Quicklogic: 100 Prozent Kurspotenzial

Die US-Firma Quicklogic hat eine revolutionäre Technologie entwickelt, die vor allem interessant für den Einsatz in Smartphones ist. Die Aktie der Chip-Schmiede befindet sich unmittelbar vor dem charttechnischen Ausbruch und hat Verdopplungspotenzial.

Der Smartphone-Markt boomt. Immer mehr Menschen tauschen ihr altes Handy gegen ein schickes neues Smartphone aus. Im laufenden Jahr sollen rund 270 Millionen Geräte verkauft werden und damit über 50 Prozent mehr als 2009. Und auch für die kommenden Jahre sind hohe Wachstumsraten zu erwarten.

Das größte Manko vieler Smartphones ist neben dem hohen Stromverbrauch die vielfach unzureichende Bildschirmqualität. Beide Probleme löst eine neue Technologie von Quicklogic. Das kleine US-Unternehmen verfügt über ein geradezu revolutionäres System, mit dem sich die Qualität der Bildschirmdarstellung verbessern lässt und gleichzeitig der Stromverbrauch um rund 25 Prozent reduziert wird.

Diverse große Smartphone-Hersteller haben bereits ihr Interesse bekundet, aber das Quicklogic-Management hüllt sich in Schweigen - noch. Einige Spekulanten vermuten, auch Apple könnte die neuen Chip-Lösungen von Quicklogic bestellen. Eine solche Meldung hätte zweifellos erhebliche Auswirkungen auf den Kurs der Quicklogic-Aktie.

Aber auch ohne neue Nachrichten hat sich das Papier zuletzt an die alten Jahreshöchstkurse von knapp über vier Dollar herangeschlichen. Aktuell notiert die Aktie mit 3,82 nur knapp darunter. In Deutschland werden 2,95 Euro für einen Anteilschein bezahlt. Aufgrund der sehr geringen Handelsumsätze sollten Kaufaufträge unbedingt limitiert werden. Das Kursziel beläuft sich auf Sicht von zwölf Monaten auf 8,00 Dollar oder umgerechnet 6,10 Euro.

In addition to the forum, I was very impressed by the words of the new CEO of Quicklogic, Andrew Pease, at the Needham conference. I believe that if it succeeds with its new products, the company can grow to be a giant compared to its current size, a value of around $200 million.

The mobile online world is based almost entirely on video content. Therefore, companies that will succeed in providing solutions for optimal viewing quality on the big screens of iPhones, iPads, and the like, while using the least amount of battery power, will win big. Quicklogic has these solutions, which already this year should yield significant sales. Toward that end, the company is reportedly collaborating with Qualcomm (QCOM) on bringing the solutions to market.

Ich freu mich drauf, solch tolle Einstiegskurse noch zu haben :)

Die DPO/VEE- Technologie scheint was tolles zu sein, weniger Stromverbrauch und gleichzeitig verbessert es die Anzeigequalität der Displays. Und das im boomenden Smartphonemarkt...Daumen hoch.

Ist der Kursrückgang heute von -8,xx% wegen EURO/USD  (6,04USD wären knapp 4,42 Euro) oder weil der Bericht nicht ganz den Erwartungen entsprach?

mir vorstellen, dass es ein Sell-on-good News war allerdings finde ich nicht die Q4-Zahlen von Quicklogic, die eig. gestern veröffentlicht werden sollten... sowie der neue Abnehmer der Technologie...der diese in seine Tablet Pc´s einbauen wird.
