kann mir mal einer sagen wieso in Frank.keine orders ausgeführt werden???  

man stellt hier offensichtlich keine (kritischen) fragen. viel glück und glg borntofly  

wahrscheinlich liegen limitierte Order vor die wegen fehlender Angebote nicht durchgeführt werden können. Wenn also einer zu 0,018 kaufen will und einer zu 0,019 verkaufen will, so finden die natürlich nicht zueinander. Es kann auch sein das so viele kleine Order vorliegen, die durch den Skrontoführer erst mal sortiert und zugeordnet werden müssen. Da Hot-Stock-Aktien eine untergeordenete Rangfolge habe kann das Sortieren natürlich unheimlich lange dauern. Je wie die Skrontoführer Lust haben.

Da ging es um die Reputation, die Tom zu verlieren hat, wenn er bei SEAWAY nicht ökonomisch agieren würde...

sagt aber letztendlich erst mal nichts darüber aus, wie erfolgreich er nun wirklich werden wird.

Now that Seaway Valley has successfully merged with WiseBuys Stores, Inc. ("WiseBuys"), WiseBuys management can now focus on the completion of its acquisition of Patrick Hackett Hardware Company ("Hacketts"), which is crucial to the immediate growth prospects of the company.

To this end, we are pleased to announce that WiseBuys has generated cash flows internally from the sale of non-core assets that would be sufficient to acquire Hacketts. Although there are other contingencies in the acquisition agreement, the September 18, 2007 Amendment between WiseBuys and Hacketts called for minimum payments of approximately $2.0 million to both repay certain debts and be remitted to selling shareholders at closing. der WiseBuys deal ist durch und jetzt nehmen kurs auf die Hackets
die sollen ende November bis anfang Dezember
auch durch sein.
Und das alles ohne neue Aktien auf den Markt zu schmeissen.
Das sehe ich als sehr Positv.

Er schreibt, das der Wisebuys-deal abgeschlossen ist, und das man den Hacketts-deal aus Verkäufen von non core Assets finanzieren konnte. Was sind non Core Assets? Ausserdem schreibt er, entstünden aber trotzdem zusätzliche zu finanzierende Contingente um die sie sich noch kümmern wollen. Bis Ende November oder Anfang Dezember soll der Deal dann unter dach und Fach sein.

Alles schön und gut... Was ist mit den 200Mio. Shares? Keine Auskunft. Was ist mit dem zusätzlich in Aussicht gestelltem Deal vor Ende des Jahres? Keine Aussage... Warum geht er nicht auf die Fragen ein, die sich stellen? Das lässt wieder jede Menge Spielraum für Spekulationen und das bedeutet für den Kurs nichts gutes. So bleiben wir Spielball in der Willkür der MM´s.

Ich jedenfalls habe keinen Bock, bis Dezember ewig dieses rauf und runter mit den Scheiss Manipulationen anzugucken. Tom mag ja ein feiner kerl sein aber das alleine treibt den Kurs nicht nach oben.
