LONDON, 09 October 2018: Today international hi-performance affiliate marketing
network Webgains - www.webgains.com - announces a new creative, technical &
knowledge transfer partnership with London-based Humanise.AI, one of the
world's most innovative & experienced Artificial Intelligence & Machine
Learning consultancies.
Already working on several AI-driven projects and feature developments to
accelerate internal process & marketplace efficiencies via its existing
relationship with IBM, Webgains is now looking to broaden its reach into this
area through a number of parallel solution providers and across a number of
difference use cases.
As part of the exclusive deal, a number of Webgains' technical employees will
be embedded inside and alongside the London-based Humanise.AI team to help
guide and inform the conceptual understandings on both sides as well as help
train and launch the resulting technologies.
On top of this, Duncan Anderson, CEO of Humanise.AI and ex-CTO (Europe) of IBM
Watson will be engaged as technical adviser working alongside Webgains R&D
product & development teams based in Bristol UK.
Among the first projects to be tackled will be new AI driven processes and
systems to significantly reduce the TTL (time to live) for new advertisers to
promote their online products and services to the Webgains global network using
a 'hybrid' mix of human interaction supported by Artifical Intelligence and
Machine Learning capabilities.

This partnership extends the push into the world of Artificial Intelligence for

EV liegt bei ca. 25 Mio. Alleine Webgains sollte den doppelten Wert auf die Wage bringen.
Ich hoffe, dass das Eigenkapital Forum neue Impulse bringt!
Black Friday & Cyber Monday sollten als "Nebeneffekt" neue Rekorde bringen.
Ein Grund ist sicherlich die mangelnde Kommunikation mit dem Kapitalmarkt (letzte News kam mitte Oktober).
Der zweite Grund liegt wohl darin, dass APM nahezu alle Investitionen & Kosten durch die P&L laufen lässt und nichts aktiviert - Ergebnis: Goodwill nahezu 0 - und diese Tatsache wird aktuell erkannt und nicht positiv honoriert.
Pre IFRS 15 Umstellung liegt für 2018 der Umsatz sicherlich bei knapp unter 90 Mio Umsatz und das bei einem EV von ca. 25 Mio - that´s a Joke!
Heute vor einem Jahr habe ich darauf gewettet, dass wir heute eher bei sechs stehen, stattdessen stehen wir bei 2,50.
Okay, sometimes shit happens.
Ich bleibe bei meinem mittelfristigem Kursziel von 6 Euro, bevor sich dann der Vorhang öffnen sollte und die richtige Reise los geht.
Ich hoffe nur nicht, das der AR Vorsitzende ein ähnliches Potenzial sieht und nicht auf komische Ideen kommt....;)
2019 wird laut Experten erneut DAS Jahr für Performance Marketing und wir haben den ultimativen Call auf diesen Sektor!
Ad Agents gewinnt auch wieder Kunden:
das der Markt einen Abschlag von 20 % macht?

- Vittorio Lorenzoni als Leiter des Pariser Büros
Ad Pepper ist die letzten Jahre sensationell gewachsen, auch 2018 wurde Umsatz seitig ein neuer Rekord vermeldet, obwohl der High Flyer Ad Agents Einen auf die Mütze bekommen hat, weil sie einige Kunden verloren haben.
Ad Pepper Media hat eine Rekordjahr hingelegt
Webgains ist mit dem Markt gewachsen
Ad Agents heimst internationale Preise ein und meldet wieder neue Kunden.....
Top Bilanz, keine Schulden, hälfte der Market Cap ist Cash und der Kurs steckt in absoluten Depression -für mich unerklärlich!
Sofern wir die negativen News aus 2018 hinter uns gelassen haben und sich der Verkäufer der letzten Wochen und Monate outet und fertig hat - es gibt ja nur zwei Kandidaten die dafür in Frage kommen - https://adpeppergroup.com/die-aktie/#aktionaersstruktur, sollte die Reise sehr bald los gehen.
Nach diesen spitzen Rekord Q1 Zahlen, muss der Druck beim Verkäufer ja gewaltig gewesen sein, um seine Stücke auf diesem Niveau verkaufen zu müssen. Sollte man als klare Chance sehen.
