Pumpkin spice update.
To: Management of Ucore Rare Metals.
From: The stock holders of Ucore Rare Metals.
Subject: Request for a real update, not some PR fluff.
The merchants around here are going overboard with the pumpkin spice this year. Even the post office smells like they have a pie factory going in the back room. Coffee the fuel of life.
Dear Pat and Mark,
I have watched Pat's video presentations more than once. Pat, you need to work on it. Starting to sound like a politician's stump speech. Pat, using big words that are part of your jargon does not endear to your stockholders. The way you talked at the end of the Red Cloud video much better way of saying it. Overall not bad on many points, but on the most important part at this time of year. I would have to give you a failing grade. You left out why. You can't go on about copy and paste and not tell us why. Me, I get it. I have work for the Navy and for 14 years of the time. I worked scraping 32 submarines. The first one took 18 months the last ten or so less than 4 month from float in to scraped down to the keel blocks and the reactor sealed and loaded on a barge ready to go to Hamford Wa. Every change in design, change in work step, and order of trade cost time and money. Ucore can't do that, not with the money it has. Ucore has to do all the engineering upfront so that when Ucore builds the SMC it goes like clockwork, no lost time or money. Lead time on ordering parts, can Ucore get cheaper price if it buy in bulks on some parts, and do you have enough money to buy spares if they are needed.
You need to tell people who are not in the blue collar trades why your are taking so long with the Demo plant engineering. In detail. Because this is the time of year when have to decide if they taking the lost and sell for taxes or hang on.
As for update, How about where everything stands. How far are you into commissioning? Have you moved into the building in LA? Have you started testing DOD concertrate and can you draw on the 4 million, yet? Which would shut up the doom and gloom twins.
Off to shop and smell the pumpkin pie spice.
