Sinnlose Bafin-Aktion ? Ich kläre das mal mit der Bafin...  

die drec.... Firma wird immer noch in Schutz genommen.
Wake up! Bin kein basher nur Realist.  

bin ich mal gespannt wo der Zug hinfährt.....

Könnte ich die Aktien die ich in Deutschland gekauft habe, auch am TSX verkaufen?  

ich sie im moment nicht verkaufen will (eher nachlegen)!
Aber der Handel ist ja schon seit längerem hier in Deutschland ausgesetzt  

1) Einstellung ja für den BÖRSENPLATZ FFM und andere,
   danach wurde auf Tradegate wieder gehandelt!
   Man weiß um die Probleme bei der Clearstream kann sie aber wohl z.Zt.
   nicht lösen hat aber auch nicht die Traute eine entsprechende Pressemitteilung
   herauszugeben. Das CRX damit ein ( Vertrauens)Schaden zugefügt wird geht den wohl
   am A.... vorbei, und die Kunden sind den auch egal, sonst würden sie anders handeln.  
2) sinnlos seitens der BAFIN; was hat es gebracht außer Verunsicherung?
   Die Bafin hüllt sich auf Nachfrage in Schweigen, ist den wohl peinlich
   einer anonymen Anzeige aufgesessen zu sein.

so weit ich weis musst Du dann  bei deiner Bank eine Lagerplatzverlegung
nach Canada beantragen, ob das allerdings z.Zt auch möglich ist, ist mir nicht
bekannt da Du dazu auch die Clearingstelle brauchst die den Transfer mit Canada
abwickelt!
Ein Handel an der Heimatbörse CSE oder TSX währe dann möglich.

Ich für meinen Teil warte einfach ab, da ich eh erst verkaufe wenn alles in trockenen
Tüchern ist.

Wenigstens verkauft so keiner zu früh ;-) .. und haben tun wir schon genug

Bafin hüllt sich in Schweigen ? Der Witz war gut. Meinst du, die erzählen der Welt von ihren Ermittlungen, oder wie ?

 

Das sich die bafin nicht zu den Ermittlungen äußert ist ok aber sie könnten wenigstens sagen weshalb ermittelt wird!  

Hab heute Morgen mal wieder nachgefragt wie es aussieht bei H.Clark
Der hat gleich geantwortet , hat jemand mal die Homepage von Chromedx in letzter Zeit angeschaut ? Die haben den HemoPalm ordentlich hier neu Presentiert vor allem sollen glaub 2 Neue Funktionen dazu kommen.
 

Der Unternehmensrat arbeitet mit der Frankfurter Börse und dem Market Maker in Europa zusammen, um die Situation zu verbessern - beide sind sehr hilfreich. Wie bereits erwähnt, bezieht sich die Emission auf den Clearing-Mechanismus für Aktien in Europa, und da die Gesellschaft keine direkte Beziehung mit der Clearing-Gesellschaft unterhält, müssen wir uns auf die Börse und den Market Maker verlassen.



Wir werden uns mit weiteren Updates in Verbindung setzen.

The Company’s council is working with the Frankfurt Exchange and the market maker in Europe to rectify the situation – both are being very helpful. As mentioned before the issue is related to the share clearing mechanism in Europe and because the Company does not have a direct relationship with the clearing company we have to rely on the Exchange and market maker.

You are correct – the Company’s council is working with the Frankfurt Exchange and the Company’s market maker now to rectify the situation. Our council has been told that this happened because of an issue with the share clearing mechanism of the Company in Germany. The difficulty we have is that public companies do not have a direct relationship with the clearing companies and so we need to rely on the Frankfurt exchange and market maker to deal with the clearing company on behalf of ChroMedX to clarify what the issue stems from and how to solve it – of course this process is very slow, waiting on parties to communicate with each other. The Frankfurt Exchange and marker maker are being very helpful.

Our council has communicated with Bafin about the issue and continues to communicate with the Frankfurt Exchange while working to rectify this situation. It is very frustrating as the Company’s council and the Frankfurt Exchange have not dealt with a situation like this before, so there is no standard operating procedure. For instance, the Company was back trading on the Tradegate Exchange for several days and the exchange group and the Company’s market maker has no reason for this, or idea as to how this happened.

The Company has been trading in Germany since its inception in 2014 and the shell had been listed in Frankfurt for over 15 years. Our investors in Europe are extremely important to the Company and have been very supportive throughout the years. ChroMedX will rectify this issue by whatever means necessary. If the Company has to apply for a brand new listing then that’s what it will do, whatever it takes to rectify this situation will be done. We will not let our investors down. The system in Germany is not as straightforward as it is in other markets and it is costing ChroMedX a lot of money now to get answers and work towards a solution but our council is focused on getting this rectified as soon as possible. It is unfortunate that there are negative rumors at this point but I can understand this as to how confusing this situation has been.

ChroMedX as a Company is in better position than ever before. The Company’s management and techno-commercial teams are world class and I expect this to not only accelerate and maximize the value of the HemoPalm but also lead to other significant value building opportunities for all stakeholders.

... ich nicht ao ganz blicke ... wieso dauert das so lange bis die Aktie wieder handelbar ist?
