Paragon Shipping Announces Date Of First Quarter 2012 Results, Conference Call And Webcast

ATHENS, Greece, June 19, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Paragon Shipping Inc. (NYSE: PRGN) ("Paragon Shipping" or the "Company"), a global shipping transportation company specializing in drybulk cargoes, announced today that it will release its results for the first quarter 2012, after the market closes in New York on Thursday, June 21, 2012. Paragon's management team will host a conference call to discuss the Company's financial results the following day on Friday, June 22, 2012, at 9:00 am ET.
