Biodel - Marlboro für das Depot?

On September 21, 2015, Biodel received a written notification from the NASDAQ Stock Market LLC (“NASDAQ”) notifying Biodel that it had failed to comply with the minimum bid price requirement because the bid price for Biodel’s common stock over a period of 30 consecutive business days prior to such date had closed below the minimum $1.00 per share requirement. The letter stated that Biodel had 180 days, or until March 21, 2016, to demonstrate compliance by maintaining a minimum closing bid price of at least $1.00 for a minimum of 10 consecutive trading days. On March 22, 2016, NASDAQ notified Biodel that while Biodel had not regained compliance with the bid price requirements, it was eligible for an additional 180-day grace period, or until September 19, 2016, to regain compliance.

Das heißt das man das investierte Geld sofern man jetzt nicht verkauft nächste Woche in den Wind schissen kann oder?

Es gab ja schon eine Verlängerung und eine zweite wird es dann anscheinend nicht mehr gäben!

Ich glaub ich schmeisse heute noch mein 2.000stück  

Dann müßte heute oder spätestens am Montag etwas Großes passieren.  

 

Warum informiert ihr euch nicht einfach zu den Nasdaq Listing Rules ?? Suchmaschinen sind wirklich kein Hexenwerk. ;-)

Sorry mein Englisch ist nicht so gut dass ich das eindeutig verstehe .
Für eine Erklärung wäre ich dankbar.  

könnte kotzen, wenn ich so manches hier lese. Wenn ich keine Ahnung von dem Papier habe, in dem ich mein Geld investieren will, dann gibt es mehrer Möglichkeiten.

1. ich informiere mich intensiver im Vorfeld oder
2. ich lasse es

es gibt genügend Seiten, wo man sich informieren kann und die INfo's sind sogar in Deutsch, man will es nicht glauben.

Theorie: Selbst wenn eine Aktie von der Nasdaq verschwindet, kann sie immer noch in einem anderen Boersensegment wechseln.

Die ganzen Zocker und Kleinanleg­er sollen rausgeecke­lt werden! Die Zeit der schnellen Prozente ist hier vorbei! Wer keine 1-5 Jahre warten kann sollte jetzt schnellstm­öglich aussteigen­!
