durch den Zukauf von Traffic. Der war in den letzten Quartalen zu hoch geworden - und an dessen Abbau arbeitet Local Corp gerade, auch wenn das zeitweilig einmal Umsatz kostet wie z.B. 2013. Aber selbst wenn man dieses Manko berücksichtigt, stimmen einfach die Relationen nicht.

Auch zur Begründung des KGV's von 7 könnte man jetzt mehrere Quellen heranziehen, die auch in diesem Thread schon mit Quellenangaben standen. Das Orginal ist dabei sicher der Guidance im letzten Quartalsbericht, denn da wurden diese Informationen zu ersten Mal geliefert.

Fiscal 2013 Financial Guidance:
Revenue - The company expects 2013 revenue of between $93 million and $95 million, which at the mid-point, is an increase of 12 percent, over the fourth quarter 2012 exit run rate.
Adjusted Net Income – Adjusted Net Income for 2013 is expected to be at least $5 million, which would result in approximately $1 million in debt-free cash flow. The company defines debt-free cash flow as cash provided by operating activities, less capital expenditures.
