I subtract Changes In Accounts Receivables of 1.209 (decresae) million from Changes In Liabilities (decrease) of 3.311 million = 2.102 million. In the next step I subtract this 2.102 million from Total Cash Flow From Operating Activities = only a negative amount of 164,000.

In this paper, we explored the benefits of additional signals derived
from external logs for local search ranking. Here, we first
described a number of logs and the type of user behavior captured
by them in detail. Given that the logs can be sparse, skewed
and noisy, we proposed an approach to alleviate these challenges
through the use of a novel backoff framework that is highly customizable
through different distance functions. We proposed two
concrete backoff techniques, characterized their asymptotic overhead
and evaluated the quality of the resulting features using human
judged query-result pairs as well as click-through data from a commercial
local search engine. Here, we showed that even without the
backoff scheme, features derived from the external logs resulted in
significant improvements in nDCG as well as click-prediction accuracy.
Moreover, the aggregate features generated through the backoff
approaches resulted in significant further improvements, especially
in the experiments on real click data, which reflect a number
of real-life factors that influence local search user behavior that are
difficult to capture through human relevance judgements.

Paragon Report – Tue, Dec 11, 2012 8:20 AM EST.. .
NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - Dec 11, 2012) - Mobile advertising has been garnering increased attention in 2012 as companies look to profit from the rapidly rising demand for mobile devices. According to data from StatCounter Inc. mobile devices represent more than 10 percent of all internet traffic, a sharp increase from the 4 percent in January 2011.
Digital marketing and media research firm eMarketer predicts that U.S. mobile advertising revenues will experience rapid growth in the coming years. The research group has projected that U.S. mobile advertising revenues to more than quadruple from the $1.45 billion seen in 2011 to $6.62 billion in 2014, and to be worth nearly $12 billion by 2016. A recent report from research firm Strategy Analytics has shown that the number of smartphones in use globally topped the 1 billion mark for the first time ever in the third quarter; by 2015 that number is expected to double.

Local Corp/Spreebird can substitute CommerceInterface, when CommerceInterface will no longer other retail channels and current customers
Groupon Buys CommerceInterface To Improve How Vendors Sell On Groupon Goods
Groupon had already been using CommerceInterface in its own Groupon Goods operations since April of this year, it said in a release. Groupon Goods is a bit of a soup-to-nuts effort: it’s a platform for different merchants to post sales of diamond jewellery and designer sunglasses, but also mattresses, computers and cutlery. So this could be a matter of the company wanting to better integrate the service as it continues to build up that business, which as of Q3 was on a run rate of $1.5 billion in global billings. Using an outsourced service could be less efficient in that case.

We fully except top and bottom line revenue growth in future days
"We remain convinced we're a beneficiary of the secular trend towards local online advertising, which provides us with long term tailwinds. While parnter policy changes result in new term dislocation, once again, we think that ín the long term they make sense because they tend to drive a better user experience and we believe this will create new monetization opportunities for the company."
"Our updated guidance reflects this lower yield for our O&O business and we are projecting 27% year-over-year revenue growth with $750,000 in adjusted net income. We fully except top and bottom line revenue growth in future days."

All Eyes On Local: Monetizing The Multibillion-Dollar Online And Mobile Consumer Ad Market
In two smart moves, Local Corporation (LOCM) is generating new revenue streams and setting up shareholders for big returns. An important pay-per-call patent and a strategy to launch a series of popular industry-specific websites will drive high-value ad revenues, boosting Local's already healthy revenue growth rate of 40% per year.
First, the company's award of a patent for Enhanced Directory Assistance, a method where a business pays to play its ad when a consumer dials directory assistance, is thrusting Local forward as a key player in the monetization of the multi-billion mobile advertising business. Not just voice, the patent covers text, and voice-to-text, so it's broad and more valuable. Carriers and other online local business websites are using EDA more frequently and will eventually confront Local's patent so there's a great opportunity for future licensing deals.
