Seaway Valley Capital Revises Odd-Couple Retail Roll-Up
Chalk it up to the seizure of the credit markets. Seaway Valley Capital Corporation’s plan to roll-up two disparate upstate New York retailers has stalled, after investors rejected commercial paper issued to finance the deal. Seaway, however, says it has revised the odd-couple pairing as a cash transaction and it is moving forward. The deal would combine WiseBuys Stores Inc., a small upstate discount chain launched three years ago by Seaway's founder Thomas Scozzafava, with the Patrick Hackett Hardware Company, a general store opened in 1830. Seaway would expand the merged companies under the Hackett brand. The chains' combined sales tally up about $26 million annually. It’s hard to imagine an odder couple. WiseBuys, run by execs recruited from BJ’s and Ames, purveys bargain-hunter bait; Hackett, one of the country's oldest retailers, has a pedigree as a ship's chandelry. Seaway now says it will sell off WiseBuys non-core assets to finance the deal. The transaction’s financial terms were not disclosed.

Ich glaube die nächsten 4 Wochen werden richtig gut.

In den nächsten Tagen ist mit dem 8k Filing zu rechen.Zudem erwarte ich in den nächsten Wochen weitere NEWS zur Holding betreff weiterer Eingliederungen in die Holding.

Desweiteren können wir in ca 10-15 Tagen mit dem GOLDEN CROSS rechnen.

Ich denke das wir zu dem Zeitpunkt schon auf einem wesentlich höherem Kursnivau sind und dann noch der charttechnische GOLDEN CROSS den nicht viele Aktien haben werden wird den Kurs nochmal explodieren lassen.

Alle natürlich meine persönlichen Einschätzungen.

Sollten wir kurz vor dem GOLDEN CROSS Kurse um die 0,08 - 0,10 Dollar haben kann so eine charttechnische Konstelation den Kurs nochmals um 100-300% nach oben treiben.Nicht das dies dann auch gerechtfertigt wäre aber kurszfristig könnte es durch die charttechnische Situation passieren.


Also liebe Investierte geniest die nächsten Wochen und bleibt geduldig denn es sieht doch alles genial aus.

Und an alle Kritiker dies:
Schaut auf den Chart an im Nachbarforum und vergleicht mit üblichen OTC werten.Ihr werdet feststellen das bei SWVC richtig Substanz dahinter steckt.  

Die Meldung ist 2 Wochen alt und hatte NULL Auswirkungen.

Wurde im iHub gepostet um Unruhe zu stiften.Es gibt immer wieder Basher die alles versuchen den Kurs oder besser die Anleger zu verunsichern.Und das jetzt sogar schon mit ollen Meldungen.

Na ja dann mach Dir mal Sorgen.
