ich glaube  es stimmt, kenne aber den Zusammenhang nicht.
Die ganze Sache ist ja mittlerweile so Kompliziert geworden,
weiß leider auch nicht wer da noch richtig durchblickt.

unter 2009-07-17 von 3,5 mio auf 2,5 mio, ist allerdings immer noch ne ganze menge, die er hält.
aber, von einem kleinen handel 2007 abgesehen, der erste grosse verkauft von dimon.

weiß er schon das die JPM Aktie bald weniger wert sein wird und er rettet sein Geld schonmal  

um eine spalte nach unten, dann sinds 2006 und 100 mio dollar. war doch nicht der erste grosse verkauf.  

und bleib investiert.hatte mich noch nie gemeldet ,immer nur mitgelesen,aber es wird an der zeit auch meine meinung zu sagen

so eine chance bekommt man im leben kein 2tes mal.
ich kaufe jeden 1sten im monat neu ein,zwischen 500 und 1000 euro.
hab schon für 5000 euro aktien im depot und falls es nächsten monat nicht weiter hoch geht kauf ich wieder nach.
meine rente ,meine zukunft,mein traum vom leben

 

Deinem posting gibt es wirklich nichts hinzuzufügen! rein gar nichts. ich würde an Deiner stelle noch einen kredit aufnehmen, oder ein erbe vorzeitig antreten. so etwas darf man sich wirklich nicht entgehen lassen. manche dinge passieren wirklich nur ein mal im leben.

 

JPM versucht den Kurs nach oben zu treiben, um möglichst viele Wamuqs gegen wenige JPM's zu tauschen.
Wenn Dimon jetzt allerdings reduziert, rechnet er wohl eher mit fallenden Kursen, etwa weil die Rückabwicklung wahrscheinlicher wird ?  Zu einfach gedacht ?  

aus dem Ruder läuft. zur Zt. bekommt der ganze Vorgang eine seltsame Eigendynamik:

man spekuliert offen über die Ausgleichsbeträge obwohl noch nicht einmal ein Urteil auf dem Tisch liegt,
JPM stellt selbst in Frage ob WaMu überhaupt zum Zeitpunkt der Beschlagnahmung insolvent war,
ein Senator strebt ein Verfahren zur Aufklärung aller Umstände die zur Übernahme der Wamu geführt haben an,
und JPM wendet sich an den direkten Vorgesetzten von Judge Walrath um Druck auszuüben................

sieht wirklich nicht gut aus. Und diese Eigendynamik wird nicht mehr abnehmen. Der Druck wird eher steigen.....

Da gibts doch nur eines: Kasse machen, bevor der Deckel vom Faß fliegt.

He'll win this war, he's the best there is. Weil and Quinn are the ones whose reputations will be damaged by trying to win for company like Wamu that managed itself into oblivion.

Well, like they say, opinions are like a**holes, everyone has one. You certainly have a right to express yours, it just doesn't line up with the significant majority on this board.

Ethical and possibly criminal incompetence doesn't stand well on the side of justice, no matter who it is. Your boy will be lucky if he doesn't wear an orange jumpsuit by the time this is over. At a minimum, expect a fall from grace, possibly loss of his position at the Fed, which is likely a conflict of interest in any case.

Invariably, as you filter through and dissect each part, you have come across irrefutable evidence that a major wrong has been committed and some may describe what has been perpetrated by the OTS, FDIC and JPM as “capricious and unilateral”, if not criminal.

In your review of Weil’s and Quinn’s court actions, you have witnessed several positive results, some which my be devastating to JPM, the FDIC and possibly at some point the OTS. Of course that is predicated on WMI retaining their win on “Discovery” which most legal beagles think will remain intact, as a successful appeal is remote. In the last few weeks in the heights of anxiety, JPM has pushed Sullivan & Cromwell to the front line with the same inhumanity as the “human waves” expended in the Korean War. They have used up all the kitchen sinks and Hail Mary’s and in a desperate effort, which I’m sure has not gone unnoticed by Judge Walrath, have now sent letters to Judge Sleet in a last bid effort to find some relief from
The hole that JPM has dug for themselves by their foolish intervention into the WMI/FDIC action.

One could almost use every notable paraphrase to describe Dimon’s stumble and the consequences of Discovery he may possibly suffer by his own hand; “eat your own words, put your foot in your mouth, hung by your own petard, caught in your own web, shot yourself in the foot and the famous liar, liar your pants on fire“. It is with this firm belief that expect Discovery will reveal the most horrendous evidence on JPM, Dimon, FDIC, OTS and Bair and in my estimation, discovery will never happen.

By August 24th 2009, you will see the beginning of the end to this incredible debacle, but unfortunately may never see the underlying dirt that created this fiasco, but IMHO you will see the rewards as a stockholder ,as it’s the only exit left for the 4 Horseman (JPM, Dimon, Bair and the OTS). JPM with cooperation of the FDIC, will acquire the remaining assets of WMI in a face saving, discovery skirting bid for WMI common shares in a quick, simple solution that will avoid a devastating plague on their houses, as it‘s too late to do anything else..

They have already integrated all the “stolen” WMI assets into the JPM structure, to the point that unwinding them will be highly complex and very costly, especially losing cash and assets already booked in.

The hit to the bottom-line of extricating the cash and assets that “can” be moved will be of great concern as, the explanation to shareholders on the loss of “equity’ would never be acceptable to avoid a Class Action lawsuit based on several valid and obvious counts. One can only imagine the picnic the “Class Action wolves” would have “unfettered” in discovery.

The incestuous relationship with the FDIC, OTS and JPM, if revealed in Discovery, could probably bring down all parties with extended investigations and in my opinion, criminal prosecutions. As far as I’m concerned there is only one way out as all the other doors are closing quickly. I am making one more big buy before the 24th, while the price of WMI is greatly under priced. Settlement coming soon. Nuff said !

Eigentlich bin ich ja nicht nur auf den finanziellen Ausgang gespannt, sondern auch darauf, ob sich WMI und seine Anwälte von JP verarschen lassen oder nicht, und wenn ja, wie.
Oder ob sie ihm soagr eine oder mehrere Fallen stellen, um später mehr rauszuholen...

Wäre möglich, bei der Verwirrung, die JPMC-seits herrscht, weil sie sich, wie ich es mir gedacht habe, verschätzt haben.

Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass das ohne eine Beschädigung der Stellung von JD ausgehen kann.

2. Bids are tightening up all over the place (ex. for the first time in 6 months, I put in a sell order for 25,000 commons, at the ask, and order was executed IMMEDIATELY for ALL 25,000..that hasn't happened for me EVER....needless to say, I got them back this morning...

I called and confirmed Tal is out (not that I doubted you at all Gov but that is for the naysayers). Gov, how many other lawyers did you contact? Or did they say everyone on the case is out?
